水下沉桩施工新技术

肇庆换流站供水工程之一的五尺峡取水泵站施工中，在受施工条件限制的情况下，采用将钢筋混凝土预制桩改为开口钢管桩，将双排桩改为单排桩，尝试搭设水上竹平台作沉桩施工平台等措施均取得成功，保证了质量、安全、进度，降低了施工成本．

高频等离子体化学气相淀积法制备TiO2超细粒子

利用ＴｉＣｌ４＋Ｏ２体系，在高频等离子体化学气相淀积反应器中合成了纯度高、粒度细的ＴｉＯ２粒子。考察了工艺条件对ＴｉＯ２粒子物性的影响；探讨了ＴｉＯ２粒子晶型控制的方法，金红石型质量分数可通过工艺条件控制；探讨了ＴｉＯ２粒子晶型控制的方法。金红石型质量分数可通过工艺条件控制，减少ＴｉＯ２单体浓度可提高金红石型质量分数；也可通过在原料ＴｉＣｌ４中添加ＡｌＣｌ３等晶型转化剂，使可转化为单一金红石型Ｔｉ     

解常微分方程初值问题的一类混合单步法

本文给出一类解常微初值问题的混合单步法。与现有的线性单步多导法相比，利用相同阶的导数信息本文的方法却能获得更高的阶，并且其中相当一部分具有Ｌ－稳定性Ａ－稳定性。本文首先给出方法的一般构造方法，然后给一些实用的特例，最近对方法的实际使用也略作了讨论。     

晶闸管大功率供电系统中的欠支路保护

本文在论述晶闸管大功率供电系统中欠支路运行产生原因的基础上,引出了欠支路保护的重要性;针对当前欠支路保护存在的问题,提出采用交流电流互感器检测欠支路信号这一简单可靠而又准确的方法,分析该检测方法的基本原理,并设计了完整的欠支路保护电路。通过在株州冶炼厂一年来的运行试用,证明了该电路具有调整方便,检测准确,保护可靠等特点。     

LOGISTICS SCHEDULING： ANALYSIS OFTWO-STAGE PROBLEMS

This paper studies the coordination effects between stages for scheduling problems where decision-making is a two-stage process. Two stages are considered as one system. The system can be a supply chain that links two stages, one stage representing a manufacturer; and the other, a distributor It also can represent a single manufacturer, while each stage represents a different department responsible for a part of operations. A problem that jointly considers both stages in order to achieve ideal overall system performance is defined as a system problem. In practice, at times, it might not be feasible for the two stages to make coordinated decisions due to (i) the lack of channels that allow decision makers at the two stages to cooperate, and/or (ii) the optimal solution to the system problem is too difficult (or costly) to achieve.Two practical approaches are applied to solve a variant of two-stage logistic scheduling problems.
