双基地声纳定位精度和算法研究

根据双基地声纳定位的特点，提出了一种单纯基于声波到达时间(TOL)的双基地声纳定位算法，给出了算法的原理和误差分布。通过数值仿真，研究了基线长度、时间测量误差对算法定位性能的影响。仿真结果表明，TOL算法的定位精度与基线长度有关，随着基线长度的增加，定位精度提高。时间测量误差对算法的定位精度影响较小。与同等条件下单基地声纳定位相比，双基地TOL算法具有更高的定位精度。该研究为多基地声纳新体制的建立，提供了理论依据。     

联合作战仿真应用中的想定系统框架

想定是军事活动的产物，随之成为军事仿真领域不可缺少的重要组成部分，其地位在仿真发展中显得日益重要，想定模型是想定在军事仿真中想定的数字化表述，想定系统是支撑想定模型的软件系统，本文就联合作战仿真应用中的对想定模型和想定系统提出的要求进行探讨，提出适合这种应用的基于一致的想定数据模型的想定系统的功能描述和系统框架。

用灰色系统关联分析方法 ,测算了北京市旅游产业及三个主要旅游行业经济要素对收益的关联序 ,找出了各行业发展的关键因素和优势因素 ,进而以此为依据提出了旅游产业投资的方向和重点 .     

Dynamic Characteristics of Inter-Satellite Links in LEO Networks

To establish an efficient inter-satellite link (ISL) in an LEO network, the effect of geometric characteristics of ISL on the ISLs and the devices on the LEO satellite should be examined. Because of the continuous movement of the LEO satellite, the time-varying behaviours of the ISL's geometric charactersistics continuously change with the changes of the satellite's position on the orbit. These dynamic geometric characteristics of the ISLs are important for ISL's performance analyzing and the design of the devices on the LEO satellite. This paper describes dynamic geometric characteristics of ISL, analyzes the impact of these regulations on the tracking system of the satellite's antenna and the power adjusting system of the satellite's transmitter, with the Iridium system as an example.     

FROM MANUFACTURING SCHEDULING TO SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATION：THE CONTROL OF COMPLEXITY AND UNCERTAINTY

With time-based competition and rapid technology advancements, effective manufacturingscheduling and supply chain coordination are critical to quickly respond to changing marketconditions. These problems, however, are difficult in view of inherent complexity and variousuncertainties involved. Based on a series of results by the authors, decomposition and coordination byusing Lagrangian relaxation is identified in this paper as an effective way to control complexity anduncertainty.A manufacturing scheduling problem is first formulated within the job shop context withuncertain order arrivals, processing times, due dates, and part priorities as a separable optimizationproblem. A solution methodology that combines Lagrangian relaxation, stochastic dynamicprogramming, and heuristics is developed. Method improvements to effectively solve large problemsare also highlighted. 精馏塔理论塔板数计算方法的评述及其新的简捷算法——图算法

化学工程中精馏塔的理论塔板数N是塔器设计的一个重要数据。它与最小回流比R_m、回流比R及最小理论塔板数N_m间具有一个复杂的函数关系,故其计算是相当麻烦的。本文对现有的各种较为简捷的算法进行了评述,并提出了一种极为简捷的算法——图算法。利用此法,无需进行数值计算,只用两条直线即可简捷地求出准确的结果。     

盲信号分离的自稳定算法

在传统盲分离算法的迭代过程中，为了保证分离矩阵的行正交性，都要对其进行反复的正交化，以避免算法的不收敛。针对这个问题，笔者主要研究了在Stiefel Manifold上的盲分离算法，该算法使分离矩阵不需要每一步都进行正交化。仿真表明，本文提出的新算法具有很好的稳定性。     

人民币NDF交易的微观宏观经济效应分析

介绍了新型金融衍生工具NDF（Non-deliverable Forwards）,分析了人民币NDF交易的微观、宏观经济效应，指出人民币NDF交易是一柄双刃剑，因此有必要对人民币NDF交易进行微观宏观经济效应分析和监管，从而有效地规避风险，促进金融市场的健康发展。     

我国海水制盐业废渣处理利用现状

介绍了盐石膏的理化性质,综述了我国海盐工业废渣盐石膏在水泥、石膏建材等建筑领域以及对盐石膏的深加工等方面的综合利用研究现状,并指出利用盐石膏制备硫酸钙晶须具有广阔的发展前景。     

水中酚的催化空气氧化研究

本文研究了水中酚在常压下的催化空气氧化过程。所采用的催化剂为以M_nO_2为主要成份的TGS—3型催化剂。苯酚氧化降解过程用高压液相色谱系统作了分析。同时,经过推导得到苯酚降解的动力学模型。
