随着空间技术的发展,地理信息系统逐步应用于生活的各个领域.以莱芜市雪野水库地图为模板,介绍使用Mapx可视化地实现对水库属性数据库和空间数据库的双向查询技术,以获得较为精确的基本设施信息.同时,介绍了系统基本模块的具体实现方法,包括:地图的基本操作(如放大、缩小、漫游等)、地图的双向查询、地图图层的编辑和鹰眼功能模块.该系统有效实现了水库管理的信息化,实现了水库管理效益的价值最大化.  相似文献

Poly(e-caprolactone)(PCL)is widely adopted as an ingredient for tissue engineering scaffolds.To improve its cell affinity,in this study,we developed a new method to introduce bioactive RGD peptides onto the surface of PCL via condensation reaction between 2-cyanobenzothiazole(CBT)and D-cysteine.The PCL fibrous membranes were prepared by electrospinning,and RGD functionalization was characterized by fluorescence microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and water contact angle(WCA).As expected,our results demonstrated the successful RGD immobilization on the surface of PCL.RGD modification improved the hydrophilicity of PCL,changing their WCA from 112.20°to38.35°.Cell adhesion,spreading and proliferation of 3T3fibroblasts were also enhanced.We therefore believe that the methods reported in this study was facile and effective for functional modification of the hydrophobic PCL scaffolds.The moderate reaction conditions are also suitable for covalent immobilization of bioactive molecules onto PCL.  相似文献

Connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) plays an important role in regulation of cell growth, differentiation, apoptosis and individual development in animals. The study of sequences variation and molecular evolution of CTGF gene across various species of the cyprinid could be helpful for understanding of speciation and gene divergence in this kind of fish. In this study, 19 novel sequences of CTGF gene were obtained from the representative species of the family Cyprinidae using PCR amplification, cloning and sequencing. Phylogenetic relationships of Cyprinidae were reconstructed by neighbor-joining (NJ), maximum parsimony (MP), maximum likelihood (ML) and Bayesian method. Oryzias latipes from the family Cyprinodontidae was assigned to be the outgroup taxon. Leuciscini and Barbini were clustered into the monophyletic lineages respectively with the high nodal supports. The estimation of the ratio of nonsynonymous to synonymous substitution (dN/dS) for the various branches indicated that there stood the different evolution rates between the Leuciscini and the Barbini. With the ratio of dN/dS of the Leuciscini being lower than that of the Barbini, species within the Barbini were demonstrated to be subjected to the relatively less selection pressure and under the relaxable evolution background. A 6 bp indel (insertion/deletion) was found at the 5' end of CTGF gene of Cyprinidae, and this 6 bp deletion only appeared in the Leuciscini, which is a typical characteristic of the Leuciscini and provides evidence for the monophylogeny of the Leuciscini. For the amino acid sequences of CTGF protein, the most variations and Indels were distributed in the signal region and IGFBP region of this protein, implying that these variations were correlated with the regulation of the CTGF gene expression and protein activity.  相似文献

To verify the safety of nonlinear dynamical systems based on inductive invariants, key issues include defining the most complete inductive condition and discovering an inductive invariant that satisfies the specified inductive condition. In this paper, to lay a solid foundation for future research into the safety verification of semi- algebraic dynamical systems, we first establish a formal framework for evaluating the quality of continuous inductive conditions. In addition, we propose a new complete and computable inductive condition for verifying the safety of semi-algebraic dynamical systems. Compared with the existing complete and computable inductive condition, this new inductive condition can be easily adapted to achieve a set of sufficient inductive conditions with different level of conservativeness and computational complexity, which provides us with a means to trade off between the verification power and complexity. These inductive conditions can be solved by quantifier elimination and SMT solvers.  相似文献

提出了一种基于支持度和自适应加权的阵列式传感器数据融合方法。其特点是通过关联融合多组测量信号序列以降低静态数据的随机测量误差。对单传感器测量信号序列,采用支持度方法计算每个测量数据的综合支持度和加权因子,然后对测量信号序列进行加权融合。对阵列式传感器多组测量信号序列,基于单传感器数据融合,利用自适应加权方法,在总均方误差最小意义下进行多组测量信号序列数据融合。仿真结果表明,该阵列式传感器数据融合方法是有效的。  相似文献

pAeca212 is 204 bp in length, and the G + C content is 51%. It disperses on all seven chromosome pairs ofAegilops caudata except centromeres and secondary constrictions. Compared with the 316893 DNA sequences registered in Genbank/EMBL/DDJB/PDB, pAeca212 is a new C-genome specific repetitive sequence. The results of genomic specificity analysis of pAece212 show that there are no hybridization signals detected in all donor Poaceae plants except in rye. pAeca212 is a very useful molecular marker in the study of the origin of Triticeace and the detection of C chromatin in wheat background.  相似文献
