Multi-pollutants simultaneous removal from flue gas

The multi-stage humidifier semi-dry flue gas cleaning technology, the CRS plasma flue gas cleaning technology and oxidative additive flue gas cleaning technology were investigated for multi-pollutants removal. The semi-dry flue gas cleaning technology using multistage humidifier and additive can improve oxidation and absorption, and it can achieve high multi-pollutants removal efficiency. The CRS discharge can produce many OH radicals that promote NO oxidation. Combining NaOH absorption can achieve high deSO2 and deNOx efficiencies. It is very fit of the reconstruction of primary wet flue gas desulfurization (WFGD). In addition, Using NaClO2 as additive in the absorbent of WFGD can obtain very high removal efficiency of SO2 and NOx.     

可持续发展指标体系的研究与展望

可持续发展问题被认为是人类文明得以延续的唯一选择,是21世纪探讨的中心议题之一,而指标体系的构建是可持续发展理论研究和可操作性的集中体现.本文对可持续发展指标制定准则和选取方法进行系统梳理,并比较各种指标类型和指标度量方法的利弊,指出需要进一步解决的问题.     

一类修正Navier-Stokes方程解的大时间行为

O.A.Ladyzhenskaya于1966年放弃了速度梯度很小的限制,提出了一类描述三维非稳态不可压缩粘性流体运动规律的修正Navier-Stokes方程.本文研究有界区域上这一修正Navier-Stokes方程解的大时间行为,证明当外力为零时,解的衰减速度是精确的指数型.而且能量的涡度拟能当时间趋于无穷大时,其极限是Stokes算子的一个特征值.     

黄原胶对木薯淀粉糊性质的影响

为揭示多糖胶与淀粉之间产生协同作用的机理,采用Brabender黏度计、扫描电子显微镜、哈克流变仪探讨了黄原胶对木薯淀粉糊性质的影响.结果表明:添加黄原胶后,淀粉糊的峰值黏度、崩解值、终值黏度增加,起始糊化温度、回生值降低;黄原胶明显降低了淀粉凝胶的析水率,但会使淀粉凝胶形成较大的冰晶结构;黄原胶的添加使淀粉糊储能模量增加,损耗角正切在角频率大于0.5 rad/s时明显下降,与原淀粉相比,淀粉凝胶表现出更趋于固体的性质.     

OmpR与PhoP高渗应激下交叉调节伤寒沙门菌基因表达

为了探寻OmpR和PhoP之间的交叉调节关系,构建了ompR-phoP双缺陷变异株,运用基因芯片分析技术比较了伤寒沙门菌ompR缺陷株、phoP缺陷株及ompR-phoP双缺陷株之间基因表达谱的差异.结果显示OmpR与PhoP共同激活11个基因的转录,主要为外膜孔蛋白相关基因、脂多糖修饰相关基因等,两者在调节特定的膜蛋白、孔蛋白及表面结构成分的表达水平方面发挥着协同作用,OmpR与PhoP对未知功能蛋白基因t0563、t0564也具有协同激活效应,值得进一步关注.OmpR与PhoP共同抑制nanT的转录,阻止唾液酸的转运.另外,ompR缺陷株和phoP缺陷株中未见变化,而ompR-phoP双缺陷变异株中差异表达基因也可能是OmpR和PhoP的共同调节元,但需要进一步验证.     

Efficient Composition of Semantic Web Services with End-to-End QoS Optimization

The efficiency of QoS-aware service composition is important since most service composition problems are known to be NP-hard. With the growing number of web services, service composition is like a decision problem on selecting services or/and execution plans to satisfy the users' end-to-end QoS requirements (e.g. response time, throughput). Composite services with the same functionality may have different execution plans, which may cause different end-to-end QoS. This paper presents a model combining semantic data-links and QoS, which leads to an efficient approach to automatic construction of a composite service with optimal end-to-end QoS. The approach is based on a greedy algorithm to select both services and execution plans for composite services. Empirical and theoretical analyses of the approach show that its time complexity is O(mn²) for a repository with n services and an ontology with m concepts. Moreover, the approach increases linearly in time when using an index to search services in the repository. Tests with a repository with 20 000 services and an ontology with 300 000 concepts show that the algorithm significantly outperforms current existing algorithms in terms of composition efficiency while achieving optimal end-to-end QoS.     

Congruence permutable Kleene-Stone algebras

A Kleene-Stone algebra is a bounded distributive lattice with two unary operations that make it a Kleene and a Stone algebra. In this paper, we study the properties of the prime ideals in a Kleene-Stone algebra and characterize the class of Kleene-Stone algebras that are congruence permutable by means of the dual space of a Kleene-Stone algebra and then show that a finite Kleene-Stone algebra is congruence permutable if and only if it is isomorphic to a direct product of finitely many simple algebras.

Missile robust gain scheduling autopilot design using full block multipliers

Reduction of conservatism is one of the key and difficult problems in missile robust gain scheduling autopilot design based on multipliers. This article presents a scheme of adopting linear parameter-varying (LPV) control approach with full block multipliers to design a missile robust gain scheduling autopilot in order to eliminate conservatism. A model matching design structure with a high demand on matching precision is constructed based on the missile linear fractional transformation (LFT) model. By applying full block S-procedure and elimination lemma, a convex feasibility problem with an infinite number of constraints is formulated to satisfy robust quadratic performance specifications. Then a grid method is adopted to transform the infinite-dimensional convex feasibility problem into a solvable finite-dimensional convex feasibility problem, based on which a gain scheduling controller with linear fractional dependence on the flight Mach number and altitude is derived. Static and dynamic simulation results show the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheme.     

A novel self-promoted Morita-Baylis-Hillman-like dimerization

While stable in CH₂Cl₂, hexane or THF, in the presence of MeOH, self-promoted dimerization of the triarylphosphine-alkene 1, a ligand for Pd-catalyzed reactions, produced an unusual racemic bis(phosphine) 2 in high yield. The reaction of 2 with Pd(dba)₂, followed by oxidative addition of p-IC₆H₄NO₂, yielded a trans-chelated Pd(II) aryl iodide complex.
