浅议富阳市方里村山核桃林水土保持工程的技术措施及效益分析

随着经济的发展与开发建设项目的不断增加，水土流失的灾害及隐患防治已成为当务之急。本文结合项目工作实践，从坡面治理工程、沟床固定工程、拦水坝工程及造林育草工程等角度较为详细地论述了水土保持的几项主要技术措施，最后结合实际效果，分析其取得的各类效果。     

Multimodal fast optical interrogation of neural circuitry

Our understanding of the cellular implementation of systems-level neural processes like action, thought and emotion has been limited by the availability of tools to interrogate specific classes of neural cells within intact, living brain tissue. Here we identify and develop an archaeal light-driven chloride pump (NpHR) from Natronomonas pharaonis for temporally precise optical inhibition of neural activity. NpHR allows either knockout of single action potentials, or sustained blockade of spiking. NpHR is compatible with ChR2, the previous optical excitation technology we have described, in that the two opposing probes operate at similar light powers but with well-separated action spectra. NpHR, like ChR2, functions in mammals without exogenous cofactors, and the two probes can be integrated with calcium imaging in mammalian brain tissue for bidirectional optical modulation and readout of neural activity. Likewise, NpHR and ChR2 can be targeted together to Caenorhabditis elegans muscle and cholinergic motor neurons to control locomotion bidirectionally. NpHR and ChR2 form a complete system for multimodal, high-speed, genetically targeted, all-optical interrogation of living neural circuits.     

基于Visual C++和Vega的导弹虚拟飞行仿真系统

论述了一种基于Visual C＋＋和MultiGen Vega环境开发虚拟现实仿真系统的方法,阐述了基于MFC的虚拟现实仿真系统开发过程,并以导弹飞行系统为实例,完成了基于Visual C＋＋和MultiGen Vega的反坦克导弹飞行仿真系统的开发研究.结果表明了该方法的可行性和实用价值,利用该系统可使设计人员直观地观察导弹的飞行过程、飞行姿态和目标的运动,有利于导弹飞行弹道设计.     

老年性痴呆患者的药物治疗及心理干预

目的通过对AD痴呆患者的家庭进行跟踪随访,进行心理治疗护理,预防痴呆患者意外伤害及并发症的发生,提高患者及家庭的生存质量.方法对所选患者进行心智功能及功能性评估,制定相应的心理治疗及护理对策.结果通过心理治疗护理后痴呆患者生存质量有所提高,家庭互动良好,平均返院时间延长.结论通过开展老年痴呆症心理治疗及护理,建立良好的医护患的关系,提高患者生存满意度,使整个家庭生存质量改善提高.     

预应力CFRP布加固钢筋混凝土梁疲劳性能试验研究

为了研究预应力CFRP布加固钢筋混凝土梁的疲劳性能,进行了4根CFRP布加固的钢筋混凝土和1根对比梁的试验研究.试验中考虑的变量为碳纤维应力强度比、疲劳荷载幅和CFRP布粘贴层数.试验梁采用双点对称等幅、等频率加载.试验结果表明:未加固的对比梁受疲劳荷载作用时,裂缝少而宽;非预应力CFRP布加固梁,裂缝多而密,裂缝高度...     

黑脊倒刺鲃scp3基因的克隆及其表达

Tumour hypoxia promotes tolerance and angiogenesis via CCL28 and T(reg) cells

Although immune mechanisms can suppress tumour growth, tumours establish potent, overlapping mechanisms that mediate immune evasion. Emerging evidence suggests a link between angiogenesis and the tolerance of tumours to immune mechanisms. Hypoxia, a condition that is known to drive angiogenesis in tumours, results in the release of damage-associated pattern molecules, which can trigger the rejection of tumours by the immune system. Thus, the counter-activation of tolerance mechanisms at the site of tumour hypoxia would be a crucial condition for maintaining the immunological escape of tumours. However, a direct link between tumour hypoxia and tolerance through the recruitment of regulatory cells has not been established. We proposed that tumour hypoxia induces the expression of chemotactic factors that promote tolerance. Here we show that tumour hypoxia promotes the recruitment of regulatory T (T(reg)) cells through induction of expression of the chemokine CC-chemokine ligand 28 (CCL28), which, in turn, promotes tumour tolerance and angiogenesis. Thus, peripheral immune tolerance and angiogenesis programs are closely connected and cooperate to sustain tumour growth.
