肌纤维母细胞瘤

目的:观察肌纤维母细胞瘤形态、组织化学及电镜特点。方法:对1例结肠系膜肌纤维母细胞瘤进行光镜、电镜观察及组织化学染色。结果:HE染色可见瘤细胞由大量成束的梭形细胞及少量星芒状细胞构成,伴淋巴细胞浸润;VG染色瘤组织呈红色和黄色的混合色;电镜可见胞浆内含肌丝及胶原原纤维。结论:肌纤维母细胞瘤兼具纤维母细胞及平滑肌细胞形态及功能特点,可能来源于间充质细胞,可以为良性病变,具有局部复发倾向。     

功能型丙烯酸乳液的合成及其性能

以一种阴离子表面活性剂与辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚为复合乳化剂，在基体配方中加入多种功能单体，采用半连续滴加方法制备了室温自交联型丙烯酸乳液，讨论了功能单体丙烯酸含量、单体滴加时间对丙烯酸乳液的流变性能、乳胶膜的交联度及耐水性的影响。结果表明：随着丙烯酸含量增加，其乳液粘度上升，乳胶膜交联度增加、吸水率先下降后上升；增加单体滴加时间，可使乳胶粒平均粒径变小，分布变窄，相应生成的乳液粘度变小，同时其乳胶膜交联度上升，吸水率下降。     

一种新型糖基表面活性剂的合成及其性质

以葡甲胺和正烷基(C12，C14，C16，C18)溴为原料在无水乙醇中反应生成叔胺中间体，葡甲胺：正烷基溴(物质的量之比)=1．008：1，温度78℃，反应时间5h；季铵化反应，叔胺：正烷基溴(物质的量之比)=1：1，100℃下反应3h后，再于130℃下反应2h，对产物结构用红外光谱和电喷雾质谱进行了表征，同时测定了合成产物的季铵盐含量、表面张力和临界胶束浓度等，讨论了结构和性能的关系。     

氢氧化镁表面改性及其在LDPE中的应用

采用表面改性剂对氢氧化镁颗粒进行表面改性，探讨了表面改性剂种类、用量对氢氧化镁颗粒表面性质的影响．结果表明：当多磷酸酯的质量分数为1％时，氢氧化镁的物理性质趋于最佳．进而将改性氢氧化镁与聚乙烯共混，其拉伸强度明显提高．     

Struts和JDO的Web应用

网络技术的发展促使应用系统结构由C／S结构到B／S结构的转变，因而要构建一个具有高稳定性、可扩展性、可维护性的应用系统，B／S结构的设计就极为重要．在简要介绍MVC软件设计模式和存储层设计的基础上，提出了Struts和JDO两种技术相结合的B／S开发结构，而这种B／S结构可以用于构建强壮的中小型Web应用系统．

Genetic Diversity in Populations of Sepiella maindroni Using 16S rRNA Gene Sequence Analysis

Part of the 16S rRNA gene is amplified with PCR and sequenced for 5 populations of common Chinese cuttlefish Sepiella maindroni:three from the South China Sea,one from East China Sea and one from Japan.The result shows that a total of 5 nucleotide positions are found to have gaps or insertions of base pairs among these individuals,and 13 positions are examined to be variable in all the sequences,which range from 494 to 509 base pairs.All of the individuals are grouped into 7 haplotypes (h1-h7).No marked genetic difference is osberved among those populations.All of the individuals from Nagasaki belong to h1 and the h3 haplotype is found only in the coastal waters of China.A→←G transition in Nucleotide 255 is suggested to be taken as a kind of genetic marker to identify the populations distributed in East-South China Sea and the Nagasaki waters of Japan.     

Impact of the Small Town Construction on Original Inhabitants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area--A Case Study in Lishu Village, Changling Town, Chongqing Municipality, China

Based on the five-year long dynamic tracking and investigation of the peasant households of the Lishu village, the influences by small town construction on the economy and employment of the original peasant households are discussed. On the one hand, small town construction plays a positive role in adjustment of the industrial structure of the original peasant households and in the transfer of their employment towards non-agricultural industries. On the other hand the economic growth of the original peasant households is not so well sustainable, and is so fluctuating. Moreover,the unbalance of income distribution of the said households has been furthered, and small town construction has made the existing labor surplus of the original peasant households more serious, particularly the women labor surplus.
