适于大斜视角星载SAR系统的改进距离-多普勒算法

分析了当天线斜视角增大时,导致传统距离-多普勒成像算法性能下降的主要误差来源.提出了一种适合大斜视角星载SAR系统的改进距离-多普勒算法,并给出了处理仿真点目标数据得到图像质量的比较.结果表明,在大斜视角情况下,改进算法的性能远大于传统的距离\|多普勒成像算法.

依据我国的资源、环境、技术条件及现有基础,分析了特色养殖业的风险性及适宜我国各地区养殖的品种,提出了建议性饲养管理模式。     

A Multi-Agent Based Equipment Bidding System on the Web

This paper puts forward a new framework of multi-agent based equipment bidding system on the Web (MAEBSW). The purpose of the paper is to make the process of enterprise equipment bidding, especially the decision process of enterprise equipment bidding, more intelligent. The system discussed in this paper is an efficient method for the enterprises doing business electronically. We also present our opinion of the approaches to defining agents. We emphasize the importance of agent being able to provide explanation about its behavior for the user or other agents. Based on this opinion we design a new common architecture of most agents in MAEBSW.     

预防维修决策分析

针对现代地空导弹武器系统维修时间不服从指数分布的特点,在系统寿命、预防维修时间和修理时间均服从一般分布的情况下,研究了系统的不完善预防维修策略问题。利用半马尔可夫过程建立了不完善预防维修模型;给出了不完善预防维修可用性的计算方法;在系统稳态可用性最大化原则下,提出了一种判别是否采用预防维修的有效方法。     

发汗控制方程的直线解法

本文主要讨论了发汗控制问题的直线解法，对该问题的固定边界和活动边界情形，采用线方法分别空间离散化，得到两组常微分方程组，并且用隐式Ｅｕｌｅｒ方法对上述发汗控制系统进行了数学仿真，得到了热层温度随时间和控制参数变化特性曲线，它为研究发汗控制问题提供了数据分析依据。     

Mean Square Average Generalized Consensus of Multi-Agent Systems Under Time-Delays and Stochastic Disturbances

Compared with the traditional consensus problem, this paper deals with the mean square average generalized consensus(MSAGC) of multi-agent systems under fixed directed topology, where all agents are affected by stochastic disturbances. Distributed protocol depending on delayed time information from neighbors is designed. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, together with results from matrix theory and It o s derivation theory, the linear matrix inequalities approach is used to establish sufficient conditions to ensure MSAGC of multi-agent systems. Finally, numerical simulations are provided to illustrate the theoretical results.

The effect of corporate governance on debt financing cost of listed companies

In recent years,bank credit business is booming with the increasing borrowing intention of China’s listed companies,and debt financing has become the major approach among listed companies’financing strategies.As a series of institutional arrangements about rights,responsibilities and benefits between different shareholders,corporate governance mechanism has a significant influence on the cost of debt financing.This paper employs variable coefficient panel data model to investigate the relationship of the listed company’s debt financing costs and corporate governance mechanism in terms of structural characteristics and time series characteristics.The results show that optimizing the structure of both Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors,establishing a reasonable management incentive system and reducing the concentration of ownership properly can directly contribute to a lower company’s debt financing costs.Meanwhile,property rights have an interactive influence on corporate governance from four aspects,which indirectly effect in company’s debt financing costs.
