关于西藏旅游资源开发与规划的几点思考

随着西部大开发号角的吹响和我区“十五”计划的实施,旅游业正在展示其旺盛的生命力,其已成为我区第三产业的龙头产业和新的经济增长点。然而旅游业的发展依托于旅游资源的开发与规划,由于我区所处的特殊地理环境,决定了旅游资源也具有独特性,为了保护旅游资源,避免破坏性开发,保持旅游业可持续发展,就应该认真分析研究我区旅游资源分布及其特征,提出合理可行的开发模式。     

Myoglobin-like aerotaxis transducers in Archaea and Bacteria

Haem-containing proteins such as haemoglobin and myoglobin play an essential role in oxygen transport and storage. Comparison of the amino-acid sequences of globins from Bacteria and Eukarya suggests that they share an early common ancestor, even though the proteins perform different functions in these two kingdoms. Until now, no members of the globin family have been found in the third kingdom, Archaea. Recent studies of biological signalling in the Bacteria and Eukarya have revealed a new class of haem-containing proteins that serve as sensors. Until now, no haem-based sensor has been described in the Archaea. Here we report the first myoglobin-like, haem-containing protein in the Archaea, and the first haem-based aerotactic transducer in the Bacteria (termed HemAT-Hs for the archaeon Halobacterium salinarum, and HemAT-Bs for Bacillus subtilis). These proteins exhibit spectral properties similar to those of myoglobin and trigger aerotactic responses.

低温透平制冷机的静压气体润滑轴承研究

对西安交通大学在研发低温装置的关键产冷机械——透平膨胀机的静压气体轴承时所取得的经验，进行了简要的回顾及总结．特别是对所研制的几种型式小孔供气静压气体轴承（双排径向、双排切向、多排切向等）进行了讨论，得出了小孔供气轴承间隙与失稳转速之间的关系以及最佳轴承间隙规律．研究发现：由普通的径向小孔供气轴承改为切向小孔供气轴承后，最佳轴承间隙增大75%，相应地失稳转速可提高30％．     

Carboxymethytl Pachymaram Up-Regulates Dendritic Cell＇s Function in Hepatitis B Virus Transgenic Mice

The effect of carboxymethytl pachymaram (CMP) on the function of dendritic cells(DCs) derived from spleens of hepatitis B virus transgenic mice are studied in vitro. The phenotypes of DCs are tested by flow cytometry (FCM), cytokines measured by ELISA. The expression of DCs’ phenotypes in HBV transgenic mice are low (CD80⁺CD11c⁺:59.12±11.53 vs 9.60±4.53, p<0.01; CD80⁺ MHC-II⁺: 44.86±12.31 vs 9.80±5.72, p<0.01, normal mice vs HBV transgenic mice), the ability of DCs stimulating T lymphocytes proliferation decreases (0.37±0.11 vs 0.20±0.11, p<0.05, normal mice vs HBV transgenic mice), levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ decrease whereas the level of IL-10 increases; CMP can enhance DCs’ ability of stimulating T lymphocytes proliferation, facilitate the secretion of IL-12 and IFN-γ, inhibit the secretion of IL-10, thus up regulates DCs function. The results show a good prospective use of CMP on the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Meteorological observations on Mount Everest in 2005

Mount Everest,the highest point on the Earth is often referred to as the earth's third pole as such the place is relatively inaccessible and little is known about its meteorology.In April 2005,an automatic weather station was installed at the mountain's North Col(6523 m a.s.l.).According to the observational 10-minute mean and daily records,the meteorological characteristics were analyzed. All the meteorological elements displayed obvious diurnal variations during May 1 to July 22,2005.The monthly variation of daily meteo- rological elements on Mount Everest coincided with that on Dingri,the closest routine meteorological station,with the high correlation co- efficients of 0.928,0.877,0.682,0.755,0.826 and 0.676(n=83,p<0.001)for mean temperature,minimum temperature,max- imum temperature,relative humidity,pressure and wind speed,respectively.Furthermore,the vertical mean gradient of temperature was above 0.6℃/100 m,especially for the daily maximum temperature.Most weather events on Mount Everest prominently appeared on the same day as those on Dingri,especially those from daily mean pressure,temperature and relative humidity with the cross-correlation coeffi- cients of 0.673,0.485 and 0.487(n=83,p<0.001),respectively.Some other weather events on Mount Everest lagged one-day be- hind those on Dingri.Furthermore,forecasting of the weather events on Mount Everest from pressure on Dingri was more reliable than those from the other meteorological elements.The conclusions are much important for research on meteorology and climate changes in the region.     

The mechanism of HIT/DLR prosthetic hand

A multi-sensory five-fingered prosthetic hand has been designed on the basis of underactuated mechanism and coupling principle. The hand is much similar to the adult hand. Three motors actuate the thumb, the index finger and the other three fingers each. The hand comprises 13 joints. Actuated by a motor, the thumb can move along a conic surface, which is superior in appearance. Driven by another motor with springs as transmission elements, the mid finger, ring finger and little finger can envelop objects with complex shape. The sensory system and the appearance design are introduced. It was verified by experiments that the hand has strong capacity of self adaptation and can accomplish accurate and powerful grasp for objects with complex shape.     

中华绒螯蟹酚氧化酶原系统与颤抖病的关系

近年来,颤抖病给中华绒螯蟹养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失.酚氧化酶原系统是甲壳动物最主要的体液免疫系统,当外源微生物侵入体内时,它发挥最基本的免疫防御作用来抵抗感染.酚氧化酶原系统的变化是蟹类健康状况的重要指标.prophenoloxidase和peroxinectin是酚氧化酶原系统中两个重要的体液免疫分子.实验从分子和蛋白两个水平研究了中华绒螯蟹酚氧化酶原系统与颤抖病的关系,建立了一种新的通过测定酚氧化酶原系统活性来判断蟹体质状况的方法.在分子水平上,中华绒螯蟹体液免疫分子prophenoloxidase和peroxinectin的部分基因序列被克隆和测序,并检测出这两种分子mRNA水平的表达情况与颤抖病的感染程度呈正相关,患病组蟹mRNA的表达水平远高于正常组;在蛋白水平上,酚氧化酶的活性被测定,在正常情况下,蟹体内酚氧化酶活性处于低水平状态,当被感染颤抖病后,酚氧化酶活性有一定程度的升高.这些结果提示了酚氧化酶原系统在抗颤抖病感染时起重要作用,为进一步研究预防和治疗颤抖病的新途径提供了理论依据.
