电站锅炉一体化仿真环境

提出一套基于ＰＣ机的用于电站锅炉仿真研究的一体化仿真环境，该仿真环境支持从资源管理、模型开发到仿真实验的各个阶段，它的开发与实现为方便、有效地对电站锅炉这一复杂系统的仿真研究了提供了一套先进实用的工具，对这一系统的实际应用表明完全达到了预期的目的．     

力前馈控制的并联机器人自适应系统的研究

针对６—ＤＯＦ并联机器人的液压主关节．设计了一种力前馈控制．结构简单．容易实现的模型参考自适应系统ＭＲＡＣＳ．仿真表明：此系统稳定可靠．有效地抑制了干扰作用．提高了系统的跟踪精度．本文的研究为系统的实际应用奠定了基础．     

用膜片钳技术测定植物原生质体膜电位

使用膜片钳测量了石防风、烟草及小麦原生质体的膜电位，并与常规膜电位方法做了比较．结果表明，膜片钳法测得的原生质体膜电位为内负外正，低于－５０ｍＶ；常规的插入法测得的为内正外负，大于＋１０ｍＶ．与插入法测得的完整细胞膜电位（低于－１００ｍＶ）相比，膜片钳法测得的原生质体膜电位更为接近．两种方法在原生质体膜电位测量上的差别，可能与原生质体受损的程度不同有关．     

主动红外监控系统原理及应用

染色体断裂剂和纺锤体损伤剂诱发的有微核的嗜多染红细胞的细胞学比较观察

以染色体断裂剂：丝裂霉素Ｃ和环磷酸胺以及纺锤体损伤剂：长春新碱和秋水仙碱四种受试物分别进行小鼠骨髓微核试验．实验结果表明，两类诱变剂所诱发的大微核形成率之‘间有非常显著的差别（Ｐ＜０．０１），显示了微核形成的不同机理．本方法对快速鉴别染色体断裂剂和纺锤体损伤剂具有一定的应用价值．     

EEG信号的彩色统计地图法

在８小时睡眠脑电波（ＥＥＧ）分析中，通常有３０×１０６的ＥＥＧ信息被记录下来，对如此巨大的数据量进行分析，是一项非常枯燥费时的工作．本文首次提出了彩色统计地图法，极大地提高了信息表达密度，从整体上给出了数据的主要特征，为睡眠分析提供了一个简捷的方法．     

Iron metabolism in the mononuclear phagocyte system

The maintenance of body iron homeostasis requires the coordination of multiple regulatory mechanisms of iron metabolism. The mononuclear phagocyte system （MPS, composed of monocytes, macrophages, and their precursor cells） is crucial in the maintenance of iron homeostasis. Recycling of iron is carried out by specialized macrophages via engulfment of aged erythrocytes. The iron stores of macrophages depend on the levels of recovered and exported iron. However, the molecular mechanisms underlying iron homeostasis in macrophages are poorly understood. Recent studies characterizing the function and regulation of natural resistance-associated mac- rophage protein 1 （Nrampl）, divalent metal transporter 1 （DMT1）, HLA-linked hemechromatosis gene （HFE）, ferroportin 1 （FPN1）, and hepcidin are rapidly expanding our knowledge on the molecular level of MPS iron handling. These studies are deepening our under- standing about the molecular mechanism of iron homeostasis and iron-related diseases.     

Dynamical Mechanisms of Effects of Landslides on Long Distance Oil and Gas Pipelines

According to the investigations on the oil and gas pipelines such as the Lan-Cheng-Chong pipeline and the Southwest pipeline, there are two ways of laying pipeline： pipelines paralleling （approximately） to the main slide direction and pipelines perpendicular （approximately） to the main slide direction. If earth-retaining walls have been built for pipelines paralleling to the main slide direction, they will prevent the lands from sliding; On the contrary, without earth-retaining walls, the sharp broken rocks in the backfilling soil will scratch the safeguard of the pipeline when the landslides take place. Pipelines perpendicular to the main slide direction can be classified into four types according to the relative positions between pipelines and landslides： Pipelines over the slide planes, pipelines inside the fracture strips of slide planes, pipelines below the slide planes and pipelines behind the backsides of landslides. The different dynamical mechanisms of the process in which landslide acts against pipelines are analyzed based on whether the pipelines are equipped with fixed frusta, because the sliding resistance depends on whether and how many fixed frusta are equipped and the distance between frusta.     

L—山梨糖发酵中的芽孢杆菌噬菌体及抗噬菌体菌株的选育

从济南制药厂L—山梨糖混合发酵液中分离得到四株芽孢杆菌噬菌体,其中一株来自寄主巨大芽孢杆菌,三株来自腊状芽孢杆菌,这些噬菌体都是有尾的,根据形态可分为二类。通过选育获得了几株抗噬菌体菌株,经摇瓶混合发酵试验,表明抗株不但具有稳定的抗性而且保持了原种的性能。
