双黄连注射液主要成分为金银花、黄苓和连翘,是治疗牛乳房炎的中成药.试验表明:含微量双黄连的原料乳,其酒精实验为阴性,其酸度、密度、脂肪及蛋白质含量等理化指标均属正常范围,且不影响酸乳的凝固.

本文介绍了波带板激光准直的方法,比较系统地分析了波带板激光准直的误差来源和精度分布情况。用不同的归算方法讨论了大气折光对大坝变形观测的影响。通过进行温度梯度改正的试验,说明减弱大气折光影响的可能性。并在此基础上,提出一些能够提高准直精度的观测方法。     

Parallel adaptive radiations in two major clades of placental mammals

Higher level relationships among placental mammals, as well as the historical biogeography and morphological diversification of this group, remain unclear. Here we analyse independent molecular data sets, having aligned lengths of DNA of 5,708 and 2,947 base pairs, respectively, for all orders of placental mammals. Phylogenetic analyses resolve placental orders into four groups: Xenarthra, Afrotheria, Laurasiatheria, and Euarchonta plus Glires. The first three groups are consistently monophyletic with different methods of analysis. Euarchonta plus Glires is monophyletic or paraphyletic depending on the phylogenetic method. A unique nine-base-pair deletion in exon 11 of the BRCA1 gene provides additional support for the monophyly of Afrotheria, which includes proboscideans, sirenians, hyracoids, tubulidentates, macroscelideans, chrysochlorids and tenrecids. Laurasiatheria contains cetartiodactyls, perissodactyls, carnivores, pangolins, bats and eulipotyphlan insectivores. Parallel adaptive radiations have occurred within Laurasiatheria and Afrotheria. In each group, there are aquatic, ungulate and insectivore-like forms.

本文研究了铜(Ⅱ)与新显色剂间溴偶氮羧—m的显色反应,在5～20℃试剂与铜形成β型配合物,最大吸收波长为710nm,ε_(710)=1.11×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1),显色酸度为pH2.80～3.20,铜含量在0～16μg/25mL服从比耳定律,颜色稳定,操作简便,测定铝合金中铜的结果令人满意。

A common genetic variant in the NOS1 regulator NOS1AP modulates cardiac repolarization

Extremes of the electrocardiographic QT interval, a measure of cardiac repolarization, are associated with increased cardiovascular mortality. We identified a common genetic variant influencing this quantitative trait through a genome-wide association study on 200 subjects at the extremes of a population-based QT interval distribution of 3,966 subjects from the KORA cohort in Germany, with follow-up screening of selected markers in the remainder of the cohort. We validated statistically significant findings in two independent samples of 2,646 subjects from Germany and 1,805 subjects from the US Framingham Heart Study. This genome-wide study identified NOS1AP (CAPON), a regulator of neuronal nitric oxide synthase, as a new target that modulates cardiac repolarization. Approximately 60% of subjects of European ancestry carry at least one minor allele of the NOS1AP genetic variant, which explains up to 1.5% of QT interval variation.

The landscape of recombination in African Americans

Recombination, together with mutation, gives rise to genetic variation in populations. Here we leverage the recent mixture of people of African and European ancestry in the Americas to build a genetic map measuring the probability of crossing over at each position in the genome, based on about 2.1 million crossovers in 30,000 unrelated African Americans. At intervals of more than three megabases it is nearly identical to a map built in Europeans. At finer scales it differs significantly, and we identify about 2,500 recombination hotspots that are active in people of West African ancestry but nearly inactive in Europeans. 在以前工作的基础上,主要讨论了一个将ERP(enterpriseresourceplanning,企业资源规划)、SRM(supplierrelationshipmanagement,供应商关系管理)、CRM(customerrelationshipmanagement,客户关系管理)集成为一体的简化流程模型.论文在界定了几个基本概念的基础上,描述了接触中心的发出流程和接收流程功能,讨论了对ERP软件的流程及核心管理和CRM软件的流程及核心管理思路,研究了对ERP同CRM的关联点,仿照对CRM的分析,对SRM做了类似的分析,最后给出了以关系为企业围墙的扩展ERP简化模型.     

服务承载网中基于最大流的服务器放置

针对在服务承载网中,传统的服务器放置方法会出现随着服务器个数的增加降低网络整体性能的问题,提出基于最大流效应的服务器放置算法。该算法不仅考虑到了流量因素,还将带宽、延迟、丢包率等网络节点性能因素简化为"距离因子"进行了考虑,解决了传统服务器放置引起的全局低效和网络拥堵问题,保证最大限度地满足用户的流量请求。经过实验验证,基于最大流效应的服务器放置算法相对于传统的服务器放置算法,在平均情况下,平均相应时间减低10%到25%,传输开销降低25%到50%,显著提高了网络性能。
