基于数据仓库的城市交通拥堵疏导数据管理

从分析城市交通拥堵疏导管理决策中数据来源的多样性及异构性出发，为实现对各种数据和信息的汇总和综合，提出了城市交通拥堵疏导管理数据仓库的体系结构，探讨了该体系结构建立中的数据抽取与转换，元数据、中央数据库与数据集市，数据访问与分析等重要组成部分，并且，通过主题，维度，粒度及分割等概念的引入，着重研究了该数据仓库中的数据组织与数据模型的建立，从而为城市交通拥堵疏导管理决策提供一个统一、综合的数据环境。     

基于PHP的校园公文发布系统的设计与实现

分析了校园公文发布系统的基本结构 ,给出该系统的设计思路 .在分析B/S结构和PHP技术特点的基础上 ,提出了校园公文发布系统的一种结构形式 ,并使用PHP MySQL技术实现了该系统的主要功能     

Lightning activity on the central Tibetan Plateau and its response to convective available potential energy

Lightning flash activities on the central Tibetan Plateau have been studied by using the satellite-based Lightning Imaging Sensor(LIS)database from January 1998 to July 2002.The lightning activity shows a clear diurnal variation on the central Plateau.The peak lightning activity appears at about 17:00 which is 3 h earlier than that in Jingxhou,Hubei in the same latitude belt nearby,indicating that the lightning activity is a sensitive indicator of solar heating on the Plateau.The lightning discharge is weaker on the Plateau than Jingzhou.Hubei and other low-altitude continental regions because of the lower convective available potential energy(CAPE)on the Plateau.The CAPE on the Plateau is 12 times lower than that in Jingzhou,Hubei,and 20 times lower than that in the sea-level region,such as Guangzhou and Florida.However,the sensitivity of lightning activity to CAPE changes on the Plateau is up to 30 times more sensitive than other prominent low-altitude regions.     

Synthesis and Characterization of Porphyrin-Trisbenzimidazole Dinucleating Ligand and Its Heterodinuclear Complex as CcO Active Site Model

A new dinucleating ligand having two metal-binding sites has been designed and synthesized as model ligand for Cytochrome c Oxidase. The corresponding heterodi-nuclear complex, as an active site model of Cytochrome c Oxidase, consisting of a porphyrinatocobalt compound covalently linked with a copper derivative of tris(2-benzimidazylmethyl) amine bearing three benzimidazole ligands for copper was synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The spectra data suggest that there are interactions between the cobalt and copper coordination units. The cobalt is coordinated to four central nitrogens of the porphyrin and the copper has pentaco-ordinate geometry with the four tertiary amine nitrogens and a chloride.     

Time-division phase modulated single-photon interference in a Sagnac interferometer

We introduce a stable, long-distance singlephoton Sagnac interferometer, which has a balanced configuration to efficiently compensate phase drift caused by change of the fiber-optic path. By using time-division phase modulation, single-photon interference was realized at 1550nm in a 5-km-long as well as 27-km-long Sagnac fiber loops,with a fringe visibility higher than 90% and long-term stability. The stable performance of the single-photon interference indicated that the time-division phase-modulated Sagnac interferometer might readily lead to practical applications in single-photon routing and quantum cryptography.     

西藏近现代新闻传播事业考评

西藏近现代新闻传播事业(公元1907年《西藏白话报》～1951年《新闻简讯》、《草原新闻》创办)的研究向为学界所疏忽。本试图以历史的视野，从对报刊、广播两方面极为有限的献资料的梳理入手，确立西藏近现代新闻事业的基本框架，较为真实地认识和整体地把握西藏的新闻传播事业发展状况。     

单晶硅中离子注入及快速热退火后浓度分布模型

在考虑B，P，As离子注入单晶硅中的浓度分布模型的基础上，讨论了快速热退火对3种注入离子浓度分布的影响，提出了3种离子在快速热退火后浓度分布的修正模型，由修正后的模型得到的多次离子注入模拟结果与实验结果符合很好。     

利用攀钢钛矿渣生产混凝土空心砌块的试验研究

运用正交试验的方法对利用攀钢钛矿渣生产混凝土空心砌块进行了研究。研究结果表明：钛矿渣取代砂、石和部分水泥后，可以生产出性能满足GB8239-1997《普通混凝土小型空心砌块》要求的混凝土空心砌块。所开发的砌块强度达到MU10等级，确定了生产混凝土空心砌块的最佳配方。     

刁江流域矿区环境信息系统(MEIS)的设计与开发

刁江流域矿区环境信息系统(MEIS)是以Arcview为软件平台，结合Mapinfo和Visual Foxpro开发的专题地理信息系统．该系统可为矿区环境管理部门及环境科学工作者提供该矿区的环境背景信息及水质污染、矿区废弃地等专题环境信息，为解决刁江流域矿区的主要环境问题提供技术支持．本文介绍了系统的总体设计、数据库的建设以及系统建设过程中积累的经验．     

永磁操作机构电磁设计及其动态特性分析

根据双稳态永磁操作机构的结构特点及其工作原理，利用等效磁路法建立了该类操作机构的磁路及其各电磁量之间的物理关系，同时建立了合闸和分闸操作过程中的电磁方程和动铁心的运动方程，并讨论了其电磁设计的基本方法．结合实验样机，分别给出了操作过程的动态特性计算和实测结果．
