变系数Helmholtz方程本征值问题差分近似的六阶校正法

给出了变系数Helmholtz方程的六阶高精度校正法。此校正过程几乎不增加工作量，而校正后精度比未校正提高了四阶，并能提供后验误差估计。同时，对于常系数Helmholtz方程，给出了八阶校正格式。

以拟南芥基因组DNA为模板,通过PCR扩增得到逆境胁迫诱导转录因子DREB1A基因,将其克隆到pUC19质粒中.序列分析表明获得的基因序列与已报道的该基因的序列完全相同.     

可证明安全的多信任域认证密钥协商协议

为解决采用基于证书认证方式的网络用户与采用基于身份认证方式的网络用户之间相互认证的问题,利用对称加密、数字签名和消息认证码等技术,首先构造一个认证链路模型下会话密钥安全的认证协议,然后设计消息认证器把该协议转换成非认证链路模型下的会话密钥安全的认证协议,并对该协议的安全性进行了分析.分析表明,该协议实现了不同认证方式的信任域中用户间的认证、密钥协商以及密钥更新,并在Canetti-Krawczyk(CK)模型下满足安全属性需求.此外,该协议仅需4次通信即可完成,且扩展性好,为不同认证机制的网络用户间认证提供了一种较为实用的解决方案.     

Zebrafish miR-214 modulates Hedgehog signaling to specify muscle cell fate

Numerous microRNAs (miRNAs) have been discovered in the genomes of higher eukaryotes, and functional studies indicate that they are important during development. However, little is known concerning the function of individual miRNAs. We approached this problem in zebrafish by combining identification of miRNA expression, functional analyses and experimental validation of potential targets. We show that miR-214 is expressed during early segmentation stages in somites and that varying its expression alters the expression of genes regulated by Hedgehog signaling. Inhibition of miR-214 results in a reduction or loss of slow-muscle cell types. We show that su(fu) mRNA, encoding a negative regulator of Hedgehog signaling, is targeted by miR-214. Through regulation of su(fu), miR-214 enables precise specification of muscle cell types by sharpening cellular responses to Hedgehog.     

Germline gain-of-function mutations in SOS1 cause Noonan syndrome

Noonan syndrome, the most common single-gene cause of congenital heart disease, is characterized by short stature, characteristic facies, learning problems and leukemia predisposition. Gain-of-function mutations in PTPN11, encoding the tyrosine phosphatase SHP2, cause approximately 50% of Noonan syndrome cases. SHP2 is required for RAS-ERK MAP kinase (MAPK) cascade activation, and Noonan syndrome mutants enhance ERK activation ex vivo and in mice. KRAS mutations account for <5% of cases of Noonan syndrome, but the gene(s) responsible for the remainder are unknown. We identified missense mutations in SOS1, which encodes an essential RAS guanine nucleotide-exchange factor (RAS-GEF), in approximately 20% of cases of Noonan syndrome without PTPN11 mutation. The prevalence of specific cardiac defects differs in SOS1 mutation-associated Noonan syndrome. Noonan syndrome-associated SOS1 mutations are hypermorphs encoding products that enhance RAS and ERK activation. Our results identify SOS1 mutants as a major cause of Noonan syndrome, representing the first example of activating GEF mutations associated with human disease and providing new insights into RAS-GEF regulation.

Single-Index Quantile Regression with Left Truncated Data

A new adaptive state space construction method for the mobile robot navigation

In order to solve the combinative explosion problems in a continuous and high dimensional state space, a function approximation approach is usually used to represent the state space. The normalized radial basis function （NRBF） was adopted as the local function approximator and a kind of adaptive state space construction strategy based on the NRBF （ASC-NRBF） was proposed, which enables the system to allocate appropriate number and size of the basis functions automatically. Combined with the reinforce- ment learning method, the proposed ASC-NRBF method was applied to the robot navigation problem. Simulation results illustrate the performance of the proposed method.
