当代中国青少年犯罪趋势分析

对当代中国青少年犯罪趋势做出分析将有助于我国的立法、司法、刑事政策、犯罪预防以及犯罪学理论的构建。本文在探讨分析当代中国青少年犯罪趋势的视角和方法基础上,分析了当代中国青少年犯罪率趋势、当代中国青少年犯罪的主体趋势、当代中国青少年犯罪类型趋势。     

HermitFS： A Secure Storage System in the Open Environment

We present a secure storage system named Hermit FS against many types of attacks. HermitFS uses strong cryptography algorithms and a secure protocol to secure the data from the time it is written to the time an authorized user accesses it. Our experimental results and secure analysis show that HermitFS can protect information from unauthorized access in any open environment with little penalty of data overhead and acceptable performance.     

自动化弧焊过程在线质量监测与管理平台

以机器人焊接的生产线质量自动监测及管理为对象，采用基于网络的车间级前沿机及服务器分别实现现场单个质量监控点的微观质量监测及整个流水线的宏观质量管理，探讨了流水线加工过程通用性质量监控平台的构建方法，同时还探讨了数据集市和数据挖掘技术系统在该系统的应用。     

靶向hTERT的shRNA腺病毒载体的构建及其对MCF-7细胞hTERT表达的影响

设计针对人端粒酶逆转录酶催化亚基(hTERT)的干扰靶序列GGAACACCAAGAAGTTCATCT,构建siRNA表达质粒PgenesilhTERT;随后将shRNA表达框克隆到入门载体pENTRTM1A,构建重组质粒pENTR/U6-hTERT-polyA;使用同源重组方式在体外将该表达框重组到腺病毒载体pAd/PL-DEST,得到重组腺病毒质粒pAd/U6 –TERT-polyA;线性化的重组腺病毒质粒在HEK 293细胞内包装为具有感染能力的病毒颗粒rAd-hTERT.同时构建不针对任何基因的shRNA阴性对照rAd-HK,空病毒对照rAd-blank和只含EGFP的rAd -EGFP.四种病毒经酶切、电泳分析表明插入序列正确,腺病毒载体构建成功.Western blotting测定转染后各组hTERT蛋白的表达情况,证实转染rAd-hTERT 48 h后,hTERT的表达明显被抑制.实验表明基于Gateway技术的腺病毒介导的shRNA载体构建成功,rAd-hTERT可有效抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞hTERT基因的表达.本研究为针对端粒酶的基因治疗奠定了实验基础.

A Filter-Based Uniform Algorithm for Optimizing Top-k Query in Distributed Networks

In this paper we propose a Filter-based Uniform Algorithm （FbUA） for optimizing top-κ query in distributed networks, which has been a topic of much recent interest. The basic idea of FhUA is to set a filter at each node to pre vent it from sending out the data with little chance to contrib ute to the top-κ result. FbUA can gain exact answers to top-κ query through two phrases of round trip communications between query station and participant nodes. The experiment results show that FbUA reduces network bandwidth consumption dramatically.

分离纯化猪甲状腺球蛋白的简便方法

应用硫酸铵分级沉淀,经两次Scphadcx G-100凝胶过滤,从猪甲腺中获得较纯的甲状腺球蛋白。纯化的甲状腺球蛋白经生物活性测定和聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测,结果与标准的猪甲状腺球蛋白性质相一致。
