Hypoosmotic shock induces a stateⅠtransition of photosynthetic apparatus in Dunaliella salina

The effects of hypoosmotic shock on state transition in darkness in Dunaliella salina were studied. When the concentration of NaCI in culture medium was dropped from 1.5 to 0.5 mol/L abruptly, the photosynthetic rate of D.salina declined, but the respiratory rate and intracellular ATP content increased in the dark. The FpsⅡ/FpsⅠ ratio at 77 K of D. salina cells exposed to hypoosmotic shock was higher than that of control cells, indicating that more excitation energy was distributed to PS Ⅱ in stressed D.salina cells upon illumination. A decrease in LHC Ⅱ phosphorylation level was also observed when D.salina was exposed to hypoosmotic shock. Thus a state Ⅰ transition of photosynthetic apparatus occurs when D.salina suffers hypoosmotic shock in darkness, which is supposed to be related to an enhancement of respiration and an increase in ATP content in stressed D.salina cells.     

北京市野鸭湖湿地植物区系分析

通过野外调查对野鸭湖湿地的植物种类进行了统计 ,表明该区域内共有高等植物 35 7种 ,隶属 71科 2 13属 ,同时通过对野鸭湖植物区系的地理成分分析表明 ,野鸭湖地区植物属的分布区类型有 14个 ,分布具有广域性 ,且以温带成分为主 ,热带性质的属起补充成分的作用 .     

凉山州水土流失治理现状及对策

通过对凉山州水土流失严重的原因、治理的现状等进行调查分析和研究,笔者认为应采取以下措施加强凉山州水土流失治理:严格实行退耕还林草、荒山造林,增加地被覆盖加强生物措施治理;重视落实生态移民搬迁配套治理;重视农业科学化加强农业措施治理;结合农业生产加强工程措施治理。     

Measurement of Magnetization Curve and Magnetic Relaxation for 2H-NbSe2 Crystals

The characteristics of electronic transport properties: behaviors of magnetization curve and magnetic relaxation of a typical normal superconductor 2H-NbSe2 are investigated. The results show that Tc and △Tc of the samples are 7. 2,0. 18 K, indicating that superconducting energy gap at zero temperature is 1. 1 meV. No fish tail shape is found in the magnetization curves at several temperatures. The relationship between remnant magnetic moment and time reveals that the magnetic flux creep of the sample agrees with the Kim-Anderson thermal activation model with the relaxation rate S=0.000 36 at T=6 K.     

基于径向基函数神经网络的滚动轴承故障模式的识别

Since the wet speeed governing clutch works within hydrodynamic lubrication mixture lubrication. boundary, lubrication and contact situation, the oils combining with a-hydrocarbon or polyester are getting widely used as lubricant.The power-law fluid model with Patir-Cheng average flow model, GT asperity contact model and oil film inertia are applied for average Reynolds equation setting, In order to investigate the relationship between average push pressure within hydrodynamic lubrication and mixture lubrication, average transmitting torque and output speed, the numeral calculation and analysis are presented. According to calculation, it is found that the groove shape, groove angle and groove numbers affect the average transfer torque and push pressure with the speed rate.     

The Intelligent Decision Support System Model of SARS

Based on the intelligent decision support system, a new method was presented to defense the catastrophic infectious disease such as SARS, Bird Flu, etc.. By using All Set theory, the decision support system (DSS) model can be built to analyze the noise information and forecast the trend of the catastrophe then to give the method or policy to defend the disease. The model system is composed of four subsystems: the noise analysis subsystem, forecast and simulation subsystem, diagnosis subsystem and second recovery subsystem. They are discussed briefly in this paper. This model can be used not only for SARS but also for other paroxysmal accidences.     

一种新型的光纤曲率传感器

开发了一种新型的埋入式光纤曲率传感器 ,以结构的曲率变形对传感器的输出光强实现强度调制 .对传感器的静态和动态特性作了分析 ,提出了该传感器的传感机理 ,对传感器的结构作了改进 .将此传感器埋入树脂基复合材料板内部 ,测量板的弯曲变形 .可利用此曲率传感器组成准分布式传感系统检测智能结构的形状变化 .     

采用传播图论建模方法的Massive MIMO室内场景传播特性

大规模多天线(Massive MIMO)技术在基站端配置大规模天线阵列,能够大幅度提升数据传输速度和系统容量,实现无线传播信道中的空间和时间资源的最大化利用.有关Massive MIMO无线传播信道的研究,对大规模多天线的应用、系统的设计与部署具有重要意义.本文采用传播图论信道建模的方法,研究Massive MIMO在实际传播信道中的性能表现,既能很好的避免信道实测带来的繁重工作,又能有效反映Massive MIMO的无线信道衰落特性.分别在高频点6GHz和低频点1.472 5GHz对选定的室内传播场景进行了信道建模与仿真,由传播图论建模方法得到了信道冲激响应,并进行参数提取,分别从角度域和时延域分析了大规模多天线系统的信道传播特性,并通过分析信道奇异值扩展的分布,证明了实际传播环境中天线数目增多信道的正交性显著增强.     

Crystal-KMC: Parallel Software for Lattice Dynamics Monte Carlo Simulation of Metal Materials

Kinetic Monte Carlo(KMC) is a widely used method for studying the evolution of materials at the microcosmic level. At present, while there are many simulation software programs based on this algorithm, most focus on the verification of a certain phenomenon and have no analog-scale requirement, so many are serial in nature. The dynamic Monte Carlo algorithm is implemented using a parallel framework called SPPARKS, but it does not support the Embedded Atom Method(EAM) potential, which is commonly used in the dynamic simulation of metal materials. Metal material — the preferred material for most containers and components — plays an important role in many fields, including construction engineering and transportation. In this paper, we propose and describe the development of a parallel software program called Crystal-KMC, which is specifically used to simulate the lattice dynamics of metallic materials. This software uses MPI to achieve a parallel multiprocessing mode, which avoid the limitations of serial software in the analog scale. Finally, we describe the use of the parallel-KMC simulation software Crystal-KMC in simulating the diffusion of vacancies in iron, and analyze the experimental results. In addition, we tested the performance of Crystal-KMC in "meta-Era" supercomputing clusters, and the results show the Crystal-KMC parallel software to have good parallel speedup and scalability.     

1996-2016年五味子在国产保健食品中的应用与分析

目的 分析五味子21 a间在国产保健食品中作为原料的应用情况,为进一步研发五味子保健食品提供参考.方法 利用回顾性调查方法,抽取国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)网站中1996—2016年已注册的保健食品信息,建立五味子保健食品专题数据库,分析五味子相关保健食品的功能分布、与之配伍的中药种类、频次、功效成分(或标志性成分)、地区分布及年代分布等.结果 1996—2016年期间含五味子的国产保健食品共有351个,涉及功能20种,配方原料数量最多6种,与五味子配伍使用的原料前5位为枸杞子、酸枣仁、人参、葛根、黄芪,功效成分涉及118种,申请地中前5位依次为北京市、广东省、陕西省、吉林省及黑龙江省.结论 含五味子保健食品的开发总量不足,档次较低,接近食品形态的剂型较少,没有形成基于五味子医药文化及民俗文化的品牌优势.
