具有激励特征的科技人才需求预测方法

针对经济体制转换时期的特殊情况，提出了具有激励特征和动态特征的科技人才需求预测方法，并对Ｌ省Ｓ市２０００￣２０１０年科技人才需求量及具有预期学历结构约束的人才补充量进行了预测。     

Retrospect and Prospect of International Garments Exhibition of Shanghai International Fashion Culture Festival

The goal of this research is to discuss International Gar-ments Exhibition of Shanghai International Fashion Cul-ture Festival which was held once a year since 1995.As amajor economic activity of Shanghai International Fash-ion Culture Festival(SIFCF),it is an important eventfor fashion industry in Shanghai and even in China.There are three parts in the paper:1)survey,the re-view of the exhibition held in the past is described brief-ly;2)Analysis,the materials and phenomena of exhibi-tions of SIFCF are analyzed to find the successful experi-ences and deficiencies,which are compared with eachother and with same events in the world;3)suggestion,some proposals of the exhibition of SIFCF in the futureare given.It would be hoped that this study will find the way for International Garments Exhibition of SIFCF toshow the features of Chinese and Shanghai's fashion in-dustry as well as to develop itself as a professional fashionexhibition conforming with international practice.     

A novel approach in predicting non-stationary time series by combining external forces

In this paper, we investigate a novel technique that reconstructs the observed time series and incorporates driving forces. Furthermore, to illustrate and test the technique, we consider a couple of predictive experiments using ideal time series provided by the logistic and Lorenz systems with specific driving forces. The preliminary results show this approach can improve prediction proficiency to some extent, and the external forces play a similar role to that of state variables.

运用因子评价法和主成分分析法对郑州市6个辖区的经济指标和综合指标进行分析,找出各个区的优势和劣势,分析各个区域的发展差异,发掘各个区域的发展潜力,为郑州市功能的完善和规划政策的制定提供合理的依据.     

Synthesis and properties of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene/WS2 nanoparticle fiber for bullet-proof materials

Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)/WS2 nanoparticle fibers were prepared by adding WS2 nanoparticles treated by coupling agent in the precursor solution of UHMWPE. The influence of WS2 nanoparticles on the microstructure and properties of UHMWPE fibers was characterized by SEM, TGA, mechanical property measurement and bullet-shock test. The results showed that WS2 nanoparticles can be uniformly dispersed in the UHMWPE fiber. After incorporating of WS2 nanoparticles, UHMWPE fibers became stiffer and tougher than the pristine ones. Particularly, the modulus of the fiber increased from 1203 to 1326cN/dtex. Furthermore, UHMWPE/WSfibers showed an improved thermal stability.     

CyclinE反义RNA抑制乳腺癌细胞增殖及p21~(waf1)转录水平

利用反义RNA抑制基因表达的技术 ,发现cyclinE基因在表达受到抑制后 ,乳腺癌细胞增殖速率和致瘤性明显下降 ,结果还表明cyclinE基因的抑制 ,可使p2 1waf1的转录水平上升 ,由此说明cyclinE的异常与乳腺癌的发生有着密切的关系 ,在细胞周期调控上 p2 1waf1的转录受到cyclinE表达水平的明显影响 .     

再议相贯线过渡线的简化画法

针对《机械制图》GB4458．1－84和《技术制图　简化表示法》GB／T16675．1－1996中有关过渡线、相贯线简化画法的条款，提出图形中的过渡线、相贯线可以简化，例如用直线或圆弧或其组合线代替非圆曲线。     

Influence of clusters in melt on the subsequent glass-formation and crystallization of Fe–Si–B metallic glasses

The liquid structure of seven representative Fe–Si–B alloys has been investigated by ab initio molecular dynamics simulation focusing on the role of clusters in terms of glass-forming ability(GFA) and crystallization. It is demonstrated that the type of primary phase precipitated from amorphous state under heat treatment is determined by the relative fraction and role of various clusters in melt. The alloy melt shows higher stability and resultantly larger GFA when there is no dominant cluster or several clusters coexist, which explains the different GFAs and crystallization processes at various ratios of Si and B in the Fe–Si–B system. The close correlation among clusters, crystalline phase and GFA is also studied.     

方断面锥形管无模拉伸实验

在锥形管无模拉伸实验的基础上,研究了各种工艺参数对方断面锥形管外形和断面形状的影响,分析了方断面锥形管无模拉伸时影响断面形状膨胀程度的因素.结果表明,方断面管拉伸断面形状膨胀率随拉伸变形区宽度的增大而减小,随断面减缩率增大而增大,随方管壁厚增大而减小,当壁厚和变形区宽度都比较大时,几乎不产生膨胀现象.采用无模拉伸的方法可以加工带有一定锥度的方断面锥形管,加工后方断面锥形管的轮廓与控制曲线的计算结果一致性较好.
