热预处理对细胞分裂效率的影响

以发酵酵母为研究对象，采用超声波空蚀和高压均质方法对细胞进行机械细胞分裂，研究了热预处理对微生物细胞分裂效率的作用。结果表明：酵母悬浮液的温度经热预处理从室温（22±1）℃上升到40-50℃时，达到相同程度的细胞分裂效率所需的能量降低了；当酵母悬浮液的温度经热预处理上升到50℃时，蛋白质浓度达到最大值，蛋白质发生变质的热预处理温度≥52℃。     

回归大传统：中国文明起源特性与神话学整合

文章立足中国本土文化的渊源与核心去探讨中国文化的＂大传统＂问题。首先从中国文明起源特性及影响,即从生产工具、血缘与地缘关系、城市的出现与功能等三方面论述了中国文明起源特点,及由此形成的中国文化特点：表现为最浓厚的＂信仰—仪式＂统一体和稳定共同体特色,具有连续性和整体性。而西方文明的发生是突破性的,社会科学里面那些从西方经验而来的一般法则不能有普遍的应用性。针对此,文章进一步论述了目前的中国考古学和神话学都没有充分发挥其学科优势来做相关研究。如何尽量回到上古文化语境去阐释出土器物,回归中国文化大传统———这成为中国考古学与神话学势必结合的理论根基和整合视野所在。     

Preparation and kinetic analysis of Li4SiO4 sorbents with different silicon sources for high temperature CO2 capture

Using diatomite and analytical pure SiO2 as silicon sources,Li4SiO4 sorbents for high temperature CO2 capture were prepared through solid-state reaction method.Phase composition was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,and the CO2 absorption capacity and absorptoin-desorption performance were studied by the simultaneous thermal thermogravimetric analyzer(TG-DSC).The results showed that silicon source had an important influence on CO2 absorption properties.The kinetic parameters for the chemisorption and diffusion processes were obtained by the isothermal study for different silicon sources.The results showed that the activation energies for these two processes were estimated to be 105.427 and 35.928 kJ/mol for the sample with analytical pure SiO2(AS).While for the sample with diatomite(DS),the activation energies for these two processes were estimated to be 78.500 and 20.439 kJ/mol,respectively.

Multi-Level Error Detection and Concealment Algorithm to Improve Speech Quality in GSM Full Rate Speech Codecs

State derivative-free variable structure model reference adaptive control of linear parabolic systems

The problem of constructing a model dimensional parabolic system is considered in this reference adaptive control law for an uncertain 1- article. The controller designed here involves only the plant state but no its derivatives. A priori bounds on the plant＇s uncertain parameters are used to propose switching laws which serve as an adaptive mechanism. The exponential decay to zero of the state error with any prescribed rate is guaranteed by choosing a controller parameter correspondingly. Numerical studies are also presented to illustrate the applicability of the control law.     

PP丝束生产工艺探讨

烟用聚丙烯（ＰＰ）丝束由于原料来源丰富，生产工艺简单，密度低，亲油性好，价格便宜等特点，８０ 年代末以来得到迅速发展。安庆燎原化工厂采用国产短程仿丝束联合加工机，注重ＰＰ 丝束对滤棒成型质量影响作用的同时，对烟用聚丙烯丝束生产工艺进行很好地探索，有效地提高滤棒成型率，保障滤棒成型质量。

Feature-based Image Sequence Compression Coding

A novel compressing method for video teleconference applications is presented. Semantic-based coding based on human image feature is realized, where human features are adopted as parameters. Model-based coding and the concept of vector coding are combined with the work on image feature extraction to obtain the result.
