美国研发经费投入分析及建议

本文分析了美国研发经费投入的变化过程,并对美国联邦政府在研发经费投入中所起的作用进行了分析.在与我国研发经费投入进行比较的基础上,提出了几点建议.     

重读《论语》重识孔子

两千多年来，注释《论语》的有两千多家，研究孔子人生观、哲学观、伦理观、政治观、教育观、经济观、艺术观的著述则数以万计。然而，对孔子的自然观的研究几为空白。自汉代“独尊儒术”以来．历代统治者把孔子塑造成四体不勤、五谷不分、高高在上的圣人。今天，重读《论语》，研究孔子的自然观，可以发现历代留存人们心目中的，其实是一个被扭曲了的假孔子或是半真半假的孔子。所以，笔者认为需要重评孔子。     

On the Foundations of Constructive Mathematics – Especially in Relation to the Theory of Continuous Functions

We discuss the foundations of constructive mathematics, including recursive mathematics and intuitionism, in relation to classical mathematics. There are connections with the foundations of physics, due to the way in which the different branches of mathematics reflect reality. Many different axioms and their interrelationship are discussed. We show that there is a fundamental problem in BISH (Bishop’s school of constructive mathematics) with regard to its current definition of ‘continuous function’. This problem is closely related to the definition in BISH of ‘locally compact’. Possible approaches to this problem are discussed. Topology seems to be a key to understanding many issues. We offer several new simplifying axioms, which can form bridges between the various branches of constructive mathematics and classical mathematics (‘reuniting the antipodes’). We give a simplification of basic intuitionistic theory, especially with regard to so-called ‘bar induction’. We then plead for a limited number of axiomatic systems, which differentiate between the various branches of mathematics. Finally, in the appendix we offer BISH an elegant topological definition of ‘locally compact’, which unlike the current definition is equivalent to the usual classical and/or intuitionistic definition in classical and intuitionistic mathematics, respectively.

胃癌AgNOR银染色的定量分析研究

应用银胶染色法和计算机图像分析技术,对48例胃粘膜活检标本的石蜡切片进行Ag-NOR形态、定量分析研究。结果表明其对于区别胃疾患的良恶性和判定胃癌的分化程度有重要意义。     

智能CAD／CAM技术对建筑机械业的影响

本文首先介绍ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ的产生及发展。然后谈ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ对建筑机械业的影响。本主独道见解是：ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ技术对建筑机械业影响巨大，一个全新的计算机辅助建筑工程制造ＣＡＥＭ概念将产生。当ＣＡＥＭ实现时，建楼房将象儿童搭积木房子一样轻而易举。“安得广厦万千间，使得天下寒士尽欢颜”梦想会成真。     

WHOLLY-AROMATIC COPOLYESTERS CONTAINING IPA, 2.6-NDA, TPA, CLHQA AND PABA MONOMERS

The crystallinities, thermal properties, liquid crystal properties and rheologic properties oftwo series of the aromatic copolyesters are studied. One of them is composed of IPA, 2,6-NDA,CLHQA, PABA and. the other composed of TPA, 2.6-NDA, CLHQA, IPA. The results showthat the crystallinities of the aromatic copolyesters are relatively low and the melting point of thecopolyesters decreases with an increase of the unsymmetrical contents. These two series of aro-matic copolyesters are both suitable for the conventional melt spinning process and have a goodfiber forming property and a good thermal stability. The viscosities of aromatic copolyestermelts are greatly affected by the shear rate, hence the so-called" thinning under shearing" phe-nomenon. The melts have a rather high viscosity flow activation energy and a relatively lowelasticity.     

纤维的形变和断裂——Ⅰ.拉伸角蛋白纤维形变和断裂的动态研究

作者在扫描电子显微镜样品室中拉伸角蛋白纤维,观察纤维形变和断裂的过程并摄取其照片。采用低加速电压观察和适当的样品准备技术,避免了纤维在拉伸过程中出现荷电现象。该现象是非导电材料作动态观察的主要困难。从所观察到的纤维形变和断裂形态和高聚物断裂理论讨论了角蛋白纤维的形变和断裂机理。结论如下:角蛋白纤维伸长和断裂过程中出现银纹样形态,但其断裂为脆性方式;该类纤维的拉伸断裂起始于角质细胞的内、外角质层;角质与角质和角质与皮质细胞间的物质是角蛋白纤维的力学薄弱区。     

三旋钮高精度数字酸度计的研制

本文具有对一次仪表转换系数进行校准的功能,温度补偿及模数转换电路设计方法独特,只用一块运算放大器与一块单片模数转换电路完成了pH转换功能。     

Liénard方程极限环的电子计算机计算分析

本文提供了用电子计算机计算分析和绘制Ｌｉｅｎａｒｄ方程极限环的方法及其ＢＡＳＩＣ 语言程序,并利用此方法构造了具有三个极限环的两个Ｌｉｅｎａｒｄ方程,绘制了极限环 图形,指明了Ｃ．Ｃ．Ｐｕｇｈ猜想中极限环的存在性与特征函数的二阶导数Ｆ（Ｚ）的变号 有相当的关系。
