为确定cAMP是否参与无菌性,炎症性发热机制,以白陶土诱发家兔胸膜炎性发热模型进行实验。实验结果表明:在白陶土胸膜炎性发热时,发热效应与脑背液中cAMP含量增多,呈明显的正相关关系。血浆cAMP在发热时含量明显增多,但在退热时未相应减少。由此可推论:在无菌性、炎症性发热机制中,中枢cAMP含量增多可能起重要作用。  相似文献

研究了磷氧类萃取剂对稀水溶液中衣康酸的萃取行为,考察了溶剂配比、料酸浓度、操作温度等因素的影响。测定并关联了相平衡数据,证实萃合物为H_2Ita·(TBP)_2·H_2O。对于浓度约为40g/L的衣康酸发酵液,建议用50%TBP-ker为萃取剂,在室温(298 K)下萃取,反萃取用353 K热水。  相似文献

Tomato yellow leaf curl China virus Y10 isolate (TYLCCNV-Y10) alone could systemically infect host plants such as Nicotiana benthamiana without symptoms. In contrast, Tobacco curly shoot virus Y35 isolate (TbCSV-Y35) alone induces leaf curl symptoms in N. benthamiana. When inoculated into transgenic N. benthamiana plants expressing GFP gene (line 16c), TYLCCNV-Y10 neither reverses the established GFP silencing nor blocks the onset of GFP silencing. In contrast, TbCSV-Y35 can partially reverse the established GFP silencing and block the onset of GFP silencing in new leaves. In the patch co-infiltration assays, the AC2 and AC4 proteins of TYLCCNV-Y10 and TbCSV-Y35 could suppress local GFP silencing and delay systemic GFP silencing, suggesting that they are suppressors of RNA silencing. Comparison of the accumulation levels of GFP mRNA in the co-infiltration patches showed that Y10 AC2 and Y35 AC2 proteins had similar efficiency for suppression of RNA silencing. However, Y35 AC4 protein functioned as a stronger suppressor of RNA silencing than Y10 AC4 protein. There-fore, the pathogenicity difference between TbCSV-Y35 and TYLCCNV-Y10 may be related to the functional difference in their AC4 proteins.  相似文献

The atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) hormone is secreted by the heart in response to an increase in blood pressure. ANP exhibits several potent anti-hypertensive actions in the kidney, adrenal gland and vascular system. These actions are induced by hormone binding extracellularly to the ANP receptor, thereby activating its intracellular guanylyl cyclase domain for the production of cyclic GMP. Here we present the crystal structure of the glycosylated dimerized hormone-binding domain of the ANP receptor at 2.0-A resolution. The monomer comprises two interconnected subdomains, each encompassing a central beta-sheet flanked by alpha-helices, and exhibits the type I periplasmic binding protein fold. Dimerization is mediated by the juxtaposition of four parallel helices, arranged two by two, which brings the two protruding carboxy termini into close relative proximity. From affinity labelling and mutagenesis studies, the ANP-binding site maps to the side of the dimer crevice and extends to near the dimer interface. A conserved chloride-binding site is located in the membrane distal domain, and we found that hormone binding is chloride dependent. These studies suggest mechanisms for hormone activation and the allostery of the ANP receptor.  相似文献

The electric field integral equation (EFIE) combined with the multilevel fast multipole algorithm (MLFMA) is applied to analyze the radiation and impedance properties of wire antennas mounted on complex conducting platforms to realize fast, accurate solutions. Wire, surface and junction basis functions are used to model the current distribution on the object. Application of MLFMA reduces memory requirement and computing time compared to conventional methods, such as method of moment (MOM), especially for the antenna on a large-sized platform. Generalized minimal residual (GMRES) solver with incomplete LU factorization preconditioner using a dual dropping strategy (ILUT) is applied to reduce the iterative number. Several typical numerical examples are presented to validate this algorithm and show the accuracy and computational efficiency.  相似文献

使用高3.4m、内径0.15m的一维炉实验台,对燃烧中铅颗粒的粒径分布进行了实验研究。铅元素以醋酸铅溶液的形式通过空气雾化引入到燃烧液化石油气的炉膛中。使用切割粒径从0.48~12.63μm的8级Andersen撞击器和切割粒径从0.030~10.0μm的12级静电低压撞击器(ELPI)进行采样,同时对铅颗粒物的质量浓度粒径分布和数量浓度粒径分布进行了测量。使用场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)对铅颗粒微观形貌进行了观察。结果表明,在质量方面,铅颗粒主要集中在亚微米区间,质量浓度的峰值在0.2~0.6μm之间;在数量方面,铅颗粒主要集中在0.03~0.4μm区间,数量浓度的峰值在0.2~0.3μm之间。  相似文献

A method is presented for determining the optical thickness (τc) and effective particle radius (re) of stratiform cloud layers from transmitted solar radiation measurements. A detailed study shows that the cloud optical thickness and effective particle radius of water clouds can be determined from transmission function measurements at 0.75 and 2.13 μm, provided that the scaled optical thickness τ′0.75>1 and re>5 μm. The wavelengths adopted by our study are similar to the channels of the moderate resolution imaging spectrometer (MODIS). The proposed method is invalid for optically thin clouds since transmission at 2.13 μm is less sensitive to re. The retrieval errors of τ′0.75 and re monotonically decrease with increasing τc. For clouds having τ′0.75≥2, the retrieval errors of τ′0.75 and re are below 10% and 20%, respectively. Transmissions at 0.75 and 1.65 μm can also be used to retrieve τc and re.  相似文献
