The authors consider the problem of on-line scheduling of unit execution time jobs on uniform machines with rejection penalty. The jobs arrive one by one and can be either accepted and scheduled, or be rejected. The objective is to minimize the total completion time of the accepted jobs and the total penalty of the rejection jobs. In order to improve the autonomous navigation capability of satellite, a pulsar/CNS (celestial navigation system) integrated navigation method based on federated unscented Kalman filter (UKF) is proposed. The celestial navigation is a mature and stable navigation method. However, its position determination performance is not satisfied due to the low accuracy of horizon sensor. Single pulsar navigation is a new navigation method, which can provide highly accurate range measurements. The major drawback of single pulsar navigation is that the system is completely unobservable. As two methods are complementary to each other, the federated UKF is used here for fusing the navigation data from single pulsar navigation and CNS. Compared to the traditional celestial navigation method and single pulsar navigation, the integrated navigation method can provide better navigation performance. The approach of available transfer capability (denoted as ATC) incorporating wind generation has been paid very high attention since the development of wind generation. Based on the maximum function, this paper presents an ATC model. The characteristic of the new model is twofold. First, it considers wind turbines connected to power system and static security of power system simultaneously. Second, it is a system of semismooth equations and can be solved easily. By using the smoothing strategy, a smoothing Newton method is adopted for solving the proposed new ATC model. Numerical simulation results of the IEEE 30-bus and 118-bus system show that the new model and algorithm are feasible and effective. Synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery is a kind of coherent system that produces a random pattern, named speckle, which degrades the merit of SAR images and affects their further application seriously. Therefore, how to restore SAR image from the speckle has become a necessary step in post-processing of image. A new despeckling method is putforth on the basis of wavelet. First, a new approach on the basis of "second kind statistics" is used to estimate the dispersion parameter of the Cauchy distribution. Then, this Cauchy prior is applied to model the distribution of the wavelet coefficients for the log-transformed reflectance of SAR image. Based on the above ideas, a new homomorphic wavelet-based maximum a posterior (MAP) despeckling method is proposed. Finally, the simulated speckled image and the real SAR image are used to verify our proposed method and the results show that it outperforms the other methods in terms of the speckle reduction and the feature retention. 相似文献

The Wigner-Ville distribution (WVD) and the cross Wigner-Ville distribution (XWVD) have been shown to be efficient in the estimation of instantaneous frequency (IF). But the statistical result of the IF estimation from XWVD peak is much better than using WVD peak. The reason is given from a statistical point of view. Theoretical studies show that XWVD of the analyzed signal can be estimated from XWVD of the noise-contaminated signal. The estimation is unbiased, and the variance is equal to that of noise. The consistency measurement and weight estimation approach of the hybrid uncertain comparison matrix in the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are studied. First, the decision-making satisfaction membership function is defined based on the decision making's allowable error. Then, the weight model based on the maximal satisfactory consistency idea is suggested, and the consistency index is put forward. Moreover, the weight distributing value model is developed to solve the decision making misleading problem since the multioptimization solutions in the former model. It is well known that the periodic performance of spread spectrum sequence heavily affects the correlative and secure characteristics of communication systems. The chaotic binary sequence is paid more and more attention since it is one kind of applicable spread spectrum sequences. However, there are unavoidable short cyclic problems for chaotic binary sequences in finite precision. The chaotic binary sequence generating methods are studied first. Then the short cyclic behavior of the chaotic sequences is analyzed in detail, which are generated by quantification approaches with finite word-length. At the same time, a chaotic similar function is defined for presenting the cyclic characteristics of the sequences. Based on these efforts, an improved method with scrambling control for generating chaotic binary sequences is proposed. To quantitatively describe the improvement of periodic performance of the sequences, an orthogonal estimator is also defined. Some simulating results are provided. From the theoretical deduction and the experimental results, it is concluded that the proposed method can effectively increase the period and raise the complexity of the chaotic sequences to some extent. 相似文献

A novel poladmetric calibration method for new target property measurement radar system is presented.Its application in the real radar system is also discussed.The analysis indicates that instantaneous polarization radar (IPR) has inherent cross-polarization measurement error.The proposed method can effectively eliminate this error,and thus enhance the polarization scattering matrix (PSM) measurement precision.The phase error caused by digital receiver's direct iF sampling and mixing of two orthogonal polarization channels can be removed.Consequently,the inherent error of target polarization scattering measurement of the instantaneous polarization radar system is well revised.It has good reference value for further plcarimetric calibration and high practical application prospect. 相似文献
