Advances in Arabidopsis research in China from 2006 to 2007

Arabidopsis thaliana, a model plant species, has a number of advantages over other plant species as an experimental organism due to many of its genetic and genomic features. The Chinese Arabidopsis community has made significant contributions to plant biology research in recent years[1,2]. In 2006, studies of plant biology in China received more attention than ever before, especially those pertaining to Arabidopsis research. Here we briefly summarize recent advances in Arabidopsis re-search in China.

A NEW APPROACH ON IDENTIFICATION OF BOUNDARY PARAMETER FOR A TWODIMENSIONAL DIFFUSION SYSTEM

This paper presents a new approach of the boundary parameter identification of adiffusion system.The system model is governed by a two-dimensional parabolic problem,which involves an unknown boundary parameter.Identifiability of the boundary parameterand the new approach are discussed briefly,which show that the new approach can overcomenot only the ill-posedness of the nonlinear output least square method but also the difficultyof numerical computation of the nonlinear output least square estimate due to the existenceof the local minima of the performance functional,Finally,some numerical examples aregiven.     

恒星重元素丰度随金属丰度的变化规律

利用太阳系的重核素丰度，以及贫金属星的ｓ过程和ｒ过程对丰度的相对贡献，结合贫金属星重元素丰度，提出了一种计算不同金属度贫金属星重核素丰度的方法，并用镁的丰度观测值检验了我们的计算结果．     

Thévenin定理的推广

作者把传统的只能适用于单口网络的 Thévenin 定理推广到适用于多口网络。     

生物学教学中使用新型幻灯媒体的尝试

介绍了新型幻灯媒体的特点及优点，所使用幻灯片的种类、制作方法及在教学中的应用效果     

对师专活动课程的认识、设计与管理

本文针对目前许多师专在对活动课程的认识、设计与管理上存在的问题，阐述了活动课程的本质特征及它与学科课程的关系、师专开设活动课程的必要性和紧迫性；提出了师专活动课程设计的原则和方法以及管理的方式和方法。旨在探讨构建活动课程的合理结构，形成活动课程的操作体系。     

金融危机预警专家系统的建立

在对金融危机预警系统分析的基础上，首次建立了基于人工神经网络的金融危机预警专家系统，为金融危机的防范提供了有益的探索。     

紫外导数分光光度法测定微量铁

研究了铁的紫外导致测定法，以改鼠钠为路合剂，以HAc－NaAc为缓冲体系（pH＝3.72），体系在295nm有最大吸收，ε＝5×104L·mol－1·cm－1，且峰形尖锐，通过做导致灵敏度可提高四倍，建立的方法简便、快捷，结果令人满意．
