Detection of coaxial backscattered electrons in SEM

We present a coaxial detection of the backscattered electrons in SEM. The lens-aperture has been used to filter in energy and focus the backscattered electrons. This particular geometry allows us to eliminate the low energy backscattered electrons and collect the backscattered electrons, which are backscattered close to the incident beam orientation. The main advantage of this geometry is adapted to topographic contrast attenuation and atomic number contrast enhancement. Thus this new SEM is very suitable to analyze the material composition. “V—V”的语用探析——兼论“V—V”和“VV”的语用差异

指令言语行为句是"V一V"出现的典型语境。在指令言语行为句,"V—V"表示听话者对说话者的礼貌;在断言言语行为句中,"V—V"蕴含了说话者的主观态度:命题内容不是一件特别正式同时也不是一件特别随意的事情;在"责备"言语行为句中,"V—V"表达说话者对听话者面子的顾及。"V—V"在发音上比"VV"略长和略重,在语义上比"VV"略实,这使得它在强加程度、郑重程度及责备程度上比"VV"要高。     

医用输液监护器的设计

针对医院人工监测病人输液存在的问题,设计了一种基于单片机的输液监护器。该输液监护器采用红外光电传感器对液滴进行检测,并通过单片机系统进行输液速度的计算,当测量值超过预设值范围时可以进行报警提示。该设计成品结构简单、体积小巧,操作方便。实际测试表明,该监护器运行稳定,基本无误报现象,安全可靠。

Effects of Electrochemical Treatment on the Superficial Properties of Rayon-based Carbon Fibers

The development of surface acidity on rayon-based carbon fibers during mild electrochemical treatment was investigated. Conductimetric titration was the primary method used to investigate the functionalities on the carbon fiber surface. The acidity on the surface of the untreated carbon fiber was very low, while for the treated fibers, the acidity increased significantly. Moreover, with the treatment extent proceeded, the acidity on the fiber surface also increased. SEM analysis shows electrochemical treatment under intense treatment degree caused considerable etch on the fiber surface. Cavities and grooves can be observed on the surface via the SEM microphotograph. While in a more mild treatment, electrochemical treatment didn't cause great etch on the surface of the fiber.

用第二音速维里系数确定分子间势能模型参数研究

利用工质的音速与第二维里系数的关系,推导出第二音速维里系数与分子间势能函数的关系式,提出了一种新的拟合分子间势能模型参数方法.并利用此方法,拟合得到了一些简单流体和制冷剂的的方阱、LJ(6,12)及Kihara等势能模型的参数.与传统方法相比,该法拟合势能参数具有更高的精度.     

低压大电流母线的绝缘设计与工程应用

介绍了低压大电流线性绝缘设计的一种新方法。该方法操作简便，制作成本低，绝缘材料投资少，特别适合于现场制作低压大电流母线的绝缘层。     

空青山次生栎林细根周转

对苏南空青山次生栎林细根周转进行了研究，结果表明，栎林细根的年周转率为０．３７，活细根和死细根的生物量分别为１６８０９．１７ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２和３２７３．０４ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２，细根年生长量为６１９２．４３ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２，约占地上部分净初级生产力总量的４７％，细根年死亡量为４３．０２．３１ｋｇ／ｈｍ＾２，占地上部分年凋落物总量的４５％。因此，在森林生态系统养分循环和凋落物中，细根对归还土壤养分起着重要作用     

一株磷细菌发酵条件的研究

对一株磷细菌的发酵条件进行了研究。其中，单因素发酵试验表明，碳源以2％的淀粉最佳，氮源以0．1％的NH4CI最好。最适培养温度为37℃，最适初始pH为7．0，最佳振荡频率为200r/min，装液量为30／250mL，并进行了中试罐发酵分析，测定了罐发酵过程中的菌量、pH、还原糖及总氮的变化情况。
