Cold-bonded pellets, to which a new type of inorganic binder was applied, were reduced by H2–CO mixtures with different H2/CO molar ratios(1:0, 5:2, 1:1, 2:5, and 0:1) under various temperatures(1023, 1123, 1223, 1323, and 1423 K) in a thermogravimetric analysis apparatus. The effects of gas composition, temperature, and binder ratio on the reduction process were studied, and the microstructure of reduced pellets was observed by scanning electron microscopy–energy-dispersive spectrometry(SEM-EDS). The SEM-EDS images show that binder particles exist in pellets in two forms, and the form that binder particles completely surround ore particles has a more significant hinder effect on the reduction. The reduction equilibrium constant, effective diffusion coefficient, and the reaction rate constant were calculated on the basis of the unreacted core model, and the promotion effect of temperature on reduction was further analyzed. The results show that no sintering phenomenon occurred at low temperatures and that the increasing reaction rate constant and high gas diffusion coefficient could maintain the promotion effect of temperature; however, when the sintering phenomenon occurs at high temperatures, gas diffusion is hindered and the promotion effect is diminished. The contribution of the overall equilibrium constant to the promotion effect depends on the gas composition.  相似文献

涡轮增压器是特种动力装备的重要动力部件,良好的密封是保证涡轮增压器正常工作的关键因素,而叶轮高速运转引发的压力不均则是泄漏的重要原因.基于流体力学分析方法建立有限元模型,研究了一种离心泵式密封结构的内部流场分析及流动特性,探讨了压气机端泄漏量、内部压力在不同转速和窄隙出口负压等工况下的变化规律,验证了该密封结构的油气密封性能.结果表明,受高速离心效应影响,该密封结构具备良好的防止压气机端漏油效果,高速运转时会产生漏气.研究结果为改进涡流增压器密封结构提供了参考依据.  相似文献

Acoustic emission(AE) technique was adopted to monitor the damage evolution of air plasma-sprayed(APS) yttria-partially-stabilized zirconia(YSZ) thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) during instrumented indentation testing, and then the failure mechanisms were investigated by cluster analysis and wavelet transform methods.The results of cluster analysis showed that there were three classes associated with distinct failure types for the 8YSZ coatings under Vickers indentation. Based on wavelet transform, these three clusters could be clearly distinguished from their dominant frequency bands, which were concentrated on levels A5(0–156.25 kHz), D5(156.25–312.5 kHz) and D4(312.5–625 kHz), respectively. Thus, the failure mechanism of 8YSZ coatings under Vickers indentation could be clarified by the distribution of different failure types in indentation depth. To sum up, as indentation load increases, the 8YSZ coatings can accommodate the indenter by elastic or little plastic deformation, microcracks propagation and then debonding at the splat boundaries. By comparing the distribution of AE signals induced by different failure types in indentation depth for samples with different thermal exposure time, it can be inferred that thermal exposure treatment can accelerate the degradation of APS 8YSZ TBCs.  相似文献

The low quantum efficiency arising from poor charges transfer and insufficient light absorption is one of the critical challenges toward achieving highly efficient water splitting in photoelectrochemical cells. Three dimensions(3D) structures and heterojunctions have received intensive research interests recent years due to their excellent ability to separate photo-generated charges as well as the enhanced light harvesting property. Herein,3 D Cu O/WO_3 structure was fabricated through a facile solvothermal method followed by chemical bath deposition. The loading of Cu O clusters on WO_3 nanoflake arrays results in a much improved photocurrent density compared with that of pristine WO_3 nanoflake arrays, which reaches 1.8 m A/cm2 at 1.23 V vs. the reversible hydrogen electrode. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurement demonstrates that the improved performance of Cu O/WO_3 electrode is attributed to the accelerated charge transfer kinetics as a result of the desirable band alignment in Cu O/WO_3 heterojunction. This work demonstrates a facile strategy to construct superior WO_3 electrode, which will ultimately allow for efficient storage of solar energy into hydrogen.  相似文献

The evolution of liquid metal at high temperature is known much less than their solid states. This is partially due to that the message concerning clusters, metastable phase or heterogeneity in liquid is usually too slight to be traced. Here, we shed some light on the nature of structural evolution of Fe-based glass-forming alloy during overheating process by the investigation of high-temperature melt viscometry and first principles simulations. It was found that a structural transition around 1400 ℃ occurred in the melts of initial homogeneous ingot, heterogeneous ingot and amorphous ribbons jointly, and was confirmed by the results from differential scanning calorimeter(DSC), and ab initio molecular dynamics(AIMD). Combining these results with Fe-Si-B ternary phase diagram and the melting characteristics of Fe-B compounds, it is safe to conclude that the disintegration of Fe_2B type clusters to Fe_3B-type clusters leads to the observed transition. These results offer a significant reference for the preparation and property control of Fe-based amorphous alloys.  相似文献

为了揭示在线社会系统与现实社会网络的异同,研究了一个大型在线职业人士社交网络的结构特性.与现实社会网络相比,它不仅表现出如无标度和小世界特性、高聚类系数、层次化和社团结构等共性,而且表现出如连通子图规模分布、度分布和社团规模分布中所呈现的锯齿状以及度异配性特性.同时,阐明了其相关特性的形成机制,构建了以重现该无标度网络的度分布模型,为相关动力学研究提供了实证基础.  相似文献

目的:探讨EMRC和EMRL两种EMR技术在上消化道早期癌及癌前病变中的临床应用价值。方法:18例病人(其中食管病变5例、胃内病变13例。超声内镜及病理检查早期胃癌1例、食管平滑肌瘤1例、增生性息肉7例、扁平腺瘤6例、不典型增生3例)。7例用EMRC、11例用EMRL技术进行了内镜下粘膜切除术。结果EMRC技术对食管平滑肌瘤、增生性息肉、扁平腺瘤、不典型增生的完全切除率分别为100%、100%、85.71%、85.71%,平均92.86%。而EMRL对胃早期胃癌,增生性息肉,扁平腺瘤,不典型增生的完全切除率分别为100%、100%、90.91%、90.91%,平均95.46%。结论EMRC和EMRL对上消化道早期癌、癌前期病变、黏膜下肿瘤及宽基息肉等均有较高的完全切除率。作为一项微创内镜技术,可替代部分胃肠道早期癌肿的外科手术治疗,降低治疗费用,且创伤性小,并发症少,疗效可靠,具有广阔的临床应用前景。  相似文献

The Qitianling calc-alkaline granite in Hunan Province (South China) has attracted much attention since the discovery of the Furong super-large tin deposit. The present study provides new mineralogical data to address their implications for exploration of tin deposits. In the Taoxiwo granite in the southeastern part of the Qitianling granite body, Sn-rich titanite was identified as an important type of Sn-bearing mineral. The titanite commonly occurs with biotite as euhedral crystals, exhibiting typical envelope-like shape and sector-zoning texture. These indicate that the titanite most likely crystallized in the magmatic stage. Electron-microprobe analyses show that the titanite is enriched in tin up to 1.12 wt% SnO2, with an average of 0.43 wt%. With the crystallization of the granite, primary minerals undertook hydrothermal alteration by magma-derived fluids. Subsequently, in the hydrothermal stage, the primary Sn-bearing titanite was altered (at least partially), but still preserved its typical envelope-shaped outline. Micro-scale cassiterite is a representative product of such alteration; other secondary minerals include fluorite, ilmenite, Sn-bearing rutile and quartz. Therefore, the titanite, commonly present in the calcalkaline granites, can be treated as an important Sn-carrying mineral in the Qitianling granite, reflecting the primary magmatic environment with tin enrichment. The hydrothermal alteration of the primary titanite and subsequent crystallization of cassiterite recorded a process of leaching and accumulation of tin in magmatic-hydrothermal evolution of the Sn-bearing granite. Thus, this titanite has important implications for tin exploration. 为了研究地震电离层效应,采用CODE提供的全球电离层地图(GIM)数据分析了2010年4月14日玉树7.1级地震.通过插值提取了震中区域震前的TEC时间序列,利用滑动四分位距法排除太阳(SSN、F10.7)和地磁活动(Dst、Kp)的干扰,发现电离层在震前26天和13天存在明显异常.全球电离层异常分布结果显示,震前26天的电离层异常幅度小于震前13天的异常幅度,这可能与临震时间有关.此外,两次异常的峰值点与震中区域并不严格对应,而是靠近震中偏向赤道的一侧,同时磁共轭区也有异常出现,但范围和幅度较小,这两次电离层异常有可能是地震前兆.  相似文献
