Epiphyseal-hypothalamic interaction. An in vitro study with some sheep pineal fractions

Résumé On a étudié sur la souris trois fractions épiphysaires différentes: les fractions Sephadex G-25 F3, UM-2R, UM-05R. La fraction épiphysaire Sephadex G-25 F3 inhibe l'activité hypothalamique hypophysiotrope en empêchant son excrétion. La fraction UM-2R inhibe aussi bien l'excrétion que la synthèse des facteurs hypophysiotropes. La fraction UM-05R se révèle capable de stimuler l'activité hypothalamique hypophysiotrope.

Zusammenfassung Menschliche Myelomazellen wurden immunchemischelektronenoptisch untersucht. Durch die Behandlung mit peroxidasekonjugiertem Antikörper gegen die Immunoglobuline H- oder L-Kette wurde keine H-Kette beobachtet.

Hypodiploidy of bone marrow in hypertransfused mice stimulated with erythropoietin

Zusammenfassung Bei Mäusen führte eine Hypertransfusion zur Abnahme hypodiploider Zellen im Knochenmark. Nach Verabreichung von Erythropoietin wurden höhere Fraktionen der hypodiploiden Zellen als bei unbehandelten Kontrollen gefunden.
