基于Keil C51的单片机仿真器的研究与实现

基于Agent的异常处理在进销存管理系统中的应用

针对基于工作流的进销存管理系统中存在的异常问题,提出了一个基于Agent的工作流异常处理模型,建立了异常监测、分析、处理机制,采用ECA规则建立了异常规则库,利用Agent的自学习性解决系统中出现的不可预测的异常,提高了系统的灵活性和可适应性,增强了系统处理异常的能力.     

基线漂移对长周期反应谱的影响

采用Hilbert-Huang变换,对数字强震仪记录进行了分析,得到了几个典型记录的最低频固有模态函数(IMF),比较了常规处理记录和去除最低频IMF的记录加速度反应谱的差别,这种差别很小。据此得出了记录基线漂移对长周期反应谱的影响很有限的结论,指出数字化强地震动记录在长周期段是可靠的,设计反应谱可向长周期扩展。     

基于IRS—P6AWIFS遥感影像和GIS的湖北省生态环境评价

以IRS-P6 AWIFS遥感影像为主要数据源,利用监督分类方法进行土地利用/覆被分类,在GIS技术支持下,通过空间分析提取出生物丰度指数、植被覆盖指数、水网密度指数、土地退化指数、环境质量指数等评价信息.依据国家环境监测总站2006年颁布的〈生态环境状况评价技术规范〉（HJ/192-2006）建立生态环境质量评价模型,通过模型的空间叠加进行湖北省生态环境状况评价. 结果 表明湖北省各地市生态环境状况总体较好,这与湖北各地的自然条件、气候条件、资源开发与利用等因素具有较好的相关性,表明评价模型是科学客观的.本文探索了IRS-P6 AWIFS数据和GIS技术相结合的生态环境状况评价方法,对区域生态环境的保护和改善具有积极意义.     

A genetic interaction network of five genes for human polycystic kidney and liver diseases defines polycystin-1 as the central determinant of cyst formation

Autosomal dominant polycystic liver disease results from mutations in PRKCSH or SEC63. The respective gene products, glucosidase IIβ and SEC63p, function in protein translocation and quality control pathways in the endoplasmic reticulum. Here we show that glucosidase IIβ and Sec63p are required in mice for adequate expression of a functional complex of the polycystic kidney disease gene products, polycystin-1 and polycystin-2. We find that polycystin-1 is the rate-limiting component of this complex and that there is a dose-response relationship between cystic dilation and levels of functional polycystin-1 following mutation of Prkcsh or Sec63. Reduced expression of polycystin-1 also serves to sensitize the kidney to cyst formation resulting from mutations in Pkhd1, the recessive polycystic kidney disease gene. Finally, we show that proteasome inhibition increases steady-state levels of polycystin-1 in cells lacking glucosidase IIβ and that treatment with a proteasome inhibitor reduces cystic disease in orthologous gene models of human autosomal dominant polycystic liver disease.     

Binary Particle Swarm Optimization Based Hyper-Heuristic for Solving the Set-Union Knapsack Problem

The set-union knapsack problem(SUKP) is proved to be a strongly NP-hard problem, and it is an extension of the classic NP-hard problem: the 0-1 knapsack problem(KP). Solving the SUKP through exact approaches is computationally expensive. Therefore, several swarm intelligent algorithms have been proposed in order to solve the SUKP. Hyper-heuristics have received notable attention by researchers in recent years, and they are successfully applied to solve the combinatorial optimization problems. In this article, we propose a binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO) based hyper-heuristic for solving the SUKP, in which the BPSO is employed as a search methodology. The proposed approach has been evaluated on three sets of SUKP instances. The results are compared with 6 approaches: BABC, EMS, gPSO, DHJaya, b WSA, and HBPSO/TS, and demonstrate that the proposed approach for the SUKP outperforms other approaches.

废玻璃-粉煤灰制备树脂混凝土的试验研究

将废玻璃破碎人工级配作集料、粉煤灰作填料、碳纤维作增强材料与环氧树脂胶粘剂结合,成功配制出7 d抗压强度达到51.23 MPa、抗折强度达到21.68 MPa的树脂混凝土.采用均匀试验设计安排试验方案,利用SPSS技术处理试验数据并建立强度回归方程,用MATLAB技术得到树脂混凝土的配合比优化范围.该项目吃＂渣＂大,废玻璃、粉煤灰取代天然砂石占树脂混凝土总质量88%以上,研究成果对固体废弃物的治理有重要的现实意义.
