用单板机对供电电网谐波测试

本文阐述一种供电电网谐波测试方法。采用Z—80单板机可以迅速得到供电电网各项谐波参数。文中介绍了FFT变换程序、重排序的新方法和三角函数查表法等。采用上述措施后,该装置具有高精度和高速度,为制造各种谐波分析仪和实现供电电网抑制谐波的实时控制提供了可能性。     

Preparation of PE/MMT nanocomposite by monomer intercalation and <Emphasis Type="Italic">in situ</Emphasis> copolymerization

The catalyst [(2-ArN=C(Me))₂C₅H₃N]FeCl₂ (Ar = 2-C₆H₄(i-Pr)) with methylaluminoxane (MAO) as cocatalyst was intercalated between layers of montmorillonite (MMT) for ethylene oligomerization. Metallocene catalyst Me₂Si(Ind)₂ZrCl₂ and MAO was then added to form a dual functional catalytic system. A PE/MMT nanocomposite was prepared by copolymerization of ethylene with α-olefins produced in situ from ethylene over the dual functional catalytic system. The catalytic system was of high polymeric activity. The resultant PE/MMT nanocomposites were stable and got increases in tensile strength and temperature of maximum weight loss (T_onset).     

双端泵浦的Z型折叠腔声光调Q绿光激光器

目的 获得Z型折叠腔声光调Q系统稳定运行的条件并优化谐振腔的参数关系。方法 对Z型折叠腔进行传输矩阵分析和数值计算，获得了一组优化参数。结果 以此参数搭建大功率激光二极管双端泵浦Nd：YVO4／LBO激光器，实现了声光调Q绿光输出。结论 当泵浦功率为25．9W，在重复频率为35kHz时，获得了平均功率为4．7W单脉冲能量为134μJ的绿光输出，光-光转换效率为l8．1％     

基于三维人体测量的参数化人台的研究

为了提高服装的合体性，在对三维人体测量结果统计分析的基础上，提出了参数化人台设计技术路线．在VC＋＋．net单文档视图模式下调用OpenGL，通过多边形曲面造型方法实现了可用按钮和键盘来控制的参数化人台设计．结果生成了反映人体特征的标准系列人台和个性化人台，用于三维服装CAD和服装人台的制作。     

含纳米硅的SiO2薄膜电致发光的数值分析

考虑到薄膜中存在的缺陷对发光的影响,采用位形坐标为理论模型,对用射频溅射法制备的具有Au/(Si/SiO2)/p-Si结构样品的电致发光谱进行了数值分析.数值结果表明,在SiO2薄膜中存在2个缺陷中心,电子和空穴就是通过这些缺陷中心复合而发光.这一结论与实验符合得很好,并与量子限制效应-复合中心发光的理论结果相一致.     

Re-evaluation of the phylogenetic position of the genus Dexiotrichides (Protozoa, Ciliophora, Scuticociliatida) inferred from stomatogenetic and molecular information for Dexiotrichides pangi

The divisional process and systematic position of the marine scuticociliate Dexiotrichides pangi are studied. Based on both stomatogenetic data and 18S rDNA gene sequences, the phylogeny and morphogenetic characteristics of this taxon, and of other related genera, are analyzed and discussed. Both the divisionary events and the molecular biological data indicate that this speciesgenus, together with certain other genera in the Dexiotricha-complex, occupies an intermediate position between the tetrahymenids and the “typical” scuticociliate, which suggests that the Dexiotricha-like taxa should be excluded from the “true” scuticociliates. As a further contribution, the process of stomatogenesis in D. pangi can be summarized as follows: (1) The oral primordia in the opisthe are formed only by the proliferation of basal bodies in the scutica field, which subsequently develop into three membranelles, while the new paroral membrane seems to be generated by the sub-anterior portion of somatic kinety 1 (the 1st postoral intercalary kinety). The latter character exhibits a mode similar to Tetrahymena. (2) In the proter the parental membranelles are retained and remain unchanged throughout the entire division process; only the old paroral membrane is disassembled and differentiated into the anlage, which then gives rise to the new paroral membrane and the scutica of the proter. The 18S rRNA gene sequence reported here is the first one for a ciliate in the Dexiotricha-complex.     

重组刺桐胰蛋白酶抑制剂的制备及活性鉴定

刺桐胰蛋白酶抑制剂(ETI)是一种Kunitz型胰蛋白酶抑制剂,能够抑制胰蛋白酶及组织型纤溶酶原激活剂的活性,因此ETI可以作为配体与固定相偶联用于亲和层析.利用化学合成及聚合酶链式反应(PCR)的方法获得ETI的编码基因,然后用NdeI/SacI酶切并插入载体pET25b ( )中构建重组表达质粒pET25b ( )/ETI .重组表达质粒转化大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)后,用IPTG诱导使重组ETI(rETI)过量表达形成包涵体.包涵体经过洗涤、复性及CM离子交换柱纯化,每升培养液可获得14 mgrETI ,其纯度超过92 %.活性测定表明,rETI对凝血酶及尿激酶的活性没有抑制作用,但能显著抑制胰蛋白酶、瑞替普酶及纤溶酶的活性,抑制常数Ki分别为5 .14×10-9,9 .4×10-8和2 .08×10-8mol/L.     

Research on Fault Tolerant Scheduling Algorithms of Web Cluster Based on Probability

Aiming at the soft real time fault tolerant demand of critical web applications at present, such as E-commerce, a new fault tolerant scheduling algorithm based on probability is proposed. ““““““““Ib achieve fault tolerant scheduling, the primary/slave backup technology is applied on the basis of task‘s self similar accessing characteristics, when the primary task completed successfully, the resources allocated for the slave task are reclaimed, thus advancing system‘s efficiency. Experimental results demonstrate on the premise of satisfying system‘s certain fault tolerant probability, task‘s schedulabilistic probability is improved, especially, the higher task‘s self similar degree is, the more obviously the utilization of system resources is enhanced.     

Mlgebraic Attack on Filter-Combiner Model Keystream Generators

Algebraic attack was applied to attack Filter-Combiner model keystream generators. We proposed thetechnique of function composition to improve the model, and the improved model can resist the algebraic attack. A new criterion for designing Filter-Combiner model was also proposed: the total length L of Linear Finite State Machines used in the model should be large enough and the degree d of Filter-Combiner function should be approximate [L/2].     

Assembling Zwitterionic, Water-Soluble Porphyrin and Its Biological Studies

A kind of zwitterionic water-soluble porphyrin 5-(N-trimethyl-4-aminiumphenyl)-10, 15, 20-tri (4-sulfonatephenyl) porphyrin trisammonium salt, has been synthesized. Its biological studies, interactions with DNA and bacteria cells, were investigated. The damage to the cell wall of bacteria E. coli were observed firstly by AFM (Atomic Force Microscope).
