Studies on the reaction between Laccase ando-methoxyphenol by microcalorimetry

The reaction between Laccase ando-methoxyphenol have been studied by LKB-2107 batch microcalorimetry system. Thermodynamic parameters Δ _r H _m , ΔG _o , ΔG _T ^≠ and kinetic parameters (K _m ,k ₂) have been determined. The process of the reaction has been analyzed from changes in energy by using the transition state theory. Two methods for enhancing catalytic power of Laccase are proposed. The results shown that formation of an enzyme-substrate complex is “anticatalytic”. The enter and sole source of catalytic power is the stabilization of transition state; reactant-state interactions are by nature inhibitory and only waste catalytic power. 一种ARROW型弯曲波导研究

分别用射线分析法和电磁场分析法，通过保角变换在直角坐标系下研究ＡＲＲＯＷ型弯曲波导特性，导出了其模色散方程（本征模方程）。经优化设计的ＡＲＲＯＷ型弯曲波导结构，使ＴＥ０模的损耗降至为０．０３２９ｃｍ＾－１。     

RESEARCH ON THE STRUCTURE AND THE PROPERTY OF THE HYGROSCOPIC AND PERMEABLE FABRIC FOR SPORTSWEAR

Two structure models for knitting fabric are set up according to the wet-heat transmission principle of the fabric. Four kinds of knitted fabrics for sportswear are designed and produced. The wet-heat property of these fabrics is researched.     

用高阶曲线有限条法分析混凝土曲线梁桥

针对工程中提出的曲线梁桥的新课题，为了有效地进行全桥分析，获取设计所需的纵向、横向内力，文章采用高阶有限条法（ＨｉｇｈｏｒｄｅｒＦｉｎｉｔｅＳｔｒｉｐＭｅｔｈｏｄ）分析等截面曲线梁桥。其形函数用Ｈｅｒｍｉｔ函数法构造，形式简洁、运用能量原理从基于薄板的几何矩阵和基于线弹性的内力矩阵导出了单元刚度矩阵，采用ＦＯＲＴＲＡＮ－７７语言完成了编程工作．经过算例比较．说明了高阶曲线有限条法的简洁性和高精度性。     

A study of bacterial linear growth using a microcalorimetric method

By using an LKB-2277 bioactivity monitor, we have determined the thermogenesis curves of four kinds of anaerobes linear growth. From the thermogenesis curves, we established the growth thermokinetic equation: dP/dt=k _m·P ⁿ , the order of growth metabolismn=0, and calculated the mean specific rate constant of multiplication {ie95-1}. Microcalorimetric study of the effect of porphyrin-cholesterol esters on cancer cells HL-60

By using an LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor, the effect of porphyrin-cholesterol esters on cancer cells HL-60 were examined at 25°C. There is a difference in the shape of the thermogenesis curve samong different kinds of porphyrin-cholesterol esters, and the death rate of HL-60 cells is also different. The results show that porphyrin-chsterol esters can powerfully inhibit their metabolism, the inhibitory sequence is II>I>III, but the inhibitory way of each ester is different. 石油钻柱纵向振动的混沌问题讨论

本文在原苏联科学家M.M.Khasanow所建立的钻柱非线性振动数学模型的基础上,利用非线性科学领域的研究成果,进一步对其可能发生的混沌运动问题进行了讨论.文中用Melnikov方法求出了钻柱产生混沌运动的必要条件,为在钻井过程中适当选择参数以避免井下复杂情况的产生提供了又一理论参考依据.     

高水头水电站技术供水系统用水轮机代替减压阀的试验研究

利用水力模拟试验，研究了西南某高水头水电站机组技术供水系统用水轮机代替减压阀的问题。用水轮机代替减压阀，在水轮机转轮后面串联长的供水管路系统和用水设备，是一种新的装置、试验表明，这种装置仍然能像通常水轮机那样在任何导叶开度下稳定运行，水轮机在飞逸情况下不会出现供水管路中水压过高现象。用水轮机代替减压阀的方案是可行的。
