Large eddy simulation of the gas-particle turbulent wake flow

To find out the detailed characteristics of the coherent structures and associated particle dispersion in free shear flow, large eddy simulation method was adopted to investigate a two-dimensional particleladen wake flow. The well-known Sub-grid Scale mode introduced by Smagorinsky was employed to simulate the gas flow field and Lagrangian approach was used to trace the particles. The results showed that the typical large-scale vortex structures exhibit a stable counter rotating arrangement of opposite sign, and alternately form from the near wall region, shed and move towards the downstream positions of the wake with the development of the flow. For particle dispersion, the Stokes number of particles is a key parameter. At the Stokes numbers of 1.4 and 3.8 the particles concentrate highly in the outer boundary regions. While the particles congregate densely in the vortex core regions at the Stokes number of 0. 15, and the particles at Stokes number of 15 assemble in the vortex braid regions and the rib regions between the adjoining vortex structures.     

Evolution of the South China Sea and monsoon history revealed in deep-sea records

As the third summary report of ODP Leg 184 to the South China Sea (SCS), this paper discusses the evolution of the East Asian monsoon and the SCS basin. A multi-proxy approach, involving geochemistry, micropale-ontology, pollen and other analyses, was adopted for reconstructing the evolutionary history of the East Asian monsoon, which was characterized by a series of paleo-climate events especially at 8, 3.2, 2.2 and 0.4 Ma. The new record indicates similar stages in the development of the East and South Asian monsoons, with an enhanced winter monsoon over East Asia being the major difference. The rich spectrums of monsoon variability from the southern SCS also reveal other characteristic features of the low latitude ocean. Evidence for the evolution of the SCS includes the hemipelagic Oligocene sediments, implying the existence of deep water environments during the early seafloor spreading stage of the SCS basin. The four major unconformities and some remarkabl ediagenetic features in upper Oligocene deposits indicate the strongest tectonic events in the region. From a careful comparison of lithologies and sedimentation rates, we conclude that the prominent differences in sedimentary environments between the southern and northern SCS were established only by ～3 Ma.     

VMI对供应链管理的影响

在1个由供应商与分销商组成的传统供应链模型的基础上,以供应链的库存费用与供应链的链利润为评价分析指标．分析供应商管理库存(VMI)对传统供应链在实施VMI前后4个阶段中,起到降低库存费用与增加供应链链利润的作用．论证VMI作为1种积极有效的供应链管理模式,可使基于VMI协议的供应链通过降低供应链的库存费增加供应链的链利润,因而比起传统供应链更具有竞争优势．     

新可逆PWM整流器主电路参数设计仿真

利用美国Analogy公司的SaberDesinger软件构造了三相可逆PWM整流器的试验平台,分析了同步模式下整流器的工作方法．通过仿真得到了三相可逆PWM整流器主电路电感值、开关频率等参数对输入电流总谐波失真(THD)、电源功率因数以及系统输出直流电压的影响,为实际设计中确定主电路的参数提供了可靠依据,对工程中的三相可逆PWM整流器设计有实际意义．     

Study of apolipoprotein E genetic polymorphism in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction

Objective: To explore the frequency and significance of ApoE gene polymorphisms in Chinese patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods: Polymerase chain reaction and gene sequencing, single nucleotide polymorphisms of ApoE gene were used to analyze 33 cases of patients with ACI and 35 controls. Results: The frequencies of ApoE gene single nucleotide polymorphisms 465C/G, 462C/G and 451delC in the ACI group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The prevalence of polymorphism 486G/T in the control group was significantly higher than that in the ACI group (P=0.011). Conclusions: 465C/G,462C/G and 451delC polymorphisms might be associated with ACI.486GT allele might have protective effect on the pathogenesis of ACI.     

升压变换器的电流环预测控制算法

通过数学分析建立了升压变换器的电压控制外环、电流控制内环的系统模型,提出了一种电流预测控制算法,将电压控制器产生的电流指令作为电流预测值使用,以提高变换器的动静态特性.建立了基于SaberDesigner平台的系统控制仿真模型,在相同的实验条件下,对系统电流内环分别采用预测控制算法与普通PI控制算法进行仿真研究.仿真结果表明:电流预测控制算法能有效地改善系统的动态特性.     

Study on peptide-peptide interaction using high-performance affinity chromatography and quartz crystal microbalance biosensor

The specific interaction between sense and antisense peptides was studied by high-performance affinity chromatography （HPAC） and quartz crystal microbalance （QCM） biosensor. Fragment 1-14 of human interferon-β （hlFN-βwas chosen as sense peptide and its three antisense peptides （AS-IFN 1, AS-IFN 2, and AS-IFN 3） were designed according to the degeneracy of genetic codes. The affinity column was prepared with sense peptide as ligand and the affinity chromatographic behavior was evaluated. Glu-substituted antisense peptide （AS-IFN 3） showed the strongest binding to immobilized sense peptide at pH 7.5. A quartz crystal microbalance-flow injection analysis （QCM-FIA） system was introduced to investigate the recognition process in real-time. The equilibrium dissociation constants between sense peptide and AS-IFN 1, AS-IFN 2 and AS-IFN 3 measured 2.08×10^-4, 1.31×10^-4 and 2.22×10^-5 mol/L, respectively. The mechanism study indicated that the specific recognition between sense peptide and AS-IFN 3 was due to sequence-dependent and multi-modal affinity interaction.

讨论一类非线性脉冲时滞双曲型方程组解的振动性，利用二阶脉冲时滞微分不等式，给出了在Robin,Dirichlet边界条件下所有有界解振动的若干充分条件，结论充分反映了脉冲和时滞在振动中的影响作用．
