Laplacian Spectra Characterization of Some Special θ-Graphs

A graph G is said to be determined by its Laplacian spectrum if any graph having the same Laplacian spectrum as G is isomorphic to G.We consider θ-graphs,that is,graphs obtained by subdividing the edges of the multigraph consist of three parallel edges.In this paper,some special θ-graphs are determined by their Laplacian spectra.     

CEACAM6在卵巢粘液性肿瘤中的表达及其诊断意义

目的探讨CEACAM6在卵巢粘液性肿瘤中的表达及其诊断意义。方法利用免疫组化法检测CEA-CAM6在不同卵巢粘液性肿瘤、浆液性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织中表达情况。结果21例良性粘液性囊腺瘤均为阴性或弱阳性表达,19例交界性肿瘤中16例阳性表达（84.2%）;21例高分化癌中17例阳性表达（80.9%）,11例低分化癌中7例2～3分阳性表达（63.6%）;粘液性肿瘤中,良性粘液性囊腺瘤和交界性肿瘤、高分化癌、低分化癌相比均有统计学差异（P=0.000）;交界性粘液性肿瘤、高分化癌、低分化癌之间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。浆液性肿瘤中,良性、交界性和恶性肿瘤CEACAM6表达均为阴性或弱阳性;15例正常卵巢组织阴性表达。粘液性肿瘤和浆液性肿瘤以及正常卵巢组织中CEACAM6的表达具有统计学差异（P=0.000）。结论CEA-CAM6特异性地表达于粘液性肿瘤中,而且CEACAM6的异常表达在卵巢粘液性肿瘤恶性变过程中是一个早期事件,起始于交界性肿瘤。     

Horses damp the spring in their step.

The muscular work of galloping in horses is halved by storing and returning elastic strain energy in spring-like muscle-tendon units.These make the legs act like a child's pogo stick that is tuned to stretch and recoil at 2.5 strides per second. This mechanism is optimized by unique musculoskeletal adaptations: the digital flexor muscles have extremely short fibres and significant passive properties, whereas the tendons are very long and span several joints. Length change occurs by a stretching of the spring-like digital flexor tendons rather than through energetically expensive length changes in the muscle. Despite being apparently redundant for such a mechanism, the muscle fibres in the digital flexors are well developed. Here we show that the mechanical arrangement of the elastic leg permits it to vibrate at a higher frequency of 30-40 Hz that could cause fatigue damage to tendon and bone. Furthermore, we show that the digital flexor muscles have minimal ability to contribute to or regulate significantly the 2.5-Hz cycle of movement, but are ideally arranged to damp these high-frequency oscillations in the limb.

语言测试，尤其是起重要作用的语言测试，会对被试者产生巨大的反拔作用。本文以Bachman和Palmer的反拔作用理论为框架，以问卷调查和访谈的形式，深入了解日语能力等级考试对日语专业学生学习情况的影响。     

催化褪色光度法测量痕量锌

基于聚丙烯酸钠存在的条件下,锌对高碘酸钾氧化钙黄绿素褪色有明显的催化作用及聚丙烯酸钠对此催化反应有显著的增敏效应,从而建立了聚丙烯酸钠增敏催化高碘酸钾氧化钙黄绿素褪色光度测量痕量锌的新方法.在0.040～2.00μg/L范围内,锌离子浓度与ΔA值符合比耳定律,线性回归方程为ΔA=0.04982+0.06828CZn2+ (μg/L),r=0.9992,检出限1.9×10-11g/mL.用于水样和人发样中锌含量的测定,结果满意.     

Modeling and Experimental Study of PEM Fuel Cell Transient Response for Automotive Applications

This paper presents an analysis of the dynamic response of a low pressure proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell stack to step changes in load, which are characteristic of automotive fuel cell system applications. The goal is a better understanding of the electrical and electrochemical processes when accounting for the characteristic cell voltage response during transients. The analysis and experiment are based on a low pressure 5 kW proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) stack, which is similar to those used in several of Tsinghua's fuel cell buses. The experimental results provide an effective improvement reference for the power train control scheme of the fuel cell buses in Olympic demonstration in Beijing 2008.
