基于回归树与衰减函数的在线负面口碑影响力预测

影响力预测是企业在线负面口碑处理的关键环节.论文通过综合考虑信息发布者特征和信息内容特征两个维度形成特征空间,采用影响力衰减函数描述负面口碑影响力的多变趋势,提出了一种基于回归树与衰减函数的IMM-RTDF模型来预测在线负面口碑的影响力.实验结果表明,考虑信息内容特征有助于提高预测精度,同时发现用不同的衰减函数能更好地描述异质负面口碑影响力的变化趋势,进而能提高模型性能.基于此方法的在线负面口碑处理策略为企业进行客户关系管理和资源配置提供了决策支持.

Assignment of the μ4-O5 atom in catalytic center for water oxidation in photosystem II

The detailed structure of catalytic center of water oxidation, Mn4Ca-cluster, in photosystem ⅡI (PSII) has been reported recently. However, due to the radiation damage induced by X-ray and the complexity of the Mn4Ca-cluster, the assignment of the μ4-O5 atom coordinated by three Mn and one Ca2+ ions is still lack of essential evidences. In this article, we synthesized one Mn complex containing two μ4-O atoms. It is found that the lengths of all μ4-O-Mn bonds in this Mn complex are in the range of 1.89-2.10 , which are significantly shorter than 2.40-2.61 distance of μ4-O5-Mn bonds in Mn4Ca-cluster observed in the crystal structure of PSII. In addition, DFT calculations have been carried out on the Mn4Ca-cluster. It is found that the O atom of μ4-O or μ4-OH always trends to deviate from the center position of four metal ions, resulting in unequal bond lengths of four μ4-4-M (M=Mn or Ca), which is obviously different with larger and nearly equal distances between μ4-O and four metal ions observed in the crystal structure. Based on these results, we suggest that the μ4-atom in Mn4Ca-cluster of PSII is unlikely to be a μ4-O, μ4-OH or μ4-OH2 , and its assignment is still an open question.

新时期高校院所国家科技经费管理现状及对策

＂十二五＂时期,我国将进入以创新促转型,以转型促发展的新阶段,面对促进经济转型、创新发展模式的艰巨任务,高校院所是我国开展创新科学研究的一支重要力量。近年来,随着高等教育事业的蓬勃发展,高校院所承担的科研项目和筹措的科技经费均呈现大幅度增长,科技经费已成为高校院所重要的资金来源之一。如何提高国家科技经费的使用率、更好发挥国家财政科技经费的引导作用,是我国提高科技创新能力的一个重要任务。为提高国家财政科技经费资金使用效益,确保科研工作健康发展,需高度重视、加强高校院所国家财政科技经费管理及对策研究。     

A Unified Framework for Multilingual Text-to-Speech Synthesis with SSML Specification as Interface

This paper describes the design of a unified framework for a multilingual text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis engine – Crystal. The unified framework defines the common TTS modules for different languages and/or dialects. The interfaces between consecutive modules conform to the speech synthesis markup language (SSML) specification for standardization, interoperability, multilinguality, and extensibility. Detailed module divisions and implementation technologies for the unified framework are introduced, together with possible extensions for the algorithm research and evaluation of the TTS synthesis. Implementation of a mixed-language TTS system for Chinese Putonghua, Chinese Cantonese, and English demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed unified framework.

礼仪作为人类物质文明和精神文明进步的产物，其本质是文化，是一种文化的特殊形态，由于各个国家，特别是欧美等西方国家与中国所处的地理环境不同，历史发展状况不同，生产方式和社会制度不同，宗教信仰和传统习俗不同，民族心理品质和思维方式不同，语言文字和价值观念不同，因此形成各具特色的礼仪文化。西方礼仪基本特色有４个方面：一是女士优先，二是尊重隐私，三是表露坦率，四是宗教色彩。     

部分施控振动系统的最优主动控制

研究部分施控振动系统的最优主动控制问题，提出满足系统平均振动能量小的状态反馈控制律，导出时间离散数字控制系统的最优控制矩阵，并以Ｓ１９５型内燃机为例，模拟了整机振动的最优数字控制过程，效果理想。     

露天矿边坡移动的动态预报

本文根据监测及数据处理理论,讨论了边坡移动的统计判别方法。利用动态观测系统理论,建立了相应的动态预报模型和动态自适应预报模型。根据所得到的位移场和速度场,讨论了边坡破坏模式的判别方法。
