论高层建筑外墙新型装饰材料的技术应用

随着我国高层建筑的发展,新型装饰材料也越来越多,文章论述了新型材料的工艺原理及特点,说明了其材料的技术应用。     

关于生产函数的理论构架：与周方同志商榷

本文指出由周方同志关于生产函数的理论构架的公理化系统,不可能得出C—D函数是唯一的生产函数的结论。本文证明了C—D函数是唯一的生产函数的充要条件是要素弹性为常数。文中构造了两类满足上述公理化系统而替代弹性可以不是常数的生产函数。     

Chromosomal location of yellow rust resistance gene(s) inTriticum aestivum-Lophopyrum elongatum substitution lines

A set ofT. aestivum-L. elongatum substitution lines were studied on yellow rust resistance at seedling stage, inheritance of the resistance and esterase-5 (Est-5) analysis. The results demonstrated thatL. elongatum carried a new yellow rust resistance gene(s), which was dominant and located on chromosome 3E ofL. elongatum. The biochemical locus encoding Est-5 was also located on chromosome 3E, and was tentatively named Est-E5, which was co-segregant with theYr gene(s) in wheat background. In addition, the transmission frequencies of chromosome 3E in 3A/3E and 3D/3E hybrids selfing were significantly higher than that of chromosome 3E in 3B/3E hybrid, which was probably due to the difference on genetic relationships among A, B, D and E genomes.     

点插值无网格方法在平板弯曲问题中的应用

点插值方法是近年来发展起来的一种新型无网格方法．运用该方法时，在问题域上离散一系列随机分布的节点，一点的位移值由该点影响域内的节点插值得到．由于插值函数具有Kronecher Delta函数特性，因此可以很方便地施加本质边界条件．根据变分原理得到平板弯曲的点插值无网格控制方程，将其应用于简支方板和地基板的计算中．算例表明该方法是有效的，适用于薄板和厚板的计算．

卟吩质子化过程结构变化的理论研究

用ＡＭ１ＭＯ方法计算了质子化卟吩的构型，并通过结构分析、电荷布局分析和前线轨道分析，讨论了其质子化过程的构型变化及Ｒａｍａｎ光谱变化的原因。     

水滑石固定化木瓜蛋白酶制备的研究

文中研究了阴离子型层状材料—水滑石(LDHs)作为载体,经过戊二醛活化处理后采用共价结合的方法固定化木瓜蛋白酶。讨论了层板电荷密度对固定化酶活的影响,并优化固定化时间、温度、pH值、给酶量和戊二醛质量分数等固定化条件,实验结果显示：木瓜蛋白酶的最佳固定化条件是给酶量为每0.5 g载体固定16 mL 10 g/L的溶液酶,固定化温度15 ℃,pH7.0,固定化时间12～24 h,与2 mL质量分数为0.5%的戊二醛交联,所得固定化木瓜蛋白酶酶活回收率平均可达55%左右。

An ERP study for the degrees of the difficulty in visual search

The present study mainly probed the relationships between ERP components and the degrees of difficulty in visual search. Three experimental and one controlled conditions were randomly selected. Results showed that the P1, N1, and P2 amplitudes and latencies had no significant differences among the three experimental and one controlled conditions, and the ERP waveforms of low perceptual load of visual search were different from that of high perceptual load. These results might indicate that the latencies and amplitudes of initial P1, N1 and P2 in high and low perceptual load conditions were almost the same. The ERP waveforms of parallel search were very different from that of serial search, and the ERP waveforms of serial search were very similar. The P3 amplitudes increased as the degrees of the difficulty in visual search decreased.
