基于影响指标专家评估的服务补救策略解析

在服务行业,由于顾客在服务现场的存在,事实上服务失误是无法规避的。不论如何努力,最出色的服务组织也无法避免偶尔的失误。本文在开发计量项目、实地进行问卷调研的基础上,通过影响指标专家评估,定量分析得出服务补救策略应考虑的指标优先程度,从而较科学地制定出全面服务补救策略,使服务组织能够在服务失误发生时出色地进行补救,改进与提升顾客感知服务质量。     

对我国高产高效矿井建设的探析

建设高产高效矿井的目的是高产稳产，减人提效，安全生产，达到这一目的的关键是突破传统技术，发展现代化采煤。我国提出建设高产高效矿井（以下称双高矿井）这一长期发展战略既符合煤炭生产建设的世界发展潮流，也符合我国煤炭企业由劳动密集型向技术密集型转变，由粗放型向集约型转变的重大策略。

本文对800米跑的供能特点，发展趋势及兼项问题进行了研究，提出了800米跑的训练应提高速度训练比重之建议和几种速度训练的手段。对800米跑的教学、训练有一定的参考价值。     

Recovery Properties of Polysulfone Hollow Fiber Chelating Membrane Modified with Thiourea for Mercury （ Ⅱ ）

The adsorption isotherms of the polysulfone hollow fiber chelating membrane modified with thionrea as chelating groups for Hg^2＋ were determined. The effects of mobile phase conditions and the operating parameters on removal performance of the chelating membrane for Hg^2＋ were also investigated. The recovery of Hg^2＋ decreased at low pH and the optimum range of pH was from 6 to 7. The feed concentration effected on recovery of Hg^2＋ at the specified loading amount of Hg^2＋. The Hg^2＋ could be removed from different concentration feed solution by chelating membrane. The increase of feed flow rate led to slight decrease of recovery of Hg^2＋ at the specified loading amount of Hg^2＋. The chelating membrane could be operated at height feed flow rate and a large-scale removal of H^2＋ could be realized. With the increase of load amount, Hg^2＋ recovery decreased, but the saturation degree of chelating membrane increased. According to required recovery of H^2＋ and the saturation degree of chelating membrane, the optimum loading amount of Hg^2＋ should be selected in the actual removal of H^2＋.     

一种模糊偏好的群体决策方法

用模糊集观点研究群体决策。首先给出两种具体算法：贴近度法和多数规则法，将专家对方案集的个体模糊偏好判断集结成群体模糊序关系；证明了贴近度法比多数规则法更有实用价值。其次，定义了非优超方案模糊集的概念，在此基础上提出了从群体模糊序关系中确定“获胜方案”的方法；最后，给出了一个实际案例：三峡工程群体模糊决策问题。     

Dynamic learning rates algorithm for BPNN to forecast time series of dam security

Time series data of dam security have a large number of observed values and should be forecasted accurately in time. Neural networks have the powerful approach ablilities of arbitrary functions and have been broadly utilized in many domains. In this paper, a dynamic learning rate training algorithm of back-propagation neural networks for time series forecasting is proposed and the networks with this algorithm are built to forecast time series of dam security. The application results demonostrate the efficiency of modelling and the effictiveness of forecasting.     

Neuron Protective Constituents from Rheum Nanum and Rheum Sublanceolatum

The neuron protective activity of the chemical constituents from Rheum nanum and Rheum sublanceolatum in vitro was investigated using cultured embryonic mouse cortical cells exposed to oxygen-glucose deprivation. The protective effect was quantitatively evaluated by measuring the lactate dehydrogenase release rate. Most of the compounds reduce the lactate dehydrogenase release rate, including emodin, chrysophanol-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, 6-hydroxymusizin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, gnetin C, torachrysone-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, and maesopsin, and all possess potent neuron protective activity. Chrysophanol and aloe-emodin exhibit neuron protection only at low concentrations. Emodin-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside protects the neuron cells at high concentration. Aloe-emodin-8-O-β-D- glucopyranoside is inactive.     

基于实际色彩的视频动态检测

提出了一种简单、高效的运动物体视频检测方法，在存在一定干扰的情况下实现视．i频图像中某一特定区域物体的运动检测．通过对像素实际彩色值的处理，避免了干扰的影响，得到了很好的效果．大量实际应用验证了该方法的有效性和实用性．     

负载均衡技术——虚拟服务器方案探讨

随着网络技术的快速发展,访问量的急剧增加造成了网站的服务能力降低,负载均衡技术能有效提高服务器的服务能力.文中分析了虚拟服务器(LV S)方案实现负载平衡技术,包括NAT实现虚拟服务器(V S/NAT)、IP隧道实现虚拟服务器(V S/TUN)和直接路由器实现虚拟服务器(V S/DR)三种基本实现方法,详细探讨了它们各自实现细节、实现流程和优缺点.     

电站锅炉管道冲蚀磨损机理及防护技术

冲蚀磨损是电站锅炉对流受热面管道泄漏的主要原因之一,占到锅炉事故的75%以上。在分析研究燃煤电站锅炉管道冲蚀磨损机理的基础上,综述了国内外用于高温抗冲蚀热喷涂防护涂层的研究和应用进展,并提出了用热处理的方式对管道材料进行防护的试验方法。
