Intelligence service binding architecture for interoperability between home network devices

Existing home devices in home network provides only independent services limited on a homogeneous protocol and/or do not fully support an intelligent service provided by cooperating among heterogeneous protocol devices. This paper proposes an intelligent and integrated service binding architecture which allow the users to figure out the status of devices and to cooperate among home network devices regardless of supported protocols or operational characteristics.

Preparation of organic thin-film field effect transistor

The organic thin-film field effect transistor was prepared through vacuum deposition by using teflon as di-electric material. Indium-tin-oxide acted as the source and drain electrodes. Copper phthalocyanine and teflon were used as the semiconductor layer and dielectric layer, respectively. The gate electrode was made of Ag. The channel length between the source and drain was 50 μm. After preparing the source and drain electrodes by lithography, the copper phthalocyanine layer, teflon layer and Ag layerwere prepared by vacuum deposition sequentially. The field effect electron mobility of the device reached 1.1×10ˉ6 cm2/(V@s), and the on/off current ratio reached 500.

Finding global minima with a new dynamical evolutionary algorithm

A new dynamical evolutionary algorithm (DEA) based on the theory of statistical mechanics is presented. This algorithm is very different from the traditional evolutionary algorithm and the two novel features are the unique of selecting strategy and the determination of individuals that are selected to crossover and mutate. We use DEA to solve a lot of global optimization problems that are nonlinear, multimodal and multidimensional and obtain satisfactory results. 坐标测量机的空间误差检测及误差修正

如何简单、迅速地获取坐标测量机的机构误差,并对其进行软件修正,是近年来国内外学者研究的一个重要课题。本文研究了三坐标测量机的误差修正理论及用三维检具检测测量机误差的方法,提出了空间球检具晶格移位法误差检测原理和多项式拟合的误差函数获得方法,并将其应用于一台中型的坐标测量机的误差修正中,收到了满意的效果。
