万州区城镇居民实施全民健身计划现状

本文主要采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对万州区6个社区(街道办事处)全民健身活动的开展现状及其特点进行了调查和分析,提出未来发展的相应对策,希望能为改善万州区市民自我健身现状和全民健身计划纲要在万州的全面实施提供一些参考.     

《周易》与信息融合一致性的研究

从基本思想、思维方法、模型结构及应用领域等角度对《周易》与信息融合技术进行了分析比较·将《周易》方法中信息采集、信息分类、信息处理、做出决策以及分类调整与信息融合技术中传感器信息采集、一级处理(目标优化、定位、识别)、态势评估、威胁估计以及过程优化进行了逐层比较·得出《周易》与信息融合在处理问题的方法上有内在的一致性,在预测和决策方面有其独特的方法,但不能精确、定量地给出判别·将《周易》宏观考察问题的方法与具体融合算法相结合,将会对信息融合技术起到指导作用·     

论积极完善和发展房屋租赁市场

房屋租赁市场是房地产市场的重要组成部分，无论是在拉动投资，还是在激活房地产消费、实现社会稳定等方面都发挥着日益重要的作用。虽然处于起步阶段的房屋租赁市场还存在着租赁税率过高、税收大量流失、租赁管理体制不完善、房屋供给结构不合理、租赁市场的运作不规范等诸多问题。但通过降低租赁税率，建立条块结合的租赁管理体制，充分利用物业管理、地产中介等社会资源提高房屋租赁管理效能，完善房屋供给结构，鼓励房地产开发商实施“开发 收租 投资”的三线发展战略以平抑房屋价格等对策，可使房屋租赁市场步入正轨。在我国日益城市化这一时代背景下，完善和发展房屋租赁市场不仅十分必要而且大有可为。     

加气混凝土应用中存在的问题与对策研究

加气混凝土作为一种新型的墙体填充材料，具有容重小、强度低、吸水率高、收缩性大等优点．目前，由于工程应用中存在空鼓、开裂、剥落和墙体收缩裂缝等施工质量问题，在很大程度上限制了加气混凝土材料的发展与应用．为此，应采取提高混凝土的表面性能，加强砂浆与加气混凝土的粘结等施工措施加以解决．

Development of the CAS-IBB single-particle microbeam for localized irradiation of living cells

A single-particle microbeam facility has been constructed at the Key Laboratory of Ion Beam Bioengineering (LIBB), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). The system was designed to deliver a defined numbers of hydrogen ions, produced by a van de Graaff accelerator, in an energy range of 2.0-3.0 MeV, into an area smaller than that of the nucleus of an individual living cell. The beam is collimated by a borosilicate glass capillary that forms the beam-line exit. An integrated computer program recognizes the cells and locates them one by one over the microbeam exit for irradiation. We present technical details of the CAS-LIBB microbeam facility, particularly on the collimator, hardware, control program, as well as cell irradiation protocols available. Various factors contributing to the targeting and positioning precision are discussed along with accuracy measurement results.

Measurement of Magnetization Curve and Magnetic Relaxation for 2H-NbSe2 Crystals

The characteristics of electronic transport properties: behaviors of magnetization curve and magnetic relaxation of a typical normal superconductor 2H-NbSe2 are investigated. The results show that Tc and △Tc of the samples are 7. 2,0. 18 K, indicating that superconducting energy gap at zero temperature is 1. 1 meV. No fish tail shape is found in the magnetization curves at several temperatures. The relationship between remnant magnetic moment and time reveals that the magnetic flux creep of the sample agrees with the Kim-Anderson thermal activation model with the relaxation rate S=0.000 36 at T=6 K.
