Some properties of the goat placental lactogen

Summary Goat placental lactogen was partially purified from a medium collected after placental tissue incubation. The data obtained by disc electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing experiments, as well as by means of radioreceptor assay methods, provide evidence of the similarity between the goat and ovine placental lactogen.The careful technical assistance of L. Effects of cerebral lateral,ventricular infusions of phloridzin on feeding and body weight in Gallus domesticus (L.)

Summary Contrary to earlier findings in rats, cerebral lateral ventricular infusions of 1×10^–3 M or 2×10^–3 M solutions of phloridzin at a rate of 2.5 l/min for 90 min had no significant stimulating effects on food intake and weight gain in hens and cocks. These different responses to intraventricular phloridzin might reflect a difference of sensitivity to the inhibitory action of phloridzin on glucose transport in cerebral cells or certain peculiarities of mechanisms controlling food intake in chickens.     

The structure of amoorastatone and the cytotoxic limonoid 12-hydroxyamoorastatin

Summary 2 new limonoid-type terpenes have been isolated from an aqueous extract of seeds produced by the Eastern Himalayan (India) plantAphanamixis grandifolia Bl. By interpreting principally mass spectral and nuclear magnetic resonance data, the structures of 12-hydroxyamoorastatin (2b) and amoorastatone (3) were elucidated. Unequivocal evidence for the 12-hydroxyamoorastatin structural assignment was obtained by chemical conversion to sendanin (4). Amoorastatin derivative2b was found to significantly inhibit growth of the murine P388 lymphocytic leukemia cell lines but amoorastatone in the same system was inactive. In a comparative biological study, sendanin (4) and anthothecol (7) were also found significantly to inhibit growth of the P388 cell line, while rohitukin (8) and limonin (9) were found to be inactive.Part 63 of the series Antineoplastic Agents. 高能碰撞轻子对产生的核Drell-Yan过程中的能量损失

核物质中的能量损失效应是不同于束缚核子部分子分布函数核效应的另外一种核效应，而核Drell—Yan过程是研究这种能量损失效应的最佳途径。用G．T．Garvey和T．C．Peng提出的处理能量损失的方法，采用EKS和HKM两套不同的束缚核子的部分子分布函数，分别计算了核Drell—Yan过程中的微分截面比，所得结果一方面验证了P—A碰撞中能量损失的存在，另一方面也说明了用来确定束缚核子部分子分布函数的参数中不应包括核Drell—Yan过程中的实验数据。

提出采用共轭凸轮———行星轮系组合机构作为引纬系统解决了4.3米磁性引纬织机大幅宽引纬问题。共轭凸轮机构可满足对引纬工艺要求的控制 ,行星轮系增速可增加引纬幅宽。讨论了通过引纬梭移动裕量和优化确定凸轮机构运动规律克服增速带来的位置精度和惯性力等问题     

不同植物激素对绿豆下胚轴愈伤组织影响

以绿豆下胚轴再生愈伤组织效率为评价指标 ,对TDZ、4Pu 30、6 BA ,3种激素的生物学活性进行比较 ,结果表明TDZ、4Pu 30的细胞分裂素活性比 6 BA高 10 0倍 ,而在TDZ和 4Pu 30中 ,以TDZ的活性最强     

物化技术处理染料废水的研究进展

介绍了我国水资源的情况，指出了染料废水的水质特性；综述了絮凝沉降、吸附脱色、电解、纳滤膜、光催化技术在染料废水处理方面的应用，并对各方法的伏缺点做了说明；展望了物化技术处理染料废水的前景。     

基于核壳荧光纳米颗粒的一种新型纳米pH传感器

改进了一种基于新型的荧光染料——二氧化硅的核壳荧光纳米颗粒的纳米pH传感器，以异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)标记的羊抗人免疫球蛋白IgG为核材料，采用实验条件简单的油包水的微乳液方法制备荧光纳米颗粒，该方法有效地防止了荧光染料在二氧化硅壳层中的泄露。这种FITC的核壳荧光纳米颗粒对pH敏感，在pH值5．5—7之间呈线性响应，且能被单个小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬，借此用于单细胞中pH的实时监测。

从有交流的策略形式的博奕(strategic-form game)和有交流的贝叶斯博奕(Bayesian game)两个方面介绍了引入有交流的博奕(Game With Communication)的概念能极大地简化博奕模型，而且能够得出更易于分析的均衡解，并指出了有交流的博奕的概念在经济活动中设计激励相容的协调机制中的重要应用价值。
