Several vanadium compounds have been known for the hypoglycemic and anticancer effects. However, the mechanisms of the pharmacological and toxicological effects were not clear. In this work, we in- vestigated the potential targets of vanadium in mitochondria. Vanadyl ions were found to bind to mi- tochondria from rat liver with a stoichiometry of 244±58 nmol/mg protein and an apparent dissocia- tion constant (Kd) of (2.0±0.8)×10·16 mol/L. Using size exclusion chromatography, a vanadium-binding protein was isolated and identified to be the 60-kDa heat shock protein (HSP60) by mass spectrometry analysis and immunoassays. Additionally, binding of vanadyl ions was found to result in depolymeri- zation of homo-oligomeric HSP60 (GroEL). HSP60 is an indispensable molecular chaperone and in- volved in many kinds of pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune diseases, e.g. type 1 diabetes. Our results suggested that HSP60 could be a novel important target involved in the biological and/or toxicological effects of vanadium compounds. 相似文献

为解决室内定位系统中因环境动态变化而导致定位精度下降的问题,提出一种基于XGBoost并融合弹性网的误差补偿算法。采用XGBoost定位模型对目标位置进行初步预测,当室内环境改变后,再采用弹性网算法构建误差补偿模型,修正XGBoost定位模型的定位误差,并与基于K近邻、支持向量机、随机森林、梯度提升决策树等定位算法做对比。实验结果表明:在更新15%指纹数据库样本的情况下,该算法在80%分位处的定位精度控制在0.73 m以内,明显优于其他定位算法,且较基于XGBoost的定位算法精度提高了25.5%。 相似文献

Evaluation of flotation behavior, solution measurements, and surface analyses were performed to investigate the effects of chloride ion addition on the sulfidization of cerussite in this study. Micro-flotation tests indicate that the addition of chloride ions prior to sulfidization can significantly increase the flotation recovery of cerussite, which is attributed to the formation of more lead sulfide species on the mineral surface. Solution measurement results suggest that the addition of chloride ions prior to sulfidization induces the transformation of more sulfide ions from pulp solution onto the mineral surface by the formation of more lead sulfide species. X-ray diffraction and energy-dispersive spectroscopy indicate that more lead sulfide species form on the mineral surface when chloride ions are added prior to sulfidization. These results demonstrate that the addition of chloride ions prior to sulfidization can significantly improve the sulfidization of cerussite, thereby enhancing the flotation performance. 相似文献

This paper is an extension of the application of neighborhood interference model--being modified--to the study of the interference between forest plants and herbaceous plants. The exploration of the neighborhood interference between triploid Populus tomentosa and Lolium multiflorum shows that the interference of Lolium multiflorum on triploid populus tomentosa is positive, with the primary interference factor living weight, and secondary factor cover degree; the growth of an individual tree is affected by the number, height, and coverage of the Lolium multiflorum; the more dense the coverage of the Lolium multiflorum in a certain area, the taller, faster and more trees will grow as a result of a greater positive neighborhood interference. The modified neighborhood interference model well serves as an effective approach to extend the application of neighborhood interference researches. 相似文献

采用电化学沉积法制备了一种多边形结构的Co Cu二元合金纳米颗粒,研究了其析氧性能及调控机理.SEM和XRD表征结果表明,该材料在电沉积过程中合金化程度较高且Co和Cu之间的合金化作用明显.组分调控结果表明,Co含量与析氧活性的作用呈非线性规律,70%的Co含量为最佳配比.在0.1 mol/L KOH溶液中,Co7Cu3二元合金纳米催化剂具有极高的析氧活性,其析氧过电位为379.5 mV,Tafel斜率为278 mV/dec,活性电流密度高达55.6 A/g.同时,在0.8 VSCE的恒定电位下,该催化剂稳定持续工作40000 s后,其活性衰减率为10%,表明该催化剂具有较好的电化学稳定性. 相似文献

A novel photocatalyst, bismuth oxychloride (BiOCl) micro-nano particles with a fine ferrite plate structure, was prepared by a low-cost, simple hydrolytic method. The as-prepared BiOCl was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis-differential thermal analysis (TGA-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS). The effects of preparation conditions such as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) dispersant, HCl concentration, and heat treatment temperature on BiOCl performances were investigated. Moreover, its photocatalytic activity was evaluated on the degradation of methylene orange (MO) and was compared with that of TiO2 (P25). The experimental results confirmed that BiOCl micro-nano particles prepared with SDBS, the HCl concentration of 1.5 mol/L, and the heat treatment temperature of 80℃ exhibited the best performance for the photodegradation of MO solution, and they showed good stability and better photocatalytic activity than P25 photocatalyst. 相似文献

为研究水射流切割特性,提高切割效率,使用量纲分析法建立偏摆切割的切深模型,并针对偏摆切割的切割特性进行试验研究.基于模型计算结果和试验数据分析了主要工艺参数特别是偏摆角度对切深和断面质量的影响.结果表明,模型能够较好地预测切深,偏摆切割可以起到加大切深和减少断面斜条纹的作用,可使切深增大的有效偏摆角范围随压力升高而扩大,最佳偏摆角度随进给速度增大而增大,随靶距提高而减小. 相似文献
