Construction and anti-tumor effects of recombinant fowlpox virus expressing Newcastle disease virus hemagglutinin-neuramidinase gene

Hemagglutinin-neuramidinase (HN), a Newcastle disease virus-derived protein, not only mediates receptor recognition but also possesses neuraminidase (NA) activity, the ability to cleave a component of those receptors, N-acetylneuraminic acid (NAcneu, sialic acid). It is known that this protein in mammalian species, including human beings, has interesting anti-neoplastic as well as immune stimulating properties. To explore the use of the HN gene in cancer gene therapy, we constructed a recombi-nant fowlpox virus expressing the HN protein (vFV-HN) and compared the anti-tumor activity of the recombinant virus with that of wild-type fowlpox virus (FPV) in vivo and in vitro. Here we found that although B16 cells were somewhat resistant to the basal cytotoxic effect of wild-type fowlpox virus, infection with vFV-HN caused a pronounced cytotoxic effect and, the survival of tumor-bearing mice immunized with vFV-HN was significantly increased compared with the survival of mice immunized with the FPV alone. Furthermore, the immunization of mice with vFV-HN elicited a B16 tumor-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response and clonal expansion of both CD4 and CD8 T cell populations in vivo. In addition, T cells from lymph nodes of mice vaccinated with vFV-HN secreted high levels of the Th1 cytokine IL-2 and IFN-γ, indicating that the regression of tumor cells is related to a Th1-type dominant immune response. These results demonstrate that vaccination with vFV-HN may be a potential strategy for cancer gene therapy.     

高等院校“双语教学”的探讨

针对目前在教育界双语教学炒作过热,本文从师资、学生素质、英语环境、教材以及财力和设备等几个方面指出高等院校真正实施双语教学还存在着很多不足,并对现阶段高等院校“双语教学”的教学活动进行了认真的探讨。     

高Cr高温合金中α-Cr相的析出方式

通过对高Cr高温合金INCONEL718和INCONEL625在长期时效过程中α-Cr相析出方式进行详细的微观组织分析.结果认为,随着时效时间的延长,INCONEL718合金中大部分α-Cr相随着相的析出长大依附于δ相的界面析出,而INCONEL625合金中α-Cr相则主要依附晶界M6C碳化物相界面析出,少部分依附于δ相析出,其原因可能与Cr在相δ和M6C碳化物中的溶解度随温度的下降而迅速下降有关.     

基于等价关系的关联规则的挖掘

由于在实际的数据挖掘过程中容易出现无用的频集和冗余的规则，所以降低频集和规则的冗余度可大大提高挖掘的质量，这也是数据挖掘中一直被关注的问题，提出了一个用等价类生成关联规则的方法，算法主要在频集的基础上建立项集的等价关系，进而对项集划分等价类，同时将得到的关联规则划分为精确关联规则和近似关联规则两个集合，通过等价类，不但可以很容易地生成所需要的关系规则，同时可以方便地判断数据之间依赖关系的强弱，同时，项集的等价关系在实际应用中也很有利用价值，算法最后的规则结果集剔除了由来自同一等价类中的面集的重复出现构成的冗余规则，从而得到了较小的关联规则集合。     

Flexible organic light-emitting diodes with poly-3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene as transparent anode

The flexible oragnic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) fabricatedon poly-3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene/polystyrenesulfonate (PEDOT/PSS) coated substrates were demonstrated. How the fabricating processes and the device structure will affect the device performance was studied and the atomic force microscopy was employed to analyze the mophorlogy of the conducting polymer anode. Under optimized conditions, flexible OLEDs with PEDOT anode showed the brightness up to 2760 cd/m² and maximum external quantum efficiency of 1.4%. These data are comparable to those of conventional flexible OLEDs with ITO anode.     

玉米原料酒精高浓度发酵中间试验的研究

以啤酒酵母菌种 (Saccharomyces cerevisie) Y316进行 10 0 0 L罐的酒精生产性中试。玉米粉的质量分数为 33.3% ,95℃下液化 1h,6 0℃糖化 1h,30℃保温发酵 (6 0～ 70 ) h。发酵醪产酒精 13.9%以上 ,残糖 1%以下 ,淀粉利用率 90 .5 %以上。     

人类舌运动类型

介绍了舌运动类型的研究历史和研究成果及5种舌运动类型（卷舌、叠舌、翻舌、三叶舌、尖舌）在不同人群中的出现率，着重论述了近年来我国学者这方面的工作。     

逆变器预置开关角误差对输出谐波的影响

针对数字控制技术的特点，分析了在选择性谐波消除法的理论计算结果与实际开关角数字控制结果出现偏差时，对逆变器输出电压谐波含量的影响。并研究了开关角数量对逆变器性能的影响，结果表明：开关角控制误差对逆变器输出谐波有一定影响，但可以在计算时修正；而开关角数量的增加有利于减小电流脉动，提高输出电压质量，但开关频率随之增加。     

高热稳定性富钕铁硼永磁体研究

研究了廉价高热稳定性富钕混合稀土永磁合金。选择价廉的富钕混合稀土制备永磁体,通过合金元素钴和钼的复合加入,提高了磁体的使用温度。对于MR_(34)Co_(14)Fe_(49.9)Mo_(1.0)B_(1.1)磁体,其性能达到:_iH_c=1 020kA/m,_bH_c=860 kA/m,B_r=1.14 T,(BH)_(max)=240 kJ/m~3,a_(20-150℃)=-0.07％/℃,T_c=485℃,W_(ir)<6％。并研究了永磁体的微观结构。
