基于灰色系统的成熟旅游地游客满意度研究——以南京中山陵园风景名胜区为例

在游客市场调查的基础上，运用灰色系统模型计算了处于成熟发展阶段的中山陵园风景名胜区游客满意度并对满意度计算结果给予验证和分析，提出中山陵园风景名胜区提升游客满意度的措施，以期对处于成熟发展阶段的旅游地实施满意度调研、分析及促进成熟旅游地的可持续发展起指导作用．

水轮机组最优同期控制研究及电站应用

本文论述了基于二次性能指标的水轮机组快速自动准同期最优控制器的设计条件及方法,探讨了最优同期控制器与频率相角复合同期控制器参数之间的关系.文中给出了实验室内动态实时仿真及水电厂运行结果.结果表明最优同期控制器可使机组启动后快速进入同期点,提供每分钟6～9次的并网机会.     

对溴苯甲醚合成条件的改进

探讨反应条件、试剂用量以及改进的两条合成路线对合成对溴苯甲醚产率的影响。经改进的合成方法反应条件从１４０℃～１５０℃降至７０℃～８０℃,操作简便,产率从６０％提高到８２％～８７．４％。     

冷冻干燥瓶装物料的二维模型研究

瓶装物料的冷冻干燥是现今冷冻干燥生产的主要形式之一。基于目前对瓶侧面传热的二维冷冻干燥理论的研究还不成熟,本文提出了一个考虑因素较为全面的二维数学模型。根据模型方程的特点把二循环对称分裂格式、预测-校正格式等算法联立起来对模型进行了数值求解。结果表明,计算值与以脱脂牛奶为物料冷冻干燥实验结果吻合良好。     

三种铁基合金在浓碱溶液中的电化学行为

测定了石墨和三种铁基合金在浓NaOH溶液中的极化曲线,发现三种铁基合金在浓碱中的电化学行为有较大差异,用理论电位-pH图对造成这一差异的原因作了解释,同时讨论了浓碱腐蚀的阴极去极化过程,分析了高温下合金腐蚀速度增大的原因。     

Realization and application of RSA in chip operating system

As an outstanding asymmetric cryptography, RSA algorithm has a lot of virtues and thus is well applied in the scope of IC card applications. The paper deals with the application of RSA in smart cards and the approach in which the modular exponentiation of huge number is simplified by using the Chinese Remainder Theorem. We have already succeeded in completing RSA in IC cards. Results indicate that RSA algorithm applied in IC cards has the equivalent speed of DES algorithm with the same environment.     

Cloning and identification of a novel human glioma differentiation related geneGDR1

In order to identify the genes associated with glioblastoma differentiation, some ESTs, expressed differentially in the control cell and the differentiated human glioblastoma cell line BT-325 induced by the all-trans retinoid acid, have been isolated by the method of DDRT-PCR. Of the 46 ESTs sequenced, 19 are from new genes. A full-length 1 535-bp cDNA, termed geneGDR1, has been isolated from the human cDNA library using the probe designed according to one of the novel ESTs, HGBB098. The open reading frame ofGDR1 gene encodes a putative protein containing 334 amino acid residues. Blast against the current GenBank DNA and protein sequence database did not reveal significant homology with any known proteins. RT-PCR shows thatGDR1 mRNA level increased in the differentiated BT-325 cells after being treated with RA. The different expression patterns ofGDR1 mRNA in human tissues have been detected through the multiple tissue Northern blot hybridization.
