利用面板数据模型着重分析中部地区之间教育投资效应差异及其原因.得出结论:由于对教育的投资力度不同,导致了中部地区发展的不平衡.     

The Response of Debris-Flow Events to Solar Proton Flares （Ⅰ）

By analyzing the observation data from Dongchuan Debris Flow Observation and Research Station and historical data from year 1965 to 1990 gotten from National Astronomical Ob-servatories/Yunnan Observatory,the responding of debris flow in Jiangjia Ravine to Solar Proton Flare is studied. The following conclusion can be drawn. Solar Proton Flare,as one of most im-portant astronomical factors,affects the activity of debris flow in Yunnan. Generally,from 1965 to1990,the more active Solar Pro-ton Flare is,the greater the probability of high frequency and large runoff of debris flow is. On the contrary,the less active Solar Pro-ton Flare is,the greater the probability of low frequency,small runoff,and low sediment transport of debris flow is.

Bang bang control of unified chaotic system

The unified chaotic system contains the Lorenz system and the Chen system as two dual systems at the two extremes of its parameter spectrum. This paper presents the design of bang bang controller for unified system and multitude of numerical experiments under various control parameters. Numerical experiments meet the theoretic proof perfectly and convincingly demonstrated the controller can be effectively used for unified systems with uncertainty of the equilibrium points. The method enriches the applications of chaotic control. 本文从应交增值税的核算角度探讨增值税的征收管理 ,认为应该把销项税额与进项税额的核算基础由现行的权责发生制改为收付实现制 ,从而有效控制偷、逃税现象 ,同时促进增值税税收征管的改革 ,使增值税征收管理的方式、手段更趋严密、科学。又从购进固定资产所支付的进项税额的核算角度探讨增值税制由生产型增值税转为消费型增值税 ,认为这种转型有利于提高企业产品的市场竞争力及西部大开发战略的实施等

利用模糊数学的分析方法对干部功能进行综合测评,确定干部的功能等级。     

绿豆子叶衰老过程中线粒体膜对几种氨基酸的透性

采用线粒体膨胀技术就不同衰老程度的绿豆子叶线粒体膜对氨基酸的透性进行了测定，结果表明，随着绿豆子叶的衰老，离体线粒体膜在脯氨酸、丝氨酸和甘氨酸等渗溶液中的膨胀率从２ｄ龄至５ｄ龄子叶逐渐下降，５ｄ龄时，线粒体结构与功能已受到明显破坏，文中对膨胀率下降的原因进行了讨论。
