氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定菊花和大云中的铅

应用AFS—2202a型双道原子荧光分光光度计和断续流动的氢化物发生技术，采用HNO3-H2O2酸性体系和高压釜消解样品，对样品中的铅含量进行了测定。同时，研究了光电管负高压、灯电流、屏蔽气和载气流量、载流的选择、酸度等对实验的影响。在选定实验条件下，铅的检出限为0．08μg／L，标准物质桃叶(GBW08501)的验证结果与推荐值一致，相对标准偏差为1．9％。该方法简便、快速、灵敏，对于实际中药样品的测定得到了满意的结果。     

龙门山北段早泥盆世Polygnathus的演化和古生态

龙门山北段早泥盆世牙形石动物群和Polygnathus的面貌与澳大利亚等地有惊人的相似之处。由Polygnathus dehiscens dehiscens→P.nothoperbonus→P.inversus→P.serotinus,以及由P.perbonus→P.labiosus→P.declinatus(=“P.pseudoserotinus”)的演化路线已经观察到。该序列主要繁盛于底栖相区。即使在同一生物地理区内,Polyg-nathus各分子的分布也受到相的控制,从而形成不同的演化路线。该文还简要描述了几个重要属种,其中有一新种和一未定种。     

虚拟GDB远程调试技术及其在硬件仿真器中的应用

为了解决当前硬件仿真器采用测试激励与探针采样调试方法导致的额外硬件资源需求增加以及调试方法复杂死板的问题,研究出一种虚拟GDB远程调试技术提高硬件仿真器的调试能力。首先,使用JTAG的消息代理器与事务处理器进行软件与硬件的信息交互,实现计算机与硬件仿真器的通信;然后,通过VPI接口实现GDB与JTAG代理器的软件信息交互,完成虚拟GDB调试;最后,在硬件仿真器中进行应用实验。结果表明,虚拟GDB远程调试系统可支持断点插入、单步运行、寄存器读写等功能,与插入探针的调试方法相比,使用虚拟GDB调试提速近百倍。虚拟GDB远程调试技术丰富了硬件仿真器的软件调试手段,增强了硬件仿真器的调试能力,提升了芯片设计验证效率。     

基于差异化绿色电力交易需求的省级绿色电力市场绩效评价

绿色电力作为环境友好型能源在近年来得到了广泛的应用,为探索省级电力市场绿色电力交易成效,首先通过梳理国外绿色电力市场机制和交易组织情况,并对比分析国内国网区域和南网区域的绿色电力交易现状,总结出国内各网省绿色电力交易的开展情况和规则特点。然后从分布式绿色电力参与市场交易、绿色电力偏差调整和绿色电力曲线形成三个方面,进行了差异化绿色电力交易需求分析与实践探索。最后针对性构建省级绿色电力交易的绩效评价指标体系,并进行实例分析,为省级电力市场绿色电力交易方法和市场评价提供参考方案。     

江西樟树四特酒香味成分的GC／MS分析

通过对四特酒进行化学处理、分类收集组分,采用GC/MS联用技术对各组分进行分离与定性定量测定,分离出130多个色谱峰,鉴定出65个化合物.     

煤炭企业固定工的地位及现存问题的改进

本文对当前煤炭企业用工制度改革存在的问题、改进途径和各种形式用工的比例进行了分析,并指出为适应煤矿安全生产及机械化发展的需要,保持固定工的用工比例,克服“铁饭碗在手”等隋性意识,充分发挥他们的骨干作用是问题的关键。为此,本文提出了改变工资结构、劳动结构等相应的改革措施。     

活菌制剂对雏鸡白痢沙门氏菌的体外拮抗及预防效果试验

从健康鸡的新鲜粪便中分离到乳酸杆菌和粪链球菌,佐以地衣芽孢杆菌,按不同比例制成活菌制剂。比较其对雏鸡白痢沙门氏菌的体外拮抗作用。结果表明,复合菌的组合适宜,对雏鸡白痢沙门氏菌的生长有很强的抑制作用。用此复合菌培养物预防人工感染的雏鸡白痢病,其预防保护率为８５％。     

The discovery of early Permian reef belt in east Kunlun and its significance

The early permian reef belt is distributed in the southern side of eastern Kunlun, north area of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The core-reef facies of thc reel extends from Tuosuo Lake to Huashixia. Lots of reef breccia was found at the southern slope of the mre-reef belt, and to the north of the reef belt there is back-reef limestone. Cacisponges, hydrozoa, bryozoa,Tabulozoa, Tubiphytes and red algae are the main frame-building organisms.Archaeolithoporella, laminated blue-green algaes,Tabulozoa andTubiphytes played a role of binding or encrustating. There are many kinds of epibiont in the mf, including brachiopod, gasterid, foraminifera, echinoderm and simple coral. The type and the characteristics of the reef-building organisms in eastern Kunlun and Animaqing are basically thr same as those in the south of Chi     

Effect of lanthanum ions on tRNAphe structure: Imino proton NMR spectroscopy

The effect of lanthanum ions on the structural and conformational change of yeast tRNA Phe was studied by 1H NMR. The results suggest that the tertiary base pair (G-15)(C-48), which was located in the terminal in the augmented dihydrouridine helix (D-helix), was markedly affected by adding La 3+ and shifted 0.33 downfield. Based pair (U-8)(A-14), which is associated with a tertiary interaction, links the base of the acceptor stem to the D-stem and anchors the elbow of the L structure, shifted 0.20 upfield. Another imino proton that may be affected by La 3+ in tRNA Phe is the tertiary base pair (G-19)(C-56). The assignment of this resonance is tentative since it is located in the region of highly overlapping resonances between 12.6 and 12.2. This base pair helps to anchor the D-loop to the TΨC loop.     

Carbon isotope anomaly in marbles associated with eclogites from the Dabie Mountains

This is a report of carbon isotope anomaly in marbles associated with the UHP eclogites from the Dabie Mountains. The results place constraints on the degree of crust-mantle interaction during the UHP metamorphism.
