WTO与高校法律实务型人才培养模式论纲

法律人才培养的价值取向，应定位在培养具有全球视角和具有国际竞争力的同素质应用型人才上，这是法律全球化的必然要求。应对全球化，必须构建人才培养模式。“SCST模式”是一种“自觉”、“案例分析”、“讨论辩论”、“司法实践”四合一的应用型人才培养模式。践行“SCST模式”必须转变教育观念，排除思想障碍，转变教师职能，提高教师要素，从法律国际化的角度设置法律课程体系和教学内容。     

论英语教学“一条龙”体系的科学性

通过对我国英语教学现状与问题进行分析，依据外语教学的动态性和二语习得的过程具有变化发展的异时性特征，从理论上论述英语教学“一条龙”的科学性。     

企业信息技术价值认识问题研究

国外关于企业信息技术投资价值的争论已经历了很多年.一些理论学家将生产力的改善和充实的消费者的受益归功于IT技术,另一些则认为IT技术对企业的收益性没有任何影响结果.而在国内,无论是理论界还是管理界,对于IT的企业价值认识还非常模糊.本文用经济理论分析方法结合国外相关文献成果集中研究指出生产力、消费者价值和企业收益能力是相关的,但它们最终又是独立的问题.     

猝冷骨架Ni催化剂的表征及不饱和有机官能团加氢行为研究

研究了采用猝冷法制备的Ni50Al50合金经碱溶液抽提铝后形成和多孔滑架Ni催化剂和催化行为，并与工业上广泛应用的Raney Ni催化剂进行了对比，用电感耦合等离子光谱（ICP）、X－射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电子显微镜（SEM）、比表面测定（BET）、X－射线光电子能谱（XPS）及氢吸附对催化剂进行了表征，活笥测试结果表明，猝冷合金催化剂（RQ Ni)对包括碳碳双键、硝基、羰基和腈青在内的不饱和有机官能团有较Raney Ni为高的加氢活性，这可以部分归结RQ Ni催化剂更大的活性比表积及两者由于制备方法不同而导致的结构差异。     

异质数据库中具有矛盾结构的关系的集成

局部方案之间存在各种各样的语义差异 ,所以在构造异质数据库系统中 ,方案的集成就成为一个重要的规则。本论文给出的方法是根据本地策略中元数据的不同将关系分成不同的类型 ,把具有不同策略结构冲突的本地关系转换成具有同种结构的新的关系 ,然后将这些新的关系进行集成     

高效液相色谱法测定柯柯豆碱母液中柯柯豆碱、咖啡因的含量

控制提取工艺需要测定柯柯豆碱母液中柯柯豆碱、咖啡因的含量。采用高效液相色谱法测定柯柯豆碱母液中柯柯豆碱、咖啡因的含量 ,以 C8柱为色谱柱 ,以 V(体积分数为 0 .0 0 4 5 %的高氯酸 )∶ V(乙腈 ) =80∶ 2 0为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 80 nm,柯柯豆碱与咖啡因色谱峰的分离度大于 4 ,线性范围为 10～ 80μg/ m L ,相关系数大于0 .999,回收率大于 99.0 %。     

组合投资理论分析及应用研究

在对现代组合投资理论分析的基础上，结合我国证券市场的实际，提出了有效规避市场系统风险和各单项资产非系统风险的组合投资模型，对实际投资具有良好的指导作用。     

Decreasing trend of temperature in Princess Elizabeth Land, Antarctica in the past 150 years

A 50-m firn core drilled in Princess Elizabeth Land, Antarctica, during the 1996/1997 Chinese First Antarctic Inland Expedition, has been measured for d 18O and major ions. Based on the high quality of the seasonal variations of major ions, the firn core was dated with errors within ±3 years. The features of the temperature change in the past 150 years in the investigated region have first been studied based on the oxygen isotope in the upper 32.93 m of the firn core. Results show that the temperature decreased nearly by 2℃ in Princess Elizabeth Land in the past 150 years. On the background of the global, especially the Southern Hemispheric warming in the past 150 years, a temperature decline of 2℃ in Princess Elizabeth Land likely reflects the impacts of the unique Southern Hemisphere atmospheric circulation, the Antarctic Circumpolar Wave (ACW) and the special terrain (such as the large drainage basins) on the coastal regions of Antarctica.     

Altruistic punishment in humans.

Human cooperation is an evolutionary puzzle. Unlike other creatures, people frequently cooperate with genetically unrelated strangers, often in large groups, with people they will never meet again, and when reputation gains are small or absent. These patterns of cooperation cannot be explained by the nepotistic motives associated with the evolutionary theory of kin selection and the selfish motives associated with signalling theory or the theory of reciprocal altruism. Here we show experimentally that the altruistic punishment of defectors is a key motive for the explanation of cooperation. Altruistic punishment means that individuals punish, although the punishment is costly for them and yields no material gain. We show that cooperation flourishes if altruistic punishment is possible, and breaks down if it is ruled out. The evidence indicates that negative emotions towards defectors are the proximate mechanism behind altruistic punishment. These results suggest that future study of the evolution of human cooperation should include a strong focus on explaining altruistic punishment.     

新型偶氮染料中间体2-氨基-5-氨甲基-1-萘磺酸合成条件的研究

2-氨基 - 5 -氨甲基 - 1-萘磺酸 (氨甲基吐丝酸 )是一种新型活性偶氮染料中间体 ,文献报道大多采用首先把 2 -氨基 - 1-萘磺酸的氨基乙酰化保护 ,然后氨甲基化及水解反应的合成方法 ,其不仅合成步骤长 ,而且需要在高压反应釜中进行。这样的制备条件在实验室操作以及进一步中试及工业化的生产中存在很大局限性。针对这种情况 ,本研究工作对反应条件进行系统的研究后 ,改用直接将 2 -氨基 - 1-萘磺酸氨甲基化合成 2 -氨基 - 5 -氨甲基 - 1-萘磺酸 (氨甲基吐丝酸 )的方法 ,去掉了氨基乙酰化反应 ,使反应步骤简化 ;去掉了高压操作 ,使整个反应过程容易操作。改进的合成方法反应条件温和 ,整体收率稳定 ,维持在 87.2 % ,获得了较好结果。
