Supply chain performance for deteriorating items with cooperative advertising

To study the effect of cooperative advertising on the supply chain of deteriorating items, this paper establishes a Stackelberg game model for a two-echelon deteriorating items supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one retailer under a given support program with an exogenous participation rate. The manufacturer as the leader determines the wholesale price and production rate, and the retailer as the follower determines the retail price and advertising strategies. The strategies of the players under the decentralized scenario and the centralized scenario are respectively characterized. Numerical simulations and sensitivity analysis are conducted to gain some managerial insights. It is shown that the pricing, advertising and production strategies are negatively correlated to deteriorating coefficient, and both the profit and the channel efficiency decrease with deteriorating coefficient; The interaction between price, advertising investment and production rate results in a higher retail price of the centralized channel compared to that of the decentralized channel; Implementing the cooperative advertising program does improve the performance of the supply chain in some cases and the participation rate roughly at 0.5 is most preferable, but it is also possible to distort incentive and damage the channel performance when the participation rate reaches a relatively high level.     

Bell state preparation based on switching between quantum system models

For the preparation of any target Bell state under continuous quantum measurement, this paper proposes a method which achieves the control objective by switching between two different models or by switching between two control channels under one model. Proper control Hamiltonians are selected for the two system models, a switching strategy between the two models is designed, and the stability of the whole switching system is proved in theory. For a given target Bell state, the effectiveness of the proposed switching control strategy between different models is illustrated through simulation experiments.

一种时空联合约束的多源航迹相似性度量模型

针对传统方法无法有效度量多源异步航迹时空相似性的问题,该文提出了一种适用于多源异步航迹的相似性度量模型。基于时间和空间联合约束下寻找近似时空特征匹配点的思想,通过设置时间和空间阈值上寻找符合要求的匹配点,并通过空间相似函数度量匹配点的相似性,确定最优匹配点并计算多源航迹间的航迹时空相似度。实测数据表明,该模型可以有效度量异类传感器航迹的相似性,且时间性能较优。基于该模型的航迹关联算法在仿真的复杂多目标环境中的关联准确性优于现有算法,且在对海雷达误差估计中得到了应用。     

Hormonal control of Sertoli cell metabolism regulates spermatogenesis

Hormonal regulation is essential to spermatogenesis. Sertoli cells (SCs) have functions that reach far beyond the physical support of germ cells, as they are responsible for creating the adequate ionic and metabolic environment for germ cell development. Thus, much attention has been given to the metabolic functioning of SCs. During spermatogenesis, germ cells are provided with suitable metabolic substrates, in a set of events mediated by SCs. Multiple signaling cascades regulate SC function and several of these signaling pathways are hormone-dependent and cell-specific. Within the seminiferous tubules, only SCs possess receptors for some hormones rendering them major targets for the hormonal signaling that regulates spermatogenesis. Although the mechanisms by which SCs fulfill their own and germ cells metabolic needs are mostly studied in vitro, SC metabolism is unquestionably a regulation point for germ cell development and the hormonal control of these processes is required for a normal spermatogenesis.     

基于LVQ神经网络的植物种类识别

提出一种基于学习矢量量化（LVQ）神经网络的计算机植物种类识别新方法. 使用2-D不变矩、 多尺度2-D Gabor滤波器等多种方法分别提取了叶片的几何特征和纹理特征, 应用LVQ神经网络识别植物种类. 实验结果表明, 该方法对植物种类的识别效率较高.     

铜-石墨复合材料性能与石墨形状和粒径的相关性研究

以电解铜粉、鳞片状石墨粉及不同粒径的近球形石墨粉为原料,通过真空热压烧结工艺制备得到铜-石墨复合材料,并研究石墨形状、粒径对其显微组织、密度、致密度、电导率、硬度及抗压强度等性能的影响;在销盘式摩擦磨损试验机上考察其摩擦磨损性能,通过分析样品磨损表面的形貌,研究石墨形状和粒径对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明：相比鳞片状石墨粉,采用相同粒径的近球形石墨粉有利于提高复合材料的致密度,获得更优异的力学性能,其抗压强度可以提高近65 MPa;随着近球形石墨粒径从19 μm减小到4 μm,复合材料的致密度、电导率、硬度、抗压强度和摩擦因数均逐渐降低,同时磨损量逐渐增大,其中,复合材料的电导率从28.6 %IACS降低至20.6 %IACS,抗压强度也降低约30 MPa。     

Novel cued search strategy based on information gain for phased array radar

A search strategy based on the maximal information gain principle is presented for the cued search of phased array radars. First, the method for the determination of the cued search region, arrangement of beam positions, and the calculation of the prior probability distribution of each beam position is discussed. And then, two search algorithms based on information gain are proposed using Shannon entropy and Kullback-Leibler entropy, respectively. With the proposed strategy, the information gain of each beam position is predicted before the radar detection, and the observation is made in the beam position with the maximal information gain. Compared with the conventional method of sequential search and confirm search, simulation results show that the proposed search strategy can distinctly improve the search performance and save radar time resources with the same given detection probability.     

Research on secure buyer-seller watermarking protocol

A new buyer-seller watermarking protocol is proposed by applying a double encryption method and a novel mechanism of embedding a buyer＇s watermark. The protocol can effectively prevent against collusion attacks and the man in the middle attack if the third party is not trusted. Also, based on the proposed scheme for the first-hand transaction, a new buyer-reseller watermarking protocol and a formal multi-party watermarking protocol are also proposed. The proposed buyer-resell watermarking protocol only needs the original seller to provide transfer certificate and encryption-decryption service to support the second-hand transaction, and the multi-party watermarking protocol with distributed certificate authorities can overcome the difficulty in the combination of multicast mechanism with multiple unique watermarks and allow a seller to multicast the watermarked digital contents and key transaction information to n buyers. Furthermore, the idea of zero knowledge proof is also applied into the proposed scheme to allow the seller to take an effective control on the task performed by the third party.
