Study on response time of SPE carbon monoxide sensor

The influence of structural design and the parameters of the working electrode on the response time of a solid polymer electrolyte (SPE) carbon monoxide sensor has been studied. Results show that the response time is mainly determined by the RC time constant of the catalyst layer and also related with the working electrode potential. 七种草药振荡反应研究

采用电势法和振荡技术研究了党参、白术、当归、黄芪、升麻、柴胡、甘草的振荡行为，揭示了传统草药经验用量的科学依据，提出了草药用量的最佳范围为党参８～１８ｇ，白术１０～２０ｇ，当归８～１８ｇ，黄芪８～６０ｇ，升麻１０～６０ｇ柴胡１０～２０ｇ，甘草８～１８ｇ。

预应力预制混合装配双肢墙弹塑性性能

提出了新型预应力预制混合装配双肢墙(PPHCW)结构,推导了PPHCW的整体性系数和肢强系数的计算公式,以DRAIN-2DX软件为分析平台,基于自行开发的5,12号单元,对PPHCW结构的弹塑性性能进行参数分析,包括:肢强系数、整体性系数、连接钢筋面积、预应力筋面积、有效预应力和墙肢纵筋配筋率.结果表明:增加连接钢筋及预应力筋面积,减小有效预应力、墙肢纵筋配筋率和整体性系数可延迟连梁中预应力筋的屈服;随整体性系数、预应力筋和连接钢筋的面积、墙肢纵筋配筋率的增大及肢强系数的减小,结构承载力随之提高;上述参数对结构延性均有影响,但其影响结果与结构的破坏极限状态相关;与整体性系数相比,耦联率可综合反映结构几何尺寸、连梁与墙肢配筋对结构弹塑性性能的影响.

A 65-nm 1-Gb NOR floating-gate flash memory with less than 50-ns access time

This paper presents a 65-nm 1-Gb NOR-type floating-gate flash memory, in which the cell device and chip circuit are developed and optimized. In order to solve the speed problem of giga-level NOR flash in the deep submicron process, the models of long bit-line and word-line are first given, by which the capacitive and resistive loads could be estimated. Based on that, the read path and key modules are optimized to enhance the chip access property and reliability. With the measurement results, the flash memory cell presents good endurance and retention properties, and the macro is operated with 1-las/byte program speed and less than 50-ns read time under 3.3 V supply.
