国家治理现代化与企业战略重构

公共治理作为外部治理机制影响企业的战略决策行为。我国当前最突出的公共治理改革就是建设现代化的国家治理体系。基于产权性质与政治关联的视角检验了国家治理变迁后的企业战略重构行为。在整体上发现了国家治理现代化建设以来我国上市公司战略重构的证据;有政治关联的企业更能顺应环境变化及时进行战略调整;国有产权推动了国家治理现代化建设以来企业的战略重构,但是其作用区域主要体现在缩减关系型战略支出方面,国有企业战略重构的主动性不足。本文的研究可用以评价国家治理现代化建设的效率与效果,为未来改革与发展的路径安排提供经验依据,为企业未来可持续发展提供对策建议。

基于稳健协方差矩阵的ADS-B压制式干扰抑制

压制式干扰是广播式自动相关监视(automatic dependent surveillance broadcast, ADS-B)系统面临的最常见且最有威胁的干扰之一。提出基于稳健协方差矩阵估计的ADS-B压制式干扰抑制算法。首先,考虑了ADS-B信号的脉冲特性,将协方差矩阵的求解转化成凸优化问题。然后,利用求解凸优化问题得到的稳健协方差矩阵设计最优权矢量。最后,对观测信号进行空域滤波,完成ADS-B的压制式干扰抑制,并对抑制结果进行性能分析。提供的仿真实验结果也验证了算法的有效性,该方法不需要知道ADS-B信号来向,且在非高斯噪声情况下同样有效。     

基于负荷率差别定价的分时输配电价优化模型

输配电价是电力市场改革的关键,是推进售电市场放开的重要基础.随着输配电价改革不断深入,不同类型的输配电价定价方法亟待研究.本文以大工业用户输配电价为研究对象,首先,引入汉森门槛模型,内生性划分大工业用户的负荷率区间;其次,建立输配电网长期增量成本分摊模型,提出基于负荷率差别的输配电价定价方法,并借鉴分时电价思想,构建基于负荷率差别定价的分时输配电价协调优化模型,设计分电压等级、计及负荷率差别的分时输配电价;最后,以我国中部H省大工业用户为例,验证所提模型可行性.研究结果表明,所提分时输配电价定价方法吸收了负荷率电价和分时电价优点,能够兼顾效率与公平,同时有效调节电力用户需求,实现削峰填谷,一定程度缓解输配电网阻塞问题.     

1961-2014年西安市秋淋气候特征分析

利用1961-2014年8-10月西安市7个气象站逐日降水资料,采用降水强度指数分析了西安市秋淋天气气候变化特征.结果表明,20世纪90年代是近50年来西安市秋季9~10月降水量最少的阶段.1961年以来西安市共有23 a出现秋淋多雨时段,20世纪60年代至80年代中期较多,1983年和1984年出现强秋淋;20世纪80年代中期至21世纪10年代初期,只有1992年出现了1次秋淋天气;2011年以来,秋淋呈明显上升、增强趋势.1961-2014年秋淋天气过程平均降水量呈上升趋势,偏多年份主要出现在20世纪80年代初中期和21世纪.厄尔尼诺使秋季9~10月降水量减少,与秋淋天气存在明显的负相关关系.近54年西安市秋淋没有发生显著的气候突变,存在4~6 a、10 a和24 a左右的长振荡周期.     

灰色关联度在甜高粱材料筛选中的应用

对甘肃省兰州市榆中县中试基地种植的11种甜高粱材料进行试验,以筛选出适合在兰州榆中地区种植的甜高粱材料。采用灰色关联度对材料的茎干鲜重、生物产量、茎杆平均含糖量进行分析,同时参考株高、穗长、穗颈长、物候期等指标,选定适合榆中地区不同用途的甜高粱材料。灰色关联度分析结果:茎秆鲜重、生物产量、茎秆平均含糖量三个指标中,茎秆平均含糖量灰色关联度最大,对结果影响最大;灰色综合评判排序显示08-2、2043、09-1、雅津43号分别排列前4位。08-2、2043、09-1、雅津43号综合表现最好,适合兰州榆中地区种植,可用于饲料生产和生物质能源储备种植。     

窖水中主要无机离子对光催化灭除大肠杆菌(E.coli)的影响研究

采用自主开发的N-TiO_2作为光催化剂,在流动相光催化反应装置中,对窖水中所含Ca~(2+)、Cl~-、CO_3~(2-)、HCO_3~-、SO_4~(2-)等主要无机离子对光催化剂灭除E.coli的影响,以及复配模拟窖水和实际窖水对光催化灭除E.coli的影响进行了实验研究,并分析了其影响机理。实验结果表明:Ca~(2+)、HCO_3~-对光催化灭除E.coli有抑制作用,CO_3~(2-)对光催化灭除E.coli有明显的促进作用,而SO_4~(2-)、Cl~-对光催化灭除E.coli无影响。在对实际窖水进行光催化灭除E.coli菌落总数的实验中,经60min反应,窖水中菌落总数和总大肠菌群均为零,达到国家饮用水卫生标准,说明自主开发的NTiO_2光催化剂在农村窖水深度处理灭除E.coli效果好,可推广应用。     

The PDZ2 domain of zonula occludens-1 and -2 is a phosphoinositide binding domain

Zonula occludens proteins (ZO) are postsynaptic density protein-95 discs large-zonula occludens (PDZ) domain-containing proteins that play a fundamental role in the assembly of tight junctions and establishment of cell polarity. Here, we show that the second PDZ domain of ZO-1 and ZO-2 binds phosphoinositides (PtdInsP) and we identified critical residues involved in the interaction. Furthermore, peptide and PtdInsP binding of ZO PDZ2 domains are mutually exclusive. Although lipid binding does not seem to be required for plasma membrane localisation of ZO-1, phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate (PtdIns(4,5)P ₂) binding to the PDZ2 domain of ZO-2 regulates ZO-2 recruitment to nuclear speckles. Knockdown of ZO-2 expression disrupts speckle morphology, indicating that ZO-2 might play an active role in formation and stabilisation of these subnuclear structures. This study shows for the first time that ZO isoforms bind PtdInsPs and offers an alternative regulatory mechanism for the formation and stabilisation of protein complexes in the nucleus.     

一种基于图像LSB的信息隐藏方案

首先介绍了一种基于LSB算法的信息隐藏方案,在该方案中信息嵌入到根据密钥随机选取的图像像素的最低k位,接收方无需原始图像就可将隐藏信息提取出来;然后用MATLAB工具实现了方案,实验结果表明该方案简单,容易实现,具有失真度小、隐藏量大、准确性高、良好的不可见性和安全性等特点。     

Supply chain performance for deteriorating items with cooperative advertising

To study the effect of cooperative advertising on the supply chain of deteriorating items, this paper establishes a Stackelberg game model for a two-echelon deteriorating items supply chain composed of one manufacturer and one retailer under a given support program with an exogenous participation rate. The manufacturer as the leader determines the wholesale price and production rate, and the retailer as the follower determines the retail price and advertising strategies. The strategies of the players under the decentralized scenario and the centralized scenario are respectively characterized. Numerical simulations and sensitivity analysis are conducted to gain some managerial insights. It is shown that the pricing, advertising and production strategies are negatively correlated to deteriorating coefficient, and both the profit and the channel efficiency decrease with deteriorating coefficient; The interaction between price, advertising investment and production rate results in a higher retail price of the centralized channel compared to that of the decentralized channel; Implementing the cooperative advertising program does improve the performance of the supply chain in some cases and the participation rate roughly at 0.5 is most preferable, but it is also possible to distort incentive and damage the channel performance when the participation rate reaches a relatively high level.
