汽油预碱洗工艺的发展及固体碱的应用

用苛性碱液对汽油进行预碱洗时易产生大量废碱液,为彻底消除废提出了用固体碱预处理代替苛性碱液预碱洗的方法。但是,开发汽油预处理固体碱是有挑战性的课题。对汽油预碱洗的研究现状１、发展趋势和固体碱的应用进行了综合论述,提出了汽油预碱洗工艺的发展方向：（１）提高废液处理水平;（２）采用氨水预碱洗方法;（３）用固体碱进行预处理。

Effects of free sterols on the fluidity of polar lipids in rice dry embryo

Free sterols from rice dry embryo reduce the onset phase transition temperature and widen the transition range of total polar lipids and phosphatidylglycerol, which increases the membrane fluidity below their phase transition temperature and decreases the fluidity of membranes above their phase transition temperature. And 50% of free sterols result in a complete disappearance of phase transition. The fluidity of other main components of polar lipids is decreased by free sterols above 0℃. The results confirm that free sterols can modulate membrane lipid fluidity.

Developmental study on the immunocytochemical localization of NOV protein-containing neurons in the rat brain

The localization and development of nephroblastoma overexpressed gene (nov) protein-immunoreactive neurons in the brain of E8-P300 rats have been studied using immunocytochemistry and image analysis. Results are as follows: No NOV protein-immunoreactive cells were detected in the rat brain during prenatal development. A few of positive cells were detected at the early postnatal stage. However, the number and the immunoreactivity of these cells increased gradually at later stages. NOV-immunoreactive cells were widely distributed in the rat brain during P30–P60. The number of immunoreactive cells and their intensity also peaked within this stage. The number and staining intensity of NOV-positive cells decreased gradually with age. The positive cells were mainly located in cingulate cortex, striatum, hippocampus, hypothalamus, cerebellum and brain stem. The present results indicate thatnov may play an important role in the development and differentiation of brain as well as maintaining the function of brain.     

The Hilbert transform along the extended evil ladder curve

Let γ(t) be an even function extended by the evil ladder (tri-adic Cantor function) γ(t). Denote the curve Γ(t)= (t,γ(t)) ( -1≤t≤1). It is shown that the Hilbert transform along this curve Γ is bounded on L2 (R2).     

Genetic diversity of reared N.miichthioides population

The genetic diversity of 30 rearedNibea miichthioides individuals was analyzed by random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) with 20 random primers. The result showed that the genetic diversity of reared individuals was relatively low with 15.31% polymorphism and 0.031 9 of the average difference (AD). The result also indicated that RAPD is a useful way in genetic diversity analysis of fish population.
