An ERP study for the degrees of the difficulty in visual search

The present study mainly probed the relationships between ERP components and the degrees of difficulty in visual search. Three experimental and one controlled conditions were randomly selected. Results showed that the P1, N1, and P2 amplitudes and latencies had no significant differences among the three experimental and one controlled conditions, and the ERP waveforms of low perceptual load of visual search were different from that of high perceptual load. These results might indicate that the latencies and amplitudes of initial P1, N1 and P2 in high and low perceptual load conditions were almost the same. The ERP waveforms of parallel search were very different from that of serial search, and the ERP waveforms of serial search were very similar. The P3 amplitudes increased as the degrees of the difficulty in visual search decreased.     

Strengthening of the boreal winter Hadley circulation and its connection with ENSO

Empirical orthogonal function (EOF) analysis is carried out for the year-to-year variability of the boreal winter (DJF) mass stream function of the mean meridional circulation (MMC) during the period 1948—2005. The results demonstrate that it is dominated by the equatorially asymmetric and symmetric modes. Further analysis shows that the former mode is linked with the boreal winter Hadley cell mainly on the decadal time-scale, and the latter on the interannual time-scale. The asymmetric mode index (AMI) with a clear upward trend contributes to the decadal strengthening of the boreal Hadley circulation, and is closely correlated with the tropical SST warming, especially in the region of Indo-west Pacific warm pool (INWP). Furthermore, the AMI also contributes to the abrupt change of the correlation coefficient between the boreal Hadley circulation and ENSO after 1976. The symmetric mode index (SMI) with robust and stable linkage with ENSO shows a significant interannual variability, suggesting that the variability of the Hadley circulation is mainly associated with ENSO on the interannual time-scale.     

Daily variation of carbon flux in soils of Populus euphratica forests in the middle and lower reaches of the Tarim River

In order to lucubrate the daily variation of respiration in soils of Populus euphratica forests and analyze its relationship with environmental factors in the middle and lower reaches of the Tarim River, the LI-8100 instrument of soil CO2 flux system was used to measure the parameters of soil carbon flux and air temperature 10 cm above ground surface along the profiles of Usyman, Archy River, Yengisu and Karday, and the relationships between the soil carbon flux and the soil moisture content were analyzed. The nonlinear regression analysis was carried out with the software SPSS13.0. We observed that: (1) soil respiration began to be restrained when the air temperature was up to 30℃10 cm above the ground surface; (2) the rates of soil respiration under the forests of Populus euphratica were significantly different at various moisture contents, the soil carbon flux was high along the Usyman profile, which has a high soil moisture content, and it was low along the profiles of Archy River, Yengisu and Karday, which has a low soil moisture content; (3) the exponential model can be used to explain the relationship between soil respiration and air temperature 10 cm above the ground surface. The average Q10 values along the profiles of Usyman, Archy River, Yengisu and Karday are 0. 61, 0.16, 0. 22 and 0. 35 respectively, much lower than the average of the world; (4) there is a positive correlation between the soil carbon flux and the soil moisture content.     

Fabrication and superconducting properties of nano-SiC doped MgB2 tapes

Nano-SiC doped MgB2 tapes were prepared by the in situ powder-in-tube method. Heat treatment was performed at 650℃ for 1 h. XRD data indicate that SiC particles had reacted with the MgB2 during sintering process. MgB2 core seemed to be denser after SiC doping, and the critical temperature was slightly depressed. The critical current density Jc of the SiC doped tapes was significantly enhanced in magnetic fields up to 14 T compared to the undoped ones. For the 5% SiC doped samples, Jc was in- creased by a factor of 32 at 4.2 K, 10 T. The enhancement of Jc-B properties in SiC doped MgB2 tapes is considered to be due to the enhancement of grain linkages and the introduction of effective flux pining centers. The substitution of B by C in MgB2 grains is thought to be the main reason for the improve- ment of the flux pinning ability in SiC doped MgB2 tapes.     

From deep basin gas to diagenetic trap—An example from the Yulin Gas Field in the Ordos Basin

In the updip portion of the Yulin Gas Field in the Ordos Basin, there are no any structural, stratigraphic and sedimentary lithologic seals. Using thin-section petrography, ultraviolet fluorescence microscopy, micro-thermometry and Raman microspectrometry, this paper finds out the diagenetic trap and studies the diagenetic history of this field. It was revealed that three phases of diagenesis and hydrocarbon charging happened in late Triassic, late Jurassic and the end of early Cretaceous respectively. In the first two phases, acid geofluid entered the reservoir and caused dissolution and cementation. Although the porosities had been increased, further compaction accompanying re-subsidence resulted in tight sandstone and conglomerates. Till the end of the early Cretaceous, bulk of gas migrated into the tight reservoir. Cementation, however, kept on in the updip portion of this field due to low gas saturation and formed the diagenetic trap. The mechanism for gas accumulation was changed from deep basin gas to diagenetic trap, which offers a sealing condition that can retain gas for much longer time.     

一种多簇头的Ad Hoc分簇算法

随着个人无线通讯设备的发展,Ad hoc网络已经成为网络发展的趋势.分簇算法作为一种划分网络结构的方法,有着重要的意义.本文提出了一种Ad hoc网络的分簇方法:首先,基于地理位置信息将网络划分成网格,每个网格为一个簇.其次,规定网格中的某区域为簇首生成区,每个簇生成多个簇首,即一个簇由多个簇头生成的三层树结构组成.文中对簇头个数的确定以及节点在簇与簇之间移动时产生的信息开销进行了计算,并给出了仿真结果.

重组抑肽酶的表达纯化和活性测定

抑肽酶是一种用途广泛的丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂.用基因重组技术将化学合成的抑肽酶基因插入表达载体pET28a,并转化至大肠杆菌Rosetta(DE3)中,经IPTG诱导后,表达产物以包涵体形式存在于菌体内包涵体纯化后经复性及CM-阳离子交换层析后,从每升培养液可获得2.4 mg抑肽酶,纯度可达90%.活性测定结果显示,重组抑肽酶可竞争性抑制纤溶酶对小分子底物S2251的水解活性.抑制常数(Ki)为(0.6±0.3)nmol/L,与天然抑肽酶的抑制活性相似.

通过对放矿随机过程的分析，提出了以布朗运动为理论基础的放矿过程散体颗粒移动的概率密度方程。为真实的模拟放矿随机过程中颗粒的移动奠定了理论基础，同时也为放矿理论研究提出了一条新的思路     

On-line Cutting Quality Recognition in Milling Using a Radical Basis Function Neural Network

Tool wear, chatter vibration, chip breaking and built-up edge are main phenomena to be monitored in modern manufacturing processes, which are considered as important factors to the quality of products.They are closely related to the cutting parameters, which are to be selected in manufacturing process.However, it is very difficult to measure directly the cutting quality based on on-line monitoring.In this study, the relationship between the cutting parameters and cutting quality is analyzed.A Radical Basis Function (RBF) neural network based on-line quality recognition scheme is also presented, which monitors the level of surface roughness.The experimental results reveal that the RBF neural network has a high prediction success rate.
