磷酸三丁酯-Span80-二甲苯乳状液膜迁移、富集稀土元素La(Ⅲ)的研究

用ＴＢＤ－Ｓｐａｎ８０－二甲苯乳状液膜体系研究了Ｌａ３＋的迁移行为，确定了完全、快速迁移Ｌａ３＋的条件．在该条件下，能够使Ｌａ３＋从常见过渡元素Ｆｅ３＋、Ｃｏ２＋、Ｎｉ２＋、Ｃｕ２＋、Ｃｄ２＋、Ｍｎ２＋、Ｚｎ２＋等离子的混合液中得到完全分离．     

离子交换法提取柠檬酸新工艺的研究

采用离子交换树脂(M型阴树脂、D61阳树脂)从发酵液中提取柠檬酸、工艺简单、提取收率可达90%以上,无废渣产生,有利于环境保护,且成品质量好,有工业应用价值。     

Effect of (+)-catechin on renal and intestinal transport

Summary The ability of dog renal cortex slices to accumulate -methyl-glucoside or glycine is enhanced by the flavonoid (+)-catechin at a concentration of 3.5 mM. This stimulatory effect is apparently due to a decreased rate of efflux of either substrate. On the other hand, the uptake of p-amino-hippuric acid and N¹-methyl-nicotinamide is inhibited by (+)-catechin. The drug at the same concentration is without action on amino-acid transport by guineapig intestine in vitro.This study was supported by grants from Zyma S.A., Nyon. We are grateful to MmesH. A new method for obtaining blood from a small mammal without injuring the animal: use of Triatomid bugs

Summary By means of hungry Triatomid bugs, samples of blood (40–200l) can be obtained from small mammals, such as bats, without causing any harm to the animals. The blood can be extracted from the gaster of the bug immediately after the bug has finished sucking. The method was successfully used for measuring the energy budget by the doubly labeled water method, and for obtaining material for lymphocyte cultures, and may prove useful in other fields, too.M. Identification and characterization of new functional truncated variants of somatostatin receptor subtype 5 in rodents

Somatostatin and cortistatin exert multiple biological actions through five receptors (sst1-5); however, not all their effects can be explained by activation of sst1-5. Indeed, we recently identified novel truncated but functional human sst5-variants, present in normal and tumoral tissues. In this study, we identified and characterized three novel truncated sst5 variants in mice and one in rats displaying different numbers of transmembrane-domains [TMD; sst5TMD4, sst5TMD2, sst5TMD1 (mouse-variants) and sst5TMD1 (rat-variant)]. These sst5 variants: (1) are functional to mediate ligand-selective-induced variations in [Ca²⁺]_i and cAMP despite being truncated; (2) display preferential intracellular distribution; (3) mostly share full-length sst5 tissue distribution, but exhibit unique differences; (4) are differentially regulated by changes in hormonal/metabolic environment in a tissue- (e.g., central vs. systemic) and ligand-dependent manner. Altogether, our results demonstrate the existence of new truncated sst5-variants with unique ligand-selective signaling properties, which could contribute to further understanding the complex, distinct pathophysiological roles of somatostatin and cortistatin.     

电力输电线路高塔驱鸟系统设计

针对鸟害容易引起电力输电线路事故的问题,设计了一个红外驱鸟报警系统。系统采用被动式热释电红外传感器作为检测部件,进行非接触式远距离检测,并将检测到的微弱电信号转换输出,经被动式热释电红外传感信号处理器BISS0001,进行运算放大、滤波、功率放大,利用所得信号触发报警电路,使鸟受到惊吓飞离杆塔,从而保护输电线路免受鸟害威胁。分析表明,系统具有良好且环保的驱鸟效果。
