磁共振短时反转恢复序列在骨肉瘤诊断中的应用

目的 探讨骨肉瘤的MRI特征,提高对骨肉瘤的认识。方法回顾性分析24例经手术或穿刺病理证实的骨肉瘤患者的MRI影像资料。结果胫骨上端11例,股骨下端10例,肱骨2例,跟骨1例,所有患者在常规MRI检查序列中均显示为T1及T2低信号且在T2低信号中出现不规则高信号,边缘及软组织显示较清晰,在短时反转恢复序列中,所有病变均表现为不规则高信号改变,显示的病变范围及周边侵蚀更明显。结论骨肉瘤在MRI／SnR检查中有一定的影像特征,有助于骨肉瘤的诊断,尤其对于早期骨肉瘤的诊断。

论中语新课改背景下高校语言学概论课程的改革

中学语文新一轮课程改革标准颁布后对高校汉语言文学类课程体系建设产生了巨大的冲击,传统的人才培养模式已经难以适应新课程模式下学生群体的需求,其中语言学概论课程弊端重重,本文特别针对新课改背景下学生群体的特点来重新审视高校语言学概论课程的建设问题.     

Influence of location-dependent protuberance damage on cell viability

The influence of femtosecond laser-induced damages on viability of olfactory ensheathing cells (OECs) is investigated. Several cytokinetic processes including cellular damage, recovery and death are discussed. Using femtosecond laser with the power of 100 μW and cutting speed of 2 μm/s, we cut the cellular protuberance with smaller diameter twice in different locations, and then observe the viability of the damaged cells. Under the same conditions, the root of protuberance with larger diameter is cut six times to observe changes of cellular shape. Whether the damage is located in the end, middle or root of protuberance with smaller diameter, the cell viability can recover within 3 h. When the damage is located in the root of protuberance with larger diameter, the damaged cell will die in the way of oncosis. Cytokinetic phenomena including intracellular high Ca²⁺ concentration, cellular morphologic change, recovery and oncosis are discussed. Meanwhile, high Ca²⁺ concentration is observed after femtosecond laser surgery. Therefore, femtosecond laser surgery is an important tool for establishing cell damage model and studying cytokinetics. Multiuser underwater acoustic communication using single-element virtual time reversal mirror

Pattern time delay shift coding (PDS) scheme is introduced and combined with spread spectrum technique called SS-PDS for short which is power-saving and competent for long-range underwater acoustic networks. Single-element virtual time reversal mirror (VTRM) is presented in this paper and validated by the lake trial results. Employing single-element VTRM in multiuser communication system based on SS-PDS can separate different users’ information simultaneously at master node as indicated in the simulation results. Three-dimensional crustal velocity structure of P-wave in East China from wide-angle reflection and refraction surveys

The 3-D crustal structure of P-wave velocity in East China is studied based on the data obtained by wide-angle seismic reflection and refraction surveys.The results suggest that a deep Moho disconti-nuity exists in the western zone of the study region,being 35―48 thick.High-velocity structure zones exist in the upper crust shallower than 20 km beneath the Sulu and Dabie regions.The cause of high-velocity zones is attributable to high-pressure metamorphic(HPM) and ultra-high-pressure metamorphic(UHPM) terran...     

基于XNA的虚拟漫游系统的设计与实现

将XNA引进虚拟漫游系统,以东莞理工学院城市学院机电楼为研究对象,建立了以XNA为开发环境的漫游系统,用Microsoft Visual C#编写程序,实现漫游功能。     

胆固醇氧化酶高产菌株的诱变选育及产酶条件优化

在对细脚拟青霉、玫烟色拟青霉、粉拟青霉、香菇、平菇、金针菇等胆固醇氧化酶产生菌初筛的基础上,选择以产酶较高的玫烟色拟青霉作为紫外诱变的出发菌株,筛选出一株相对高产突变菌株MFEC006,其酶活达到了0.548 3 U/mL,比出发菌株提高了154%,经8次传代培养,突变株性质稳定.对MFEC006菌株产酶条件进行优化,得出其最佳产酶条件为:pH为6.5.温度27℃,接种量10%,摇床转速180 r/min.     

基于LDPC码校验节点度的分类修正最小和算法

为了减小低密度奇偶校验(low-density parity-check,LDPC)码的译码算法复杂度,提高译码性能,该文针对致信传播(belief propagation,BP)译码算法及其简化算法的分析,提出了一种基于校验节点度的分类修正最小和译码算法。该算法将最小和译码算法中校验节点输入外信息绝对值的最小值和次小值分类,并根据该节点的度计算与BP算法的偏移量,分别选择不同的阈值和修正因子对外信息进行补偿。仿真结果表明,该算法在高信噪比区域的译码性能高于BP算法,并且计算复杂度大大低于BP算法,是一种适用于各种校验节点度分布,而且是能较好兼顾性能与实现复杂度的译码算法。     

就业导向下高校新闻传播学实践教学的思考

根据当前就业形势对以实践性、应用性为主要特色的新闻传播学专业人才的要求,在分析高校专业实践教学存在的问题的基础上,提出高校新闻传播学专业实践教学应加强新闻传播学专业实践教学的规划,创新实践教学的模式,完善专业实践教学基地的建设。
