旅游规划图制图规范研究

探讨了旅游规划图的性质,指出在我国旅游规划中由于编制单位的专业背景不同使得旅游规划图的制作各不相同,表现在有些规划图失去地图的基本属性、没有统一的图式图例和图集选题的差异;文中认为旅游规划图的规范化应从三个方面进行,即确保旅游规划图具备地图基本属性,编制统一的旅游规划图图式及统一旅游规划图的内容体系.最后对旅游规划电子地图的规范化进行探讨.     

Ability to detect weak effective seismic signals by utilizing chaotic vibrator system

Taking the advantage of CVS (Chaotic Vibrator System) sensitivity of large-scale periodic phase-state response to quasi-periodic or periodic signals,a series of numerical experiments were made to understand the ability of CVS to detect weak effective seismic signals in the common-shot seismic record distorted by strong stochastic noise. The re-sults demonstrate that the large-scale periodic phase-states of CVS are correlated with the signal composition of the quasi-periodic wavelet sequence constructing from horizontal moveout of seismic events,noise strength and the noise distortion de-gree to signal. For the same kind of events,the higher the noise distortion degree is,the lower the detectable SNR can be reached by CVS. For seismic data with the same noise distortion degree,the closer the scanning seismic velocity (the trial moveout ve-locity) approaches to the accurate velocity,the higher the detectable SNR can be reached by CVS. More-over,the truncating scanning velocities form an asymmetric belt,which indirectly makes CVS achieve a large-scale periodic phase-state and then the ratio of wavelet distortion coefficients in events can be a biggish variable scope.     

Incremental Web Usage Mining Based on Active Ant Colony Clustering

To alleviate the scalability problem caused by the increasing Web using and changing users＇ interests, this paper presents a novel Web Usage Mining algorithm-Incremental Web Usage Mining algorithm based on Active Ant Colony Clustering. Firstly, an active movement strategy about direction selection and speed, different with the positive strategy employed by other Ant Colony Clustering algorithms, is proposed to construct an Active Ant Colony Clustering algorithm, which avoid the idle and ＂flying over the plane＂ moving phenomenon, effectively improve the quality and speed of clustering on large dataset. Then a mechanism of decomposing clusters based on above methods is introduced to form new clusters when users＇ interests change. Empirical studies on a real Web dataset show the active ant colony clustering algorithm has better performance than the previous algorithms, and the incremental approach based on the proposed mechanism can efficiently implement incremental Web usage mining.     

基于移动设备的Mobile SVG的研究。

Mobile SVG是由W3C组织的SVG工作组专门针对PDA，Smart Phone这类移动设备基于XML技术规范所开发的一种开放标准的移动矢量图形技术规范。典型移动设备的计算能力和内存容量是有限的，创建了Mobile SVG文档时最小化绘制时间所采用的方法，设计并实现了一个模块化和有一定移植性的Mobile SVG浏览器。     

基于GPRS的输油管线自动监测系统

针对输油管线分布城广，其监测困难的实际情况，提出了输油管线自动监测系统的构架以及相应模块。该系统采用无线通信技术作为泄漏定位手段；采用GPRS，RS232和工业以太网作为通信总线；采用OPC中间服务器作为监测单元和工作站间的通信接口；用Web服务器系统将信息及时发布到Internet上，该系统具有高效、快捷、实时性好的特点。     

柴油蜡晶分散剂的制备和降凝效果研究

以马来酸酐和呋喃为原料，经Diels-Alder反应、酯化／酰胺化后合成了柴油蜡晶分散剂3，6-氧桥-1，2，3，6-四氢苯-1，2-二甲酸高级酯／酰胺。酸值测定表明，该合成方法的产率超过90％。对大庆0^#柴油的冷滤点测试表明，该醋晶分散剂与低相对分子质量的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物复配效果较差，而与改性的聚丙烯酸高级醇酯二元复配后，可以降低冷滤点7℃，表现出了良好的协同效应。     

Ca2+引入方式及用量对蒙脱石的膨胀容及阳离子交换量的影响

探讨了Ca(OH)3,CaCl2掺入量对蒙脱石的膨胀容及阳离子交换量的影响,并对改性前后蒙脱石的显微结构进行了分析.研究结果表明,不论是普通蒙脱石还是钠基蒙脱石,经Ca2 处理后二者的膨胀容均有所下降,但改性普通蒙脱石下降的幅度要大于改性钠基蒙脱石的.随着Ca(OH)2,CaCl2掺入量的增加,膨胀容减小.当掺人8%(wt)CaCl2时,蒙脱石的膨胀容较小、交换性钙较低、结构紧密.

附带民事诉讼中的精神损害赔偿问题探究

我国关于刑事附带民事诉讼的赔偿范围,从刑法、刑事诉讼法的相关规定来看,均限定为物质方面的损失.刑事被害人精神损害制度的确立,是十分必要的.最高人民法院《关于审理人身损害赔偿案件适用法律若干问题的解释》并未从法律层面上对之加以解决,只有从修改现行立法入手,才能从根本上解决这一问题.     

Fe3O4聚脲微胶囊的制备及性能

用甲苯2,4（2,6）-二异氰酸酯（TDI）为壁材原料,Fe3O4作为芯材,由原位聚合法制得了Fe3O4聚脲微胶囊.通过红外光谱分析和亲水性的比较,证明了Fe3O4已被聚脲包覆.用热分析方法测定了微胶囊内Fe3O4的质量百分比为5.0%、10.2%、15.2%.扫描电镜观察说明,当原料质量比m（Fe3O4）∶m（TDI）=（0.2~0.4）∶2时,微胶囊的分散性好于Fe3O4,此时,微胶囊磁性与Fe3O4相似.微胶囊化的Fe3O4密度为（1.01~1.45）g/cm3,小于原Fe3O4的密度（3.12 g/cm3）.Fe3O4聚脲微胶囊能分散于丙烯酸异辛酯、丙二醇二丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸丁酯、二乙烯三胺、甲苯、乙醇、乙醇水溶液[w（C2H5OH）=30%]、二缩三乙二醇等有机溶剂中,且能稳定存在180 d以上,有望用于涂料、油墨、粘合剂等领域.
