一种新的自适应图像组结构算法

运动补偿时域滤波(MCTF)将若干连续的视频帧组成一个图像组进行时域小波分解以获得时域可分级性。与图像组大小固定的结构相比,自适应图像组结构(AGS)提高了编码效率,但实现复杂度也大大增加。提出了一种新的自适应图像组结构(NAGS),利用帧间预测判断视频序列的时域变化特性,并根据视频序列的时域变化特性选择不同的图像组结构。新的自适应图像组结构大大降低了自适应图像组结构的计算复杂度,并解决了自适应图像组结构时延的振荡性问题。实验结果表明,新的自适应图像组结构的编码性能与自适应图像组结构基本一致。     

基于XML的自动答疑系统设计与研究

随着网络技术的普及与社会发展的需要,自动答疑系统成为研究的热点之一.如何提高自动答疑系统的智能化程度是自动答疑系统研究的关键技术.探讨了基于XML的事实库和规则库的知识表示,论述了反向推理机制在自动答疑系统中的实现过程及应用和自动答疑系统的模块功能.     

原子荧光光谱法测定烟草中的砷和汞

研究了用原子荧光光谱法同时测定烟草中的砷和汞,烟草样品采用HNO3-H2O2消化体系微波消化,然后用原子荧光光谱法测定.在最佳微波消化条件和测定条件下,线性范围为:Hg 0.1~150μg/L、As 0.1~200μg/L,检出限均为0.035μg/L,汞测定的相对标准偏差为2.8%,砷测定的相对标准偏差为2.5%,汞的标准回收率为93%,砷的标准回收率为96%,结果令人满意.     

嵌套式移动Agent的形式化研究

应用任务Agent和巡航Agent构造了移动Agent分布式网络管理模型,采用进程代数方法p演算对该模型中Agent间的嵌套过程、交互行为和验证过程等部分行为进行了形式化的描述,从理论上验证了在大型网络中使用嵌套式移动Agent进行分布式管理的可能性.     

Field trial of an HTS filter system on a CDMA base station

This paper presents the field trial results of a high temperature superconductor filter system (HTSFS) in a code division multiple access (CDMA) mobile communication base station (BTS) in Tangshan, China. The center frequency of the HTSFS is 830 MHz with 1.4% fractional bandwidth. The noise figure (NF) of the HTSFS, including connectors and cables, is 0.8 dB. The field trial results show that after the HTSFS was installed in the receiver front-end of a CDMA base station, the transmitting power of handset was decreased by 3.1 dB on average. Up to now, the HTSFS has been running steadily in the base station for more than 22 months, demonstrating the reliability and stability of the system.     

Transitional phenomenon of particle dispersion in gas-solid two-phase flows

Without using any turbulent model, direct numerical simulation of a three-dimensional gas-solid two-phase turbulent jet was performed by finite volume method. The effects on dispersion of particles with different Stokes numbers by the transitional behavior of turbulent structures were investigated. To produce high-resolution results and reduce the computation and storage, the fractional-step projection algorithm was used to solve the governing equations of gas phase fluid. The low-storage, three-order Runge-Kutta scheme was used for time integration. The governing equations of particles were solved in the Lagrangian framework. These numerical schemes were validated by the good agreement be-tween the statistical results of flow field and the related experimental data. In the study of particle dis-persion, it was found that the effects on particle dispersion by the spanwise vortex structures were prominent. The new behaviors of particle dispersion were also observed during the evolution of the flow field, i.e. the transitional phenomenon of particle dispersion occurs for the particles with small and intermediate Stokes numbers.     

Modification of the rib operon derived from Bacillus subtilis and its expression in Escherichia coli

A riboflavin operon （rib operon） derived from Bacillus subtilis 368 was modified on structure and the resulting operons were expressed in various strains of Escherichia coli. The results showed that the optimization of the rib operon and the host strain used for expression are two main factors affecting the riboflavin production. Replacing the promoterl and rfn box of the rib operon with a strong constructive promoter spol drastically increased the expression of the rib genes. When E. coli JM109 was used as the host strain, the highest riboflavin production reached 95.3μg/mL （about eight times higher than that of the unmodified r/b operon）. In addition, when tetracycline （20 μg/mL） was used as the selective pressure, compared with the ampicillin resistant transformants, a higher riboflavin yield was obtained in tetracycline resistant host strain.     

基于Copula的股票市场VaR和最优投资组合分析

在股票市场风险分析中,对不同股票相关结构的讨论有着重要意义,从而引出对如何选取好的相关结构模型来捕捉股票间的相关变化规律的讨论.本文选取Gauss Copula、t Copula、Gumbel Copula和Mixed Gumbel Copula,运用两步半参数估计法对股票市场相关结构建模,并依据建立的模型进行VaR分析,采用Wald型检验方法来判断VaR估计效果.从效用最大化角度出发,确定最优投资组合.     

外部经济应用的非对称性与区际生态补偿机制

分析我国现行生态保护建设政策，指出以往政策使用效果上的不足和补偿机制的对生态产品生产的激励作用，阐述了生态建设中资源转移对效率的关系，通过模型论证生态产品生产中为提高生产效率和社会福利对资源进行转移的必要性，探讨建立生态补偿机制的实现途径，并提出相应的政策建议。     

应用改进的灰关联法对供应链绩效评价的研究

随着全球经济的发展和全球制造的出现,供应链越来越受到了人们的关注,并在各个行业,特别是制造业中得到了普遍应用,成为一种新的管理模式。在供应链管理体系中,为了确保供应链管理能够健康、可持续地发展,建立科学、全面的供应链绩效评价体系,已经成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。文章应用主成分分析法与问卷调查法对绩效评价的指标进行降维与筛选,运用改进的灰关联法对供应链绩效进行整体评价。
