旅游景区门票设置现状及对策研究

通过对我国目前旅游景区门票设置的5种类型分析,提出了从旅游地所处在的不同生命周期阶段;旅游地的旺季或淡季;级别不同的景区及其影响;其主要客源地的经济发展的状况等方面进行科学、合理的门票设置。在景区门票设置的过程中不仅要考虑促进景区开发和加强保护的原则,还应该考虑广大人民旅游的承载力和旅游业合理赢利的因素。     

广义Laplace积分算子不等式

本文建立了广义Laplace积分算子不等式,并求出了该算子的范数。作为其特例,得出了相应的Laplace变换不等式并证明了其中的常数因子是最佳的。     

Effects of different aggregation forms of LHC Ⅱ from Bryopsis corticulans on the excited state properties of Chl a

Steady-state and time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopies have been used to study the excited state properties of Chl a in different aggregation forms of light-harvesting complex Ⅱ （LHC Ⅱ） from an intertidal green alga, Bryopsis corticulans, i.e. LHC Ⅱ monomer, trimer and oligomer. When either Chl a or Chl b was selectively excited, the observed decrease in Chl a fluorescence in the oligomer is proved to be caused mainly by the fast fluorescence quenching among Chl a molecules, rather than by the decrease in Chl b-to-Chl a singlet excitation transfer efficiency. Analyses of the picosecond time-resolved fluorescence kinetics identified two exponential decay components in all of the three forms of LHC Ⅱ： a longer-lived component （4.1 -4.7 ns） originating from fluorescence emission of Chl a, and a shorter-lived one （135-540 ps） from the rapid equilibration of singlet excitation among Chl a molecules. The time constant of excitation equilibration is 135 ps in oligomer, 520 ps in trimer and 540 ps in monomer. These results imply that LHC Ⅱ in oligomer form is inherently able to quench Chl a excitation, a mechanism which may be related to the photoprotection of PS Ⅱ via changing the degree of LHC Ⅱ aggregation in Bryopsis corticulans.     

不锈钢缝隙腐蚀诱发过程的快速研究

本文通过对带缝试样施加小幅值恒定阳极极化电流的方法,人为地突出了缝隙微区的影响和作用,为寻求一种既能缩短缝隙腐蚀研究周期,又能较少地干拢腐蚀体系自身反应的实验技术进行了初步的尝试。实验结果表明,不锈钢钝化膜表面的性质与缝内溶液的状态是影响缝隙腐蚀诱发过程的两个重要因素。     

Selection and development of representative simple sequence repeat primers and multiplex SSR sets for high throughput automated genotyping in maize

In the current study, 1900 maize simple sequence repeat (SSR) primers published in MaizeGDB were screened utilizing reference literature, 15 representative Chinese maize inbred lines and 15 Chinese maize hybrids from national regional testing. In total, 500 highly polymorphic primers were identified and used to construct a genetic map. 100 evenly distributed primers, 10 primers per chromosome, were further selected as a set of universal SSR core primers, recommended as preferred primers for general studies. These core primers were then redesigned and used to construct a high throughput multiplex PCR system based on a five-color fluorescence capillary detection system. We report here that two sets of ten-plex PCR combinations have been constructed, each consisting of 10 primers, with one primer per chromosome.     

基于协同理论的模糊多因素消防安全决策模型

为了选择降低火灾风险的消防安全隐患治理方案,针对消防安全决策具有多因素制约的特征,结合协同理论和模糊数学方法,构建了消防安全隐患治理方案的多因素决策模型。通过确定消防安全隐患治理方案的评选因素及各评选因素的权重,采用消防安全隐患治理方案决策模型获得最优的消防安全隐患治理方案。以苏州市古城区为研究对象,提出了三种消防安全隐患治理方案,采用构建的决策模型进行消防安全决策。结果表明:该决策模型能够反映消防安全隐患治理方案的效果、投资和工期。采用该决策模型优选获得的消防安全隐患治理方案符合古城区区域火灾风险实际,验证了其实用性。     

城市轨道交通PPP融资模式中补偿和 服务水平的确定研究

文章在详细阐述了城市轨道交通PPP融资模式的两种补偿方式运作流程的基础上,分别构建了前、后补偿方式下政府补偿额度、私营部门最佳服务水平的数学模型。最后比较了两种方式的特点,同时提出了在我国轨道建设管理中的运用建议。     

四川盆地磨溪─龙女寺地区寒武系洗象池组地震地层学研究

利用地震波的振幅连续性和速度三个参数,在常规地震剖面和Ｇ－ＬＯＧ剖面上对磨溪─龙女寺地区寒武系洗象池地层进行微地震相的划分,结合测并、地质、微地震相和模型正演资料的综合分析,提出了该地区风化壳上含油气有利的微地震相及最有利的含油气地区。进-步充实了乐山─龙女寺古隆起下古生界风化壳地区的地震地层学研究。     

Mg2+-induced LHC II aggregation in thylakoid membrane

Mg²⁺-induced changes in 77K fluorescence spectra of wheat thylakoid membranes were analyzed by a Gaussian deconvolution program. All spectra were fitted well with 7 Gaussian sub-bands. The sub-band areas for the LHC H macroaggregate (F₆₉₉) and PS II (F₆₈₅ and F₆₉₅) were increased and those for the LHC II trimer (F₆₈₁) and PS I (F₇₂₉ and F₇₄₀) were decreased by Mg²⁺. Moreover, it was found that the sub-band area ratio for F₆₉₉ over F₆₈₁ was dramatically enhanced by Mg²⁺ by 1.72 times. It was concluded that the LHC II trimer in thylakoid membranes could be aggregated and transformed into its macroaggregate by Mg²⁺ on a large scale. The possible implication of the Mg²⁺-induced LHC II aggregation was also discussed.
